The worst experience I have ever had with a lawn company. They have essentially ruined my lawn. I no longer have grass. They keep telling me I need to overseed even after Ive aerated, composted and overseeded with them for two previous seasons. I also have an irrigation system which was in use twice a day for the designated amount of weeks to ensure proper growth.

Great guys and the irganic mosquito spray really works!! We can enjoy our backyard in rhe evenings.

I am new to this service, but this company came highly recommended by someone who has been a customer for years. Immediately after our first treatment we were able to enjoy being outside without being pestered by mosquitoes. It remained that way even with the humidity and dampness from the last few weeks. I got three mosquito/tick treatments from them in July and August. Maybe they got the ticks but their sprays did nothing to reduce the mosquitoes. Big waste of money.

I just had abdominal surgery the same day as an ice storm and could not clear my own driveway. I reached out to pure solutions to see if they could help. I use them for lawn service but I do my own snow removal. Not only did they agree to help with their already busy schedule, they did it in record time. I, like many of my neighbors, switched to Pure Solutions for the 2022 summer season after my previous eco-friendly mosquito control company was bought out by a large pest control company. Pure Solutions was friendly and professional, however I saw no improvement at all in the amount of mosquitoes on my property even after a couple of bi-weekly treatments. I was actually home for one of the visits and I watched the person spend less than 5 minutes spraying my property. In contrast, my previous company would spend at least 10-15 minutes with the gas-powered backpack sprayer spraying all of the thick brush and tree growth at the edges of my entire property before leaving and I would smell the essential oils for hours afterward. I never smelled anything after Pure Solutions came and treated despite them also using an essential oil based spray. My wife and I went outside to do some gardening a day later and we got absolutely ravaged by mosquitos. I did reach out and let them know I wasnt seeing any results and they did offer to send out a manager to do a complimentary treatment, which was nice, but I declined and canceled my service. There are so many eco-friendly mosquito treatment providers around that I just went with someone else that does it right the first time.

As someone who was completely bedridden from Lyme + other tick borne diseases, and then studied to learn how to heal, I wanted to do something to protect my yard/family from ticks & mosquitos, but I didnt want to further negatively impact our health, or the health of the planet/wildlife, by using pesticides. That is why I am SO GRATEFUL for Pure Solutions! Not only do they provide a service I can feel good about, but they actually CARE. These guys are great! Since about 2 weeks after the first treatment, I haven t seen a tick or a mosquito in the yard at all! Before they came to do my lawn I would take 2-6 ticks off of my dog almost daily! They have been 100% professional and courteous! They sent me messages before they come and after they are done! Pure Solutions is not a mowing service but they do everything else. And, they do it organically which is important to us as we have grandchildren and neighbor kids all over our yard. The grass has been great this year despite the drought and I think it s all because of Pure Solutions. They are east and efficient to deal with. They text right before coming and if you have a conflict ( we were away so couldn t water the grass seed) they easily adjust their schedule. I feel like we are not thoughtlessly throwing down fertilizers and chemicals like other companies or if I went to Home Depot and did it myself.

We have had pure solutions for a few years now both for fertiliser and organic pest control, ticks etc. with a dog in the house it is great to know that a lot of harmful chemicals are not being introduced. Used Pure Solutions for a pesticide free experience on my lawn and am super happy about it. Great results on my lawn. My lawn is lush and green more than ever and is almost weedless. In addition to those listed, I also used their fertilizer, soil testing and pH adjustment along with compost top dressing. FYI, the fertilizer smells like fish which didn t bother us. Professional service and appreciate the timely reminders of service before they come. The natural oils used on my lawn do a decent job of keeping some bugs away without the harmful chemicals used in typical practices.

The workers have all been very professional and take pride in their work. My lawn was a complete disaster before Pure Solutions. It was nothing but weeds and crab grass. After just 1 year of using them I already see a world of difference in my lawn. 90% of the weeds and crabgrass is gone and I m left with a lush-looking, healthy lawn going into winter. I also used the Tick & Mosquito service and did not see a single mosquito all year. Best part, it was all done without the use of chemicals making my yard safer for my kids and dog. Our lawn was a total mess about 4 years ago. We did not like to use chemicals and the weeds got a bit out of control. Since then, our lawn is thick and green because of Pure Solutions services. We mulch our grass when we mow to return the organic matter to the lawn. Even with this dry summer, our lawn stayed pretty green and it is very thick. All of our neighbors use chemical lawn care companies and our lawn stays greener longer and turns green much sooner in the spring. I feel strongly about protecting the environment and making my yard a friendly habitat to pollinators and birds. We have wetlands right by our house and it is important to protect those from chemical runoff. I also have 2 dogs and I love that they are not laying on harmful chemicals and pesticides on the lawn. I highly recommend Pure Solutions and their employees are always professional and polite.

