Larry does a wonderful job with our 2.5 acres. His office team keeps us informed and always call the day before application. When we have questions, they are always answered. We could not be happier.

We have had Custom Lawn Service spray our trees for bagworms for several years. A couple of years ago their manager explained that they were having trouble reaching the top of the trees, so this became a concern that I wanted to pay attention to. We made arrangements for them to spray June 26th 2023 at 10 a.m., because we had other commitments earlier in the day. The sprayer showed up at 9 a.m. and explained that we were his last stop and he proceeded anyway. I asked him to pay additional attention to the tops of the trees while he was spraying, and he replied "You're not going to tell me how to spray. Find someone else to spray your trees", and then he drove off. The summary is that Custom Lawn Service is going to do things their way, and not pay attention to the customer's wishes or requests. They'll show up when they want to, not when you want them to, and they will be insulted if you ask them to do something. Stay away from these people if you have any idea at all that they are supposed to be working for you, and not the other way around.

Used them for my home and business 12-years give or take a year. It took me a few companies to find the right guys. Never had any problems. Garry/Lenexa
