Ryan- I now have a gorgeous yard! Your landscape design was spot on with the effect I wanted.The very pleasant gentleman who removed my deer destroyed azaleas etc., did an outstanding job planting and mulching.. And, since planting the shade tolerant and deer resistant plants I am very pleased to report that even though the beds were full of deer hoof prints, not a plant was touched! Yay! Thank you for you and your colleagues exceptional work ( and I might add, at a very reasonable price!)
We recently hired Delightful Gardens to complete a major renovation of our back and side yards. We are extremely pleased with their work. The project included several different aspects, including installation of pavers, resodding a large portion of our lawn, and installation of new plants and tree uplighting. Each step was completed professionally. We added an additional aspect to the original project and that was also completed within the original timeframe. We recommend them highly.
We couldn’t be happier with the double walkway designed and installed by Delightful Gardens! Ryan thoughtfully planned a beautiful path leading to both front entrances, complete with lighting and ground cover plantings. He addressed our drainage issues by incorporating a channel drain along the driveway which ties in with two downspouts from the house. The work was done over the course of a couple of weeks by happy and hardworking crew members Rich and Helmer. They respected our property while on-site, and took great care in executing every detail. Ryan was available throughout the project and completed a final inspection to be sure we were happy with everything. The end results far exceeded our expectations!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new deck , patio and garden! Don and his team transformed an uninspired backyard into a thoroughly serene and tranquil "secret garden." Don and Ryan were always professional, attentive and extremely patient with our numerous questions and requests. We have entertained family and friends in our garden and received many compliments from them. One of our friends even mentioned that he was experienced "yard envy" when he visited us. Many wild birds and butterflies visited our garden this summer and even now, into autumn, the attraction continues. Spring should bring a bounty of of blooms - we can't wait!

Delightful Gardens replaced a deck and patio for us. We researched other companies and decided this company offered the best quality of materials and workmanship. We started with a basic idea which owner, Don, revised as he got to know us and our vision for our yard. We were presented several options of design and materials including samples to see how the products would look in our yard. Considerable time was spent with us to insure we had the design we wanted. We did not feel rushed to make decisions on designs or colors. The goal of Delightful Gardens was to provide us with a backyard we would be happy with. From the demolition crew to the finishing crew, all employees were professional and hard working. The end product is a new deck and patio pavers that have greatly enhanced the appearance and value of our property. We happily recommend Delightful Gardens to others planning landscaping projects.
Delightful Gardens did a super job for us 2 years ago updating our landscaping so when we were thinking about landscape lighting we again hired Delightful Gardens!! Ryan worked up a great design for the lighting and even put down temporary lights to give us an idea of what his vision for the lighting would be. He was extremely responsive and listened to our questions and feedback. When the lighting was installed , it was completed quickly and seamlessly! It is more than we hoped for! Looks absolutely beautiful!! We could not be happier.... will always work with Delightful Gardens!!!!

A great Experience. I wanted to thank Don, Ryan and their staff for the great job they did for us over the past few weeks in May on our hard scape project. Many time you are quick to hear the problems but we wanted them to know how professional and courteous their staff was in completing this project and we couldnt be more happy with the end result. The work was completed in a timely manner. They did a great job and were professional in how they communicated with us and to make sure we were happy with the total project. Very satisfied with the end product, but it took a few phone calls to get where I expected. Initial landscaping was sloppy in that debris from trimming was left in the garden and quite a few remnants remained from removed holly bushes. Did some of the clean up myself just to get it done
Don and Ryan Newsome have transformed our landscape to a beautiful site to behold. Our family is so satisfied with all the touches they helped us create for our home. Their work book-ended our inside renovations, complimenting everything we did with a finished product that is most agreeable. We have been with Delightful Gardens for 10 years, Started with brick walkway and steps, then designed/planted front landscaping. Next brick patio and rear plantings. Recently completed berm in back yard. All professionally completed. The landscaping has a flow. Annual pruning has dramatically improved the maintenance and beauty of our yard. You should go with Delightful Gardens for the long term.

Beginning with our meeting with Don Newsom to discuss our plans to redesign our side yard after the removal of 20-year-old, 50-foot-tall deteriorating Leyland Cypress to personally choosing each tree and shrub that was to be installed and then through the installation by his very professional two-man crew, every stage was pleasant and efficient.
