Very happy we found Zane. He has taken great care of a property that has been in the family a very long time. We live out of state. He is great at communication and always sends pictures. Very nice knowing we have someone we can trust to do a great job. Highly recommended A+++

Dishonest and unprofessional. Nate was wonderful! Sorry he isn’t the owner. They have threatened me not to leave bad reviews and it is even in their contract - which is actually illegal. Damaged an item in my home (a pipe) and said they would fix. Sent over another contract - now saying that it isn’t their contract. Now some weeds are back - promised to come back for one last go over. Have not done so. Very untrustworthy and non-responsive.

I had a wonderful experience with Big Bear Landscaping. They put in a really long French drain for me and rebuilt a retaining wall that previous owners had put in incorrectly. They worked with me to fit the jobs into my budget and were wonderful in communicating when they would be there to do the work. Friendly and reliable.

We contacted this business for brush removal and were pleased with the results for $150 and were promised professional lawn care services for another time. With this said. After explaining to the mom or whoever's responsible for scheduling lawn maintenance and services. No response until this morning with threatening behavior and texts and we decided that we would not need them to stop by. Saving all texts and negative comments made by this company. We are nor have been in a contract with them. They do not show up in a company truck,trailer nor professional vehicles. We had to cancel lawn mowing until next week and that is when a debacle started. Not recommended and I explained that they are not needed here. All threatening texts have been saved. You are not welcome here anymore.

Did a great job, employees are respectful. Had my yard looking like a million bucks and didn't charge me outrageous prices like the other lawn care companies around here. Love the service.
