It was very important to them to get things just right and to provide the services that I needed. Very friendly staff, reliable & good service!!

Good people but clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. There were numerous issues here but the last straw was making me wait three months for an irrigation tech only to refer me to someone else.

I HIGHLY recommend their services! Will was very responsive to my problem and got me on schedule very quickly! Mario came out and did fantastic work. He even went above his original service call problem to make sure everything else was working properly. They even found a leak I was not aware of. They quickly fixed it and got me up and running!

Installed brand new irrigation system and sod. Work was completed quickly.. Very knowledgeable and has been very responsive to my questions.

Premier came out to turn on our sprinklers for the season and do a rebuild. We owned our house for 4 years and this is the 3rd company we had out. They recognized right away we had an entire zone that was not working properly and never had been since we moved in. The first two companies totally missed it. The grass had been completely dead over there but we live in an old neighborhood with big trees and lots of shade so we just thought grass couldn t grow in that spot. We have had them out several times since for various things and they are always very thorough. I will never use anyone else again!

The staff was very professional and proactive on our regular schedule service. They contacted us days prior to confirm times and always have done what they said they would and when they would do it.

Professional and responsive. In the heat of the summer, my next door neighbor knocked on my door to let me know my irrigation system was gushing water. I called Premier right away who made time in their schedule to get us operational again, and then came back to perform maintenance this fall, including fixing a broken sprinkler head. I highly recommend Premier - I can always count on them for irrigation needs. Great company!
