Scheduled Irrigation system start up and Backflow test. Scheduled services were completed and one broken sprinkler head was replaced. I received an invoice twice the quoted rate. After three months of numerous call and leaving many voice messages, I finally call as a future customer and was able to actually talk to someone about my invoice… pointless!
Goodness, youre going to start mowing at 7:30am sharp on a tuesday, that is obnoxious and unnecessary. Not only is it dumb. I hope your mower blades rust up. I see your below average review others feel like you all have some opportunities as well as myself.

This company is full of lazy people that want to just get paid for standing around . They did a terrible job on our garden and yard, and charged me two times the price I was previously quoted. The only reason I went with them is because a friend had mentioned them to me . I am very very disappointed and will not be returning for more business in the future ! Only gave 1 star because I have to!
They were good about getting back with us after we requested their service to clean and remove a rose bush. They came out in a timely fashion and did a great job! Our property looks much nicer. The cost was very affordable and we will use them again!
Unfortunately I have to give these guys a 1. We put an in ground pool in our back yard. We had them do a big project for us including taking out several trees, moving our sprinkler system and putting in new sod and landscaping. Tree guys were great, sprinkler guys were great and then the landscape guys ruined all that. The guy we worked with was very unhelpful and sometimes rude. We had issues with the sod and how the yard was sloped. All we got were excuses when he would actually contact us back. We withheld money until they fixed it and they did come out a do a few things but our yard is far from what anyone would be happy with. Instead of working with us and actually coming out to look at it he turned us into collections because we hadn’t paid the balance. Be very careful using these guys is all I will say.
After my vehicle was vandalized by this companies staff I have posted the picture below showing the extensive damage that was done to an area at my apartment complex this company handles. The damage was done during an extremely rainy day but as you can see they dug their edger into the grass to splatter mud all over the back end of my 2018 I just recently purchased. This will take years to grow back or hundreds of dollars to replace the entire section that now looks horrible due to their employee and the "edging" job that he was to do that day. The management handled my complaint very well, asking questions to pin point the exact location where the damage occurred. I would just forewarn anyone who employee's this company, if it is a rainy day do not call this company to come destroy your property as it will cost you more to fix the damage than it was worth hiring them!
Got a great quote to have 4 large trees trimmed, especially for an insured company. They made quick work of the job, even doing additional work that was not included on the quote without charging me. The cleanup was well done, and the service was great. My 2 locust, oak and maple never looked so good, I appreciate their efforts...my money was well spent!

I have had this company mow my lawn, winterize my sprinkler system, do fall clean and spring clean up and fertilize my lawn for the last few years and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend this company.
I hired suburban to aerate and overseed my parents yard they did a awesome job definitely recommend them!
After a 9000 doller sod job I had a sprinkler issue.... I asked for help finding out the issue....and was quikley quoted a full price quote...shouldnt they have ckd them before install? at least shoot me a cheaper price then 100. Other issues with bidding quotes and negotions after install....
I was interviewing for a job and got the runaround, so I can only imagine how they are doing business for folks. its a shame
I called their office needing sprinkler system repair work for our yard. They came on the day that they said the work was scheduled and did an excellent job of fixing our sprinkler system. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We will call them again should the need arise. Steve Positive

Company ball parked the cost to repair sprinkler system after a pool was installed. They underestimated by 300%. I filmed the workers standing around or leaving for hours at a time but still charged us an hourly fee. Once we came to terms I paid. This was late in the season in 2020, so not too much use. 2021 sprikler system leaks at main, had huge water bills. Suburban(SLM) would not fix the work. They put me on a do not work with list. They use cheap parts that break, have replaced sections of pipes etc from the original sprinkler instal. Do not use over priced and not professional.

Appreciated the outstanding work of sprinkler technician, Cody Howard. He was punctual and got right to work to assess the problems of my sprinkler system. I appreciated his focus to identify problems and how clearly he conveyed the problems to me. I especially appreciated the courtesy he showed in sharing his expert knowledge as to which problems needed immediate action and which problems could wait. This allowed me to determine the best plan of action for my budget. His work was excellent and efficient and Im exceptionally pleased with the results.
They answered my email question about a particular tree promptly.

Jack and his team did a fantastic job removing dead trees and trimming up all around the house. They left the yard and street much cleaner than before the service. Thank you.

Typical contractors, they didnt do a good job, admitted they would need to come out and fix it, and its taken 4 calls and theyve still not fixed it.
The landscaping was nicely done but the flowers they put in were TERRIBLE. They were small, sickly and had to be replaced but they were not any better. We have had to go buy our own and redo the garden.......I cannot suggest them for anything other than creating the landscaping place.....
Our lawn looks terrible! We asked them to call a day prior to our applications so we could leave the gate unlocked. They showed up and did not do our first application of pre-emergent because our gate was locked. Showed up way too late for it to be effective as the weeds had already taken hold. After our second application, we were told to call 10 days after if we did not see a significant decrease in weeds. I called 3 times over a 3 week period and was told they would be out within a couple of days. Now it is time for our next application. I was told 5 days ago that they would be out to do our next application along with weed control within the next 2 days. I was told that if we didn t see results after 10 days to call and they would do an additional application. No way can I count on that! I am done with them! Very poor communication.
Honestly would have put a half star if I could. They came to do a tree removal which was great but the whole time they were swearing and cussing. One guy was spouting racial comments and slurs to his Hispanic coworker about Hispanics. I told them to let me know if they needed to access any part of my property and low and behold these guys are crawling on my house stomping around on the roof and jumping the fence into the back yard. Called the supervisor and not once did he apologize for the unprofessionalism of his crew. Overall very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this company and I will NOT be spending any more money with them. Would not recommend to anyone.
They mow the apartments here. Just watched them using the blower to clean off the sidewalks and they blew all that fresh cut grass onto my car. Not even my washer fluid could clean it all off the windshield.
This place has 5 owners making it hard to pay the workers what they deserve.

We hired this company to get rid of our weeds, grade our yard and ensure that drainage ways were in place and effective, install an irrigation system and seed our yard. They seem professional at the onset but their execution and follow through are terrible. They damaged trees in the process as well. We now have a lawn that has chunks of ground with no grass, large areas of standing water that does NOT drain, an irrigation system with zones that are mixed with heavy shade and total sunlight which either drowns the grass in the shady area or burns up the grass in the sun. It was a very expensive process with very disappointing outcome. Stay away...
