Do not hire Sean for leaf removal unless you want angry neighbors. He ended up blowing many of my leaves into my neighbors yard, which my neighbor then came out to ask him to clean it up. He said he would take care of it before he left, but left without touching it. Then when we called him back he said it wasn’t his problem and that they already had leaves in their yard so it shouldn’t matter, and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional man, and now we have to go clean up the mess he left on the neighbors lawn.

They were contacted by several people on the East Side of St. Paul to plow alleys, I being one of them. Their customer service is incredibly surly and their plowing has been slow, nonexistent or none at all. They have lost a lot of business on the East Side this winter.

These guys are plowing our alley this year. It has been the first winter we have used them, and I'm told the goal is for it to be our last (I don't coordinate plowing for our alley). I've lived in this house for 10 years, and this is the worst plow job we have had. 2 stars b/c they have plowed sometimes. Not always, and never promptly, but it sometimes eventually gets done.

I hired Sean about 6 weeks ago. He has been on time with weather permitting and is doing a better job than the last 2 company's that I hired. Thank you for all your hard work!

The team at SCH was very prompt and communicative when it came to getting me a quote which is why I have given them 1 star. They confirmed that I had been added to their service, and then they no-showed and have not returned any of my calls or emails.

Sean agreed to do my sister's yard to button it down for fall. He agreed on a price, and is familiar with the property as he has done the neighbors yard for awhile. He never showed to do the work. (Did the neighbor's). When Sean was contacted as to why there is snow on the unfinished yard, Sean commented, well I notice you have a fence, so it will be a hundred or so more. Who does this? Same fence ive had for over 10 years. I was out of town and came home to snow all over the leaves burried on the lawn. How much damage will this do? Use at your own risk...

Called them and within 8 hours on an exremely horrible snow day they got my driveway, front sidewalk and all steps clear. Very reasonably priced and let me know I would be serviced that day but it would take a while. I think within one business day is very reasonable considering I called them at 11:30AM. The driver answered all my calls (2) within the first few rings and made me feel ok calling to verify timing and what not. Will use again.
