I hired them to cut my grass and do mulching and the wanted 100 for just a really small patch of grass. Then after I paid he still wanted more money and he never even finished his work. Please don't go to this person he is really not good
We hired Joseph Lawncare to do some work on our property. After looking at the scope of the work a price was quoted. The scope of work and price were confirmed in person, on the phone and by text. On the day the work was done, this company left after completing less than 25% of the job and insisted on full payment or he would take us to court. When trying to negotiate or discuss the apparent misunderstanding about the scope of work/price, the company rep immediately went for the “court solution and how I would owe court costs, etc.” obviously having used that tactic in the past. They did a poor job on what they did attempt and obviously are not a company that can be trusted. -Homeowner in James City County
