This place has the worst customer service in the area. The reason people just junk rather than repair is so you don’t have to spend weeks dealing with incompetent businesses like Four Seasons. I had my power washer at this shop for four weeks, waiting for a diagnostic. During that time, I didn't receive a single call or email with a status update. Despite calling multiple times, no one ever answered the phone. Frustrated, I visited the shop after two weeks to check on the progress. Instead of helpful information, I was met with a dismissive attitude, telling me it had only been two weeks. After four weeks of no communication, I decided to pick up my power washer. When I arrived, I was told the part hadn't come in yet. They never called to authorize the repair or provide a definitive price. The owner was extremely dismissive and unapologetic about the lack of communication and updates during the four weeks my power washer sat in the shop. Regardless of the service cost, I wouldn’t pay for it because it's clear that customer service is not a priority here.
These people really know their stuff and they are super friendly. The only place locally where you can still get your Craftsman mowers serviced. Highly recommend!
Great service and very helpful. Repaired our snowblower and walked me through how we can take care of it well with fuel info etc. They truly care about the customers and wanting to help them get what is needed. Would not hesitate to use them.
Literally worse customer service. A lady answers the phone with a attitude and loves to put you on hold numerous times. Then when you have a specific questions, like the difference between 2 Carburetors she rather you guess the difference between the 2 instead of just informing you one which one you might have. If you ask for the part number they treat you like your a POS and tell you “why would I give you that information when I did all the work on my computer”. If customer service is important to you DO NOT go here
Excellent service. Went there looking for riding mower. Spoke with Dan, gave him some info on my yard he recommended the perfect size mower. The deliveryman was also very helpful in getting me started. Will definitely be doing business again.

nice shop. nice staff. great service. great equipment. great mechanics excellent prices !!!. Dan takes real good care of everyone. Highly recommend. Own a Landscape business and visit four seasons frequently. anyone with a bad experience here is not being reasonable. Dan does his best to accommodate everyone. He and his staff are very honest. This is a family owned business and they care about what they do and mostly about customers and their customer service.

I was referred to four seasons by a Lowe s associate, who was not able to help me figure out what was wrong with my craftsman Weedwhacker. The kind folks at four seasons assured me that even though they don t sell that brand of Weedwhacker, they would be more than happy to take a look at it for me and help me out if they could. It turns out I needed a new line for my Weedwhacker and the gentleman at four seasons, took the time to show me how to remove and replace my line. I walked away with a functioning, Weedwhacker and more knowledgeable about my piece of equipment I would definitely recommend four seasons to anyone in the future.

Nice staff, new store is great. Can be a little lengthy on the turn around for repairs, but they give you a pretty shot on time line ahead of time
