Update- Last week a rep from Countryside came by and replaced the damaged sprinkler head. So all is well that ends well. We would’ve been happy to wait and have it replaced when they were less busy but it would’ve been nice if someone would’ve reached out and told us that was the plan. We hired Countryside to winterize/blowout our sprinkler system. They performed the service and later that day we found a sprinkler head blown off the system and laying on the lawn. We called them several times asking for help and all they would promise was a phone call. Finally almost 2 weeks later someone came by and dug a hole in our yard and put the sprinkler head in the hole without connecting it to the system. Poor communication and deceptive how they “fixed” the damage they caused.
Very professional company and easy to deal with. Called yesterday and they were able to provide services today. Outstanding! Jason was our technician and he did a wonderful job on a complex property. We will continue to do business with you. Thanks!
I've been using Countryside for one season and my lawn has drastically improved. The pricing was great, there was great communication and compared to last year, my lawn is amazing! I'll be using them from now on. Don't hesitate to call them.
We recently called Countryside to ask to have a dying cedar bush removed from front yard. The landscape professionals from Countryside responded the same day we called and the bush was removed the following day. I did not expect that type of response that quickly. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, & courteous & professional workers. And to add to that, the job was done as requested, above and beyond what was expected. What more can you ask of a landscape company. They have provided tree care for us for many years and have remained competitively priced and very conscientious in their care of our property. Would highly recommend Countryside Tree and Lawn Care to anyone needing landscaping or tree care. Excellent company to work with. Thank you.
I can't begin to explain with words my gratitude towards this amazing team of people, but I'll try. Let me start off by saying my yard has never looked better. Their monthly maintenance plans are so affordable and their team of employees are extremely kind, courteous and professional at all times. The communication with this company was top notch and they were always on time. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends for all Lawn car needs!
The good folks at Countryside Lawn & Tree Care took care of my previous home for 4 years then I built a new home & trusted them to give it the care it needed. They've been taking care of this home for 27 years. I get more compliments on my yard and have referred a dozen neighbors to them. They do what they say, when they say and they do a great job, but most importantly, they have some very knowledgeable people that can tackle any problem that creeps up. Best service in town :-)
Roxie and I have watched Countryside Lawn Care expand and grow for over 20 years. They always respond to us with great courtesy in a very prompt manor. Not really a lawn care company. Had a contract with them to spray lawn. Last summer a lot of grass died due to the extreme heat. They said they didnt have time to reseed in the fall. Then in Feb they sprayed pre-emergeant without assessing whether the lawn needed reseeded even after we requested for them to do so last fall. So now we cant reseed again until next fall. Not sure how that is a lawn care company.

I reached out to Jeff after 3 prior companies no showed on me and although he was very booked he squeezed me in and on a Saturday no less! We have them do a yearly plan with us. They do awesome the yard looks amazing.
Problem is not lawncare it is communication No notice when they would arrive, no notice about installations. No reply to emails or web communications. So far yard work is good

We have used countryside since 2017. We had a couple other companies prior and ended up switching to CS after some disappointing service. This summer the army worms hit and our yard started to show signs of damage. Initially I was upset that it wasn t caught during our treatment and it was misdiagnosed by the tech. I spoke with the manager Travis and he handled it quickly with a next day (Saturday) application for the army worms. He was apologetic and wanted to make it right, even though they were short staffed and slammed with yards full of army worms. The following regular treatment we had a new Tech named Rich- he was super friendly, and went above and beyond during his time here. I highly recommend CSLTC!

Called to request a quote for sprinkler system. Appointment was made and kept. We talked about the work, it would 2-3 days we would get a quote by email. We didnt receive an email, after 3 WEEKS I called twice, no response. I then sent email to them, no response. My wife then called 1 time and still no response. Not trustworthy.
Great job in troubleshooting my back flow issue. Was in and out in no time.
Ive been using Countryside for 3 years now. They have preformed stellar service each and every time. Theyve done multiple start up and winterizations and replaced a number of broken parts. They are always on time and professional, and best of all, AFFORDABLE!!

Countryside has has been on our side from the very beginning. From professional tree service to landscaping keeping our business looking tip-top. Most recent satisfaction was from tree trimming for the entire property. Superb job and cleaned up debris. Very pleased with Countryside. They do a phenomenal job taking care of your lawn and your shrubberies. They know exactly what nutrients and when to put them on.
Call them and they said they dont do residentials, but yet the pictures above show front and back yards of houses? Should probably fix that.
A neighbor signed us up for what we were led to believe was a one-time bagworm treatment. Never at any point did Countryside make any attempt to reach the actual owners of the house (us) to discuss the terms of this agreement. Subsequently, Countryside applied a second treatment weeks after we sold and moved out of the house. After receiving the bill, I called immediately and was told that Travis would be calling me back. While waiting to hear back from Travis Countryside sent me another invoice charging me interest for balance due. I called Countryside a second time and Travis left me a voicemail indicating that did not care what our situation was and that we would be responsible for the full balance due. Ultimately, we paid the bill to avoid any legal issues. I cannot in good conscious recommend this dishonest company. Happy to change this review should Countryside do the right thing.

Cant say enough good things about this company. We have 8 commercial properties out here and they have done excellent work in maintaining them, not only in the good months but also in the winter, keeping up with the weather and salting and plowing as needed and in keeping me informed. Ask for Adam over there and he will take great care of you :)

We have used Countryside for 12 years and this is why. Travis and his team, Mark, Shawn, and Matt have done an exemplary job of taking care of our lawn and trees. They have helped us with landscaping projects, berms, flowerbeds, boulder placement, and stone pathway. They are always willing to help and answer any questions that we may have.
