You want a lawn service that does what they say they are going to do, show up when they say they are going to show up AND has great customer service on top of it - GROUND FX is the one! Jake and Rhonda are so easy to work with. Never had a lawn service before, but when I came home and saw what they had done their first time out - I was thrilled! So clean, precise, neat and I swear my grass looked greener, ha! So, then, I hired them to do some tree work, as well! Will send another post once thats done to let yall know how it went. They always have my driveway done by the time I need to use it. I have to do remove some snow up by my garage doors. There are several packages to choose from. Been using their services for 4 years.

I m very pleased with the snow removal service of GroundFX. With more than 50 inches of snow (so far) it s worth the price. Even the snow pile in front of the mail boxes was cut down. Now my neighbors and I can get our mail delivered!

Ground FX snow removal is top-notch. They provide email update when it snows to let customers know when to expect snow removal, and their guys even take a few passes in front of mailboxes to make everyones lives just a little easier. I highly recommend this team.
Not very much pride, enthusiasm or conscientiousness in their work. I had them for a few years and I was not impressed. Sometimes when the snow was a little heavy their plow would slide over it and leave 8 inch mounds in my driveway. Do you think the driver would come back through for a second pass to clean it out? Nope! If youre looking for a company to get to the bulk of the snow off your driveway and you do the rest, they would be fine. For what they charge though they need to be telling their drivers to do a little better job if they want to retain their customers. It usually took me the same time to clean up after them as it would have if I would have just done it myself. Sorry folks.
Ground FX has been clearing our driveway of snow this year. They have done and outstanding job working around dumpsters and junk left on the driveway because of an exterior housing project. I love that they communicate ahead of big storms their driveway clearing plans and then execute the plans accordingly. I am very happy with their service!
Second year we ve used them at our home and been very pleased with service and timeliness. Many homes in our neighborhood in Hugo use them, as does our HOA. Very timely updates when snow events occur. Would definitely recommend to others

GroundFx is exceptional in snow removal with fast response, amazing equipment, and expert operators! Especially nice to have the snow blown instead of bladed for it is out of the way with less tendency to drift, and without ANY damage to lawn or structures. Very pleased!

I hired this company to aerate and overseed, spray for weeds and do the winter fertilizer. After just this, my lawn is well on its way to look amazing. The best part of this company sp far though, is the workers. They are friendly, thoughtful, and just downright nice! Highly recommend.
