We had a lawn care service previously to Roudabush. We were not happy with the service they provided. Roudabush listened to problems we were having, explained what they will be doing. We are extremely happy with the service they provided.
My experience is almost exactly like that of Cody below. I hired Kyle to do lawn maintenance and paid in advance for the ‘Gold’ package which included six lawn treatments and an aeration. The first treatment was done and then I heard nothing for a couple of months. I had to contact Kyle and asked if he had forgotten me because my lawn had not been treated for so long and the weeds were totally out of control. He finally came and treated the lawn and I requested a ‘credit’ for the treatments he missed, which he said he would apply to me. Fast forward to lawn aeration season. Kyle sent out a blanket email in August that he would be starting aeration’s soon. I texted him and asked him when he would be doing my lawn. He responded that we needed to wait until we got some rain which seemed reasonable but even after periods of rain I heard nothing. I contacted him several times again and still heard nothing. Finally we’re into mid November and expecting snow. I texted him telling him that I believe it was too late in the season and to just cancel the aeration and refund the price I paid for that as well as the missed treatment earlier. He said he would get the refund going to me. It has now been almost 4 weeks and I have not received a response or a refund even though I have repeatedly tried contacting Kyle. I am so disappointed in the service I have received from him. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and do not have the money to just throw away on services that don’t get done.
Kyle is always professional and he is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services for a great looking lawn!
Kyle and his crew do great work. Have had lawn service for several years and asked for a small landscaping project. It was done quickly and neatly. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend.
Great company with excellent service. Not just another lawn care company that will come out and spray/spread, they will determine a plan for your lawn and make specific improvements. Also does a great job of not applying when the weather dictates otherwise. Now if I could just get the sun/rain to be as thoughtful to my grass year-round :-)
Kyle is great to work with. I needed mowing help, and Roudabush Lawn Care was there to help take the stress off. They also do a good job of explaining the differences in applications, if you don’t know what would be best for your lawn. This team has top notch costumer service and they do a great job!

We have been using Roudabush for going on our fourth year. Kyle and his team have been nothing but informative, helpful and always aiming to please. Kyle isnt there to sell you on every service he offers, but only the ones you need. We went from having a yard that consisted mostly of weeds to a weed free, thick, plush green yard that is the envy of every middle aged man. We will ALWAYS use Roudabush Lawn Care. When i received my notice that Roudabush was coming, I wasnt prepared. I really appreciated that Kyle switched my day for me without any hassle.
Absolutely terrible for fertilizer/weed control services. After moving to the IC area, I wanted somebody to help with fertilizer and weed control for my new place. Roudabush seemed like a good place, the owner is nice, etc. but his scheduling of services is beyond awful. I had to contact him throughout the summer asking when he would be doing applications because he was always late. It was so bad that at the end of the season, he had only provided 4 of the 6 applications for which I had prepaid and also did not complete the lawn aeration. (He said he was still doing lawn aeration but it was far too late in the season to overseed at that point). It was so bad that I even had to do a chargeback through my credit card company because of Roudabushs lack of communication. The only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star review is because he does seem genuinely nice but I can, under no circumstances, recommend his services for fertilizer and weed control.
We reached out to Kyle one morning and asked him to add some black fill dirt to a couple low spots in our front yard. He had the work done early that same afternoon and even seeded it down so it would catch a rain later that day. Great service and easy to deal with.
