I received an email from Conserva to review their services. I've been using them for about 4 years now ('22) & have mostly good things to say about them. I especially want to thank Brandon, who, in my experience, has been the most thorough, knowledgeable & conscientious employee. Others have serviced my inground system (installed in '98), but not one of them has matched Brandon in the qualities that make a good employee & good representative of the company. One "Brandon substitute" left w/o even telling me he was leaving after placing 8-10 flags @ various sprinkler heads when deactivating. Another didn't check to see that all heads (9 zones) were operative after activating the system. I give Conserva an A rating, w/reservations as stated.
Conserva Irrigation was responsive to my needs; first in discussing my system and recent attempts by others to reconnect the system controller, and most importantly, by the work that was done by Joey, their technician. He was professional and got the system running again quickly. Highly recommended.
Conserva rep Joey showed up on time and did a great job. He completed the needed repair on the same day and in a short period of time. He was polite, helpful and answered all my questions. The work was completed to my satisfaction as well. My only complaint was the price!! I needed risers to allow my sprinklers to pop up higher above my thick grass. Conserva charged $50 a sprinkler head. I had 12. it cost me $600!! I was told the price of the risers themselves are very inexpensive at Home Depot, but as I have a bad leg and 68 years old I opted to have Conserva do the work for me. I felt a bit cheated to think I paid such a ridiculous price for a job that didn't even require expensive parts. It was all labor and convenience of not having to do the work myself. I think in the future I will shop around for better service prices.
We have been using Conserva Irrigation since we moved to Williamsburg almost 3 years ago. It is not possible to speak highly enough of EVERYONE who works there. They are experienced, accommodating, and most importantly. they are all extremely knowledgeable. We have had them install a new sprinkler system for us, add the Hydrawise Clock, do our servicing when needed, and save the day(s) everytime I cry for help! They are absolutely wonderful, each and all. Dean in the office is amazing. He is always cheerful and helpful no matter how desperate I think I am:). Brandon and Joseph are the best technicians ever! They know instantly what the problem is and fix it. They never, ever leave without asking "is there anything else that you would like me to check or do for you while I am here? Do you have any questions that you would like me to answer?" Conserva Irrigation of Williamsburg has raised the bar of customer service that every company should strive to achieve. Joey came to correct problems with my control panel today. He went through a full diagnostic and made suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was definitely pleased with this visit and would recommend using this company!
Conserva Irrigation is a great company and I am happy with their services. Today David installed a new computer system so I can control my sprinklers from my phone. He was wonderful and informative. He showed me the steps and was great to work with. They have been maintaining my system for years and I am always impressed with their work.
Joey arrived early for a rescheduled appointment and promptly diagnosed an issue with the system and repaired it within minutes. He then rechecked every part of my system to ensure it was in working order. Friendly, professional, and prompt response makes Joey and Conserva a pleasure to work with.
They responded quickly. I explained the situation, total pump failure. Before spending big bucks on the pump they suggested that C&G Well check the well. This turned out to be a very good break for me. The C&G technician crawled under the garage stairs and diagnosed the problem, something Conserva would not do. He offered to replace just the pump for half the price Conserva offered. One hour later I was up and running. C&G was great. Thank you Conserva for recommending a company that fit with my needs. Oh and Conserva did not charge for the evaluation visit.
Check around first, I made a mistake never again. Especially when it comes to your backflow test.
I have never used them and never will. Whoever had the idea to hang unsolicited plastic bags with plastic sprinkler heads in them on multiple mailboxes needs a dose of ecological reality. Why do we recycle plastic? Why are the oceans full of plastic waste? Why are responsible businesses and even countries outlawing plastic packaging? To save our planet for the future. Yet you just add more useless and unwanted plastic pollution as a marketing strategy. Thoughtless, callous, and irresponsible in the extreme.
We had to have the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor from James City Service Authority come out to my property to verify the permanent disconnect that Conserva Irrigation did. The inspector for Conserva never properly reported to the County, told them to contact us, this after paying them hundreds. Careful folks, reach out to JCSA first.
Brandon was very professional and quickly completed the tuneup and located the 3 sprinkler valves. He reported that some heads will need to be replaced next season. Great job!

We just moved and there was an existing irrigation system that hadnt been used in many years. Conserva had us up and running in two visits. They replaced the pump, controller and 40 sprinkler heads. Joey the technician was informative, courteous, and professional. I needed 3 ea sprinkler valves located that were buried in yard. He found 4 that were buried in less than 30 min.

Ive had a leak in my sprinkler system for years that has bedevilled numerous technicians. Brandon quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem by capping the last sprinkler in a zone and adjusting the flow of the others. Extremely happy with his knowledge and professionalism!

Love Conserva Irrigation of Williamsburg. My Techician Brandon, always goes out of his way to give me top notch service. It s just the simple things he does. Like today. Knowing work third shift and sleep during the day. I missed Brandon when he arrived. When I woke from sleeping, almost 50 minutes later, Brandon hung around to do my service. He told me that he figured I was still sleeping, so he stayed in case I woke up. Thanks Brandon. Not only that but he always does a thorough check of my system. Recommends courses of action for repairs. He s always prompt, polite and respectful, really couldn t ask for a better person to service my system. The same technician came over 3 times... after his third visit, our system was shot down and not operational. I called to request a different technician but apparently he is the only one they have to serve this area, so we cancelled the service.

I was referred to Conserve Irrigation by a friend of the family that does the same kind of work up north by Richmond as a company that would install a top notch irrigation system. I could not be happier with the great service and professional workmanship of Conserve Irrigation. The crew that performed the installation was very courteous and the owner Jim was on hand to go over the system and walk me thru any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend that if you need a irrigation system get it from Conserve, the money will be WELL SPENT!!!!!

I had a massive leak from a broken underground line the other morning when I woke up. Called them, and someone showed up within an hour to get my system fixed. Can t ask for better service than that! Highly recommend!