Weve used PURE for a couple of years now and the mosquito population in our backyard has definitely decreased, so we can actually sit outside - even at night - and not be harassed by biting insects! Weve used Pure Solutions for 5 years for mosquito/tick spraying. Its worked so well: we can sit outside with few mosquito bites, and our goldendoodle rarely has ticks on her. Todays technician took extra care to spray into the heavily wooded landscape at the edge of our lawn where we know many many ticks and mosquitos live. The adults in our house have had different tick-borne diseases, and we re so grateful for this extra effort.

Pure Solutions takes the guess work out of lawn maintenance, and they do it with organic and sustainable products in a timely fashion. Even though I would prefer less grass (and more flowers) they are respectful of my pollinator garden. Our lawn has never been as healthy nor looked as good as it does now. Having gone through a season with them, I can say that the Pure Solutions team is literally the most responsive, friendly, and responsible service business I have ever encountered, period. They ALWAYS answer the phone, and are truly happy to help. Their field technicians take pride in their work and are very detail-oriented.

We have used Pure Solutions for two years to control ticks with essential oil sprays. I ask to meet with the techs, and direct them where to spray and avoid spraying (garden areas), and they can change the concentration of the solution if needed. We have seen very few ticks during this time. Customers dont need to meet the techs at all, they refer to notes on the property before coming.

Ive been using Pure Solutions now for two years, and now entering our third season. Their use of safe environmentally friendly products is what drew us to them at first, but its their dedication to customer service that brings me back. After voles heavily damaged our lawn last winter Pure Solutions came thru with a visit to our yard by the co-founder and the formation of a heavy duty plan to grow good grass back. The lawn specialist sent to implement the plan during the Round 4 application were very attentive, precise and stayed busy all morning. They even scheduled an all day drizzle on the same day as seeding ;-). Hoping our yard will look better come spring, if not sooner. Its comforting to also know their organic products wont harm the wetlands & pond we live near. 5 Stars when our lawn grows back in!

They took care of my lawn. Even with the drought we had this summer, once we got some rain my lawn looks terrific. I love that they are organic.

Last year was the first year we used Pure Solutions for mosquito control. I was extraordinarily impressed by their professionalism, their prompt responses and above all was very happy with the fact that their treatments worked very well. Last year we spent a lot of time on our deck , this was possible only because of the efficacy of their methods, there were hardly any mosquitoes to be found once they treated our yard! The product works , the customer service is outstanding, and it is affordable, especially if you consider what it would cost if you got Lyme disease! It is really nice not getting mosquito bites in the summer.

Dramatic impact on ticks (though not much success with mosquitos) Worth every penny.

We have both Pure Solutions organic tick & mosquito control and their organic lawn care services done at our property and are very impressed by the results of organics. Our lawn was in dire shape with weeds and dead soil and after contracting Pure Solutions we now have a lush lawn and healthy soil. They even provide regular soil analysis to show improvements over time! As for tick and mosquito control, their product works great. Our dog can now spend time in the back yard without picking up ticks each time she is out and we have piece of mind when the grandchildren come over.

We have been using Pure Solutions for 3 years now, and have been really pleased. Theyre literally the only company we use to service something for our home where we literally have nothing we wish was different. Theyre incredibly attentive and responsive, have great attitudes on the phone anytime we call, are very reasonably priced, do what they say theyll do when they say it, etc. Of high importance to us is that they use non-toxic products and they work. We have chemical sensitivity issues in our family, and also have dealt with Lyme disease. We want as much protection from ticks as possible, yet cant handle the typical cocktail of chemicals most services use. Pure Solutions uses products that have had literally zero impact on anyone in our house, and we have not seen a tick in years, despite living in a very tick-heavy area with plenty of little animals around our property. So thankful to have found Pure Solutions. We cant say enough good things about them.

We have used Pure Solutions for a more than few years now. We have two dogs & live on a property with a large pond. So, we were concerned about ticks & mosquitoes-especially now with EEE. Since we started using Pure Solutions, we rarely find a tick on either one (more likely they get them when taking walks elsewhere) and we are able to sit outside & enjoy dinner, fire pit etc w/very little issue of mosquitoes. (I am a mosquito magnet so I am very grateful ) Also, the fact that it s natural & the scent is actually ok makes it that much better. They are thorough, efficient & get the job done quickly! Lastly, the people who run & work for the company are so customer focused. Always texting ahead of time to let us know when they re coming & always leave a placard saying that they ve been here. Pricing is very reasonable as well!

Pure Solutions has been servicing my home for multiple years with their all-natural products. Their product has helped eliminate any tick and mosquito activity in our yard so we can enjoy our outside pool and firepit areas all season long, a true pleasure that we were not able to fully enjoy during evening hours prior to their service. Also, we have developed some nice landscaping around these areas and during the winter months we have our property protected with their Deer spray and it has made a tremendous difference in helping us from Deer damaged shrubs (Evergreens, Hollys,Rodos.....). Finally, I have met their field Technicians when they have been doing the application treatments and they are always pleasant, professional and have time for my questions about the application and the product, very much appreciated !!!
