Let me start by saying I had initially contacted another landscaping company (Tebbs bros) last year for work around the house- absolutely poor contact, never scheduled a start date into this spring and summer, poor customer service and zero communication. This left me worried that I may fall into the same boat with Sam and his crew when looking for a landscaping company in the area. Turns out, I was completely wrong. Sam contacted me right away and came over same day for an estimate and discussing the vision for the work. Sent a proposal within 24 hours, set a date, and he kept his word when the work would be done. He offered suggestions and even added some unique touches to the flower beds that really shows his passion and creativity with what he and his crew does. The crew came and completed trimming of shrubs, removing of debris, planting bushes and a tree, and mulched the entire area. All in half a day. Listen, you won t find a better company in the area to do your landscaping- Sam and his crew are extremely hard working and efficient, and from start to end, five star work. You will not be disappointed!

Had been dealing with some hedges against the house that have been here for decades and were far too troublesome than they were worth. Took care of removing them completely (down to the roots) and replaced it with some nice river stone that matches the stone of the house. Looks 10x better than with the hedges. Completed the work a lot faster than I had expected as well. Would definitely recommend.

This company I cant say enough good things about them, they were professional, polite, did exactly as I asked; it was a big job but they did an amazing job. They removed all the lava rocks and replaces with mulch; removed some bushes, trees, and planted some grass. I cannot say enough about Sam and his whole crew. We needed to make our yard safer for our small grandchildren, and he proposed we remove a small rock wall and garden area and replace it with a gentle grassy slope. He also suggested playground mulch in the play area and removed a few branches to hang a little swing. It looks fresh and clean and the kids have a safe yard to play in. I found VanDeLinde Landscaping after they did a beautiful job on my neighbors house. Sam was super responsive. Came and gave us a very fair estimate and was able to start the work quickly. Sam and his crew were here on time, worked quickly and very professionally. I cant recommend them enough. This was just phase 1 of our landscape project, removing a bunch of overgrown bushes. Im really looking forward to being able to work with them again for phase 2 within the next year or so. My 7yo also wants me to say they have an awesome Kubota which they took stumps out with. He loved watching!

I found Sam and his landscaping business in the Giant parking lot! I was looking for a new landscaper and saw his truck with a phone number. Called and set up a walk through. That was several years ago now and just had Sam do a fall cleanup today. Will be calling him in in Spring 22. Give them a try....I m sure you will be pleased.

From the moment that I requested a quote, all the way through payment, these guys were very professional and constantly in communication with me. Any questions that I had were answered quickly. We met in person at my house to discuss my wants, and they provided me with options and suggestions to fit my needs. I was provided a mock up picture of what it would look like after the work was done and it gave me a better idea of how the results would look. The guys showed up when expected and completed the work in a single day. I was afforded the opportunity to inspect the work and let them know if I was satisfied before I issued payment and I was very satisfied. I have included some before pictures and an after picture. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs and I plan to use them in the future for any other projects.

VanDeLinde Landscaping did a wonderful job for us this summer. We had a lot of overgrown bushes that needed to be removed, including probably 5 huge forsythia and 2-3 old holly bushes. We also had an area that had been neglected, with shrubs and trees that sprouted on their own over the years and were growing on top of each other. In the mix, especially in that area, was poison ivy. Sam was here for an entire day working to remove everything. He was able to use heavier equipment on about half of it, but the other half was located on hills where equipment couldn t access it, and he had to remove all of that manually. He did an incredible job, and we couldn t believe the difference it made having all of it taken out. It looks so much neater and cleaner, and there are areas of the house that are visible now that couldn t be seen before. He cleaned up everything, and the areas he worked on were left tidy and beautiful. Not only that, he was prompt in returning calls for estimates and coming out to perform the work. I wouldn t hesitate to hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Im grateful for all the other 5 star reviews on here about VanDeLinde Landscaping because its what prompted my call. Now after using his services I can see why they rated Sam & his company so highly. From the very first call and each call & text afterwards he was very responsive. He also was able to meet our budget requirements and timeframe. All you can hope for when you give someone your budget amount is they do the best they can and you are not taken advantage of. In the end they came in under our budget.!!!!! We of course wanted their expertise as it was a complete job of our remodeling home project that needed entirely all new landscaping. To Sams credit after he made his suggestions he was humble enough to accept the 2 or 3 changes we wanted to make even when it lowered the cost of his estimate slightly. A true professional who cares more about his integrity & reputation than making a quick hit & run profit. HIs team that installed the landscaping were all hard working and got the job done in a timely manner and were very careful to not disturb any of our all new construction. We had several very large shrubs that needed to be pulled out and dirt to be leveled. He had it done in an afternoon. Sam takes the time to explain, in detail, everything he plans to do and how hell do it. Also, if you have extra requests of what your vision is or what you want done, he makes sure to get it done to your expectations. We couldnt be happier with the work of VanDeLinde Landscaping! Also, Sam took the time to measure the square footage of the area we would be planting new grass, so we wouldnt over buy too much seed, as well as gave recommendations of what kind of grass seed to purchase.
