Terrible service, we will not rehire. Lack of follow up, promises not kept. Clearly understaffed, but have no problem cashing our checks. I feel sorry for their customer service having to lie to us when we call.

My lawn has never been treated before with anything until I hired Naturescape this past season. No more weeds, dandelions, crabgrass, nothing anymore! Grass is thicker, richer in color, like a new lawn! Will hire them again for next season!

Angie and Deanna were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. I was able to buy a few different services from them. I signed up for the fertilizer package. Its a five-part apply, I also got the mosquito repellent package, And I signed up for the spring cleanup but ended up getting some help from family and they were gracious enough to call and ask before they delivered the service. Theyve earned my repeat business assuming they come through on the services paid for, honesty should be rewarded, Deanna was especially knowledgeable.

I have been using Naturescape for their 5-Step program for several years. My lawn has never looked better. In recent years, I have had a problem with grubs, and skunks have almost destroyed my lawn digging them up. Naturescape has a grub control product that has really done the job for me. They have been applying that for about 3-years now and no more skunk damage.

Have had this service in the past. ALWAYS difficulty contacting them. How can a caller be 2nd in line for 35 minutes? Paid in advance was suppose to start services within 2 weeks. Cant get anyone to answer phone. After hour and 1/2 just gave up.3 weeks still no one has shown up.

Unfortunately I had to choose a star. They don t deserve a one star. I live at Helmke Heights condos- we have only two buildings- not much to mow. They were hired last year and this year. So far to date - they have mowed twice! We have complained about lack of service and nothing changes. They do a poor job mowing and don t do any clean up. I would not recommend. Our lawn is embarrassing!

The Weston WI location has been very unreliable for our lawn services. All I get is the run around. We had to cancel our mosquito control application because no one showed up and we re already half way through June. I also am canceling my grub control due to them not coming out. I applied both of these applications now myself. I am now on the verge of canceling our lawn treatment applications as it has been over 6 weeks since our first application. When I call I get false promises and nothing but excuses. When I set up all these services for this year I was promised we were going to be taken care of, because last year I only received 2 lawn applications and 2 mosquito applications. If do not receive a response back in the next day or two I will be canceling all services indefinitely. Update: They showed up today and did a great job on the yard with a very thorough service.

We used this business for the past few years with really no issues until this year. We called two weeks before we would be at our property that we hired naturescape to provide mosquito control services for. They never provided the service. When we called we were given excuses and a promise to call back with an update. The update never happened. Interesting enough I have exact dates and time records of the dates and times we called. The lady we talked to never made the notes regarding our call. We paid for this service months ago and are extremely disappointed with this service. I had given a one star review. Update: a few days after I posted fhis review the owner/manager called and apologized for the service we received and did his best to make it right. Our property has been taken care of since. Kudos to you Naturescape for the service recovery. The phone call we received showed how much you care about your clients and the service you provide. 4 stars.

Naturescape totally ruined my lawn. It went from a beautiful green lush lawn to just mud. Look at the pictures, its unbelievable!!

I got the treatment for misquote control as a present for my mother because she has 3 arces of marsh. So where she lives the misquotes get very bad, where she can hardly go outside. They did a rather good job the first time but it seems to only take them about 5 mintues to cover over one and a half arces of lawn. When we talked to them about it they said that was the normal time it takes. Well after a week if lucky, the misquotes would come back. So then theyd have to come back. And of course they wouldnt show up for a long time or not show up on time. My mother decided to give them another try this year and somehow theyre worse than last year. Its like they dont care about doing their job right the first time and the one lady that does come here always has an attitude. When we brought this up to someone higher up they were rude and had an attitude with us and then they spinned it on us as if it is our fault. I am so disappointed in this company I no longer recommend this company to anyone in fact I warn people not to go to them because of this and how incompetent they are at doing their job. They spend barely five minutes spraying our lawn to help control misquotes only to have it maybe last a week only for their poor attitude workers to come back and just do the same thing again. If you need your lawn taken care of, save your money and go to someone else.

After a couple of seasons where My lawn was a disaster due to some construction projects it is great to see my lawn come back because of the great services provided by Nature Scape. Couldnt be more pleased.

I signed up for a 5 service treatment plan for my lawn. It has been almost 2.5 months since my first treatment was applied. My lawn looks terrible. I am very disappointed with the service.

My parents use Naturescape and like how responsive the company is whenever they call with a problem. They love their green grass and say it has never looked better.

They came to wisconsin rapids and were always there when scheduled. They always did more than expected and were easy to contact with any questions or concerns. They are the first lawn care service i ever used and i cant imagune not using them now.

Hired Naturescape for aeration of our lawn. Most of the lawn looked normal after aeration, plug holes scattered on the lawn. Most have already disintegrated into the lawn. One area though, along our garage, was badly ripped up. Sent an email to the Weston, WI office along with pictures. Looked like someone came through with a plow, not an aerator. The lawn still hasnt come back. I am giving it two weeks and am withholding payment until this is resolved.

Excellent job spraying mosquitoes. Nice to sit by the fire and not be bothered by mosquitoes. Also guarantee their work.

I have had the Mosquito Control Program for several years, and it has been excellent in reducing mosquitos. We can actually go out and enjoy the backyard and deck now, where before we could not go outside because they were so bad. Sam, the manager was great in explaining everything, and how if there is ever a problem, they guarantee everything, so if another application is needed, they will do it. I am also going to try the 5 visit Lawn Program this year. Very reasonable price for all this in my opinion.

To date I have a weed free, deep green plush lawn. Extremely satisfied. I am a four returning customer and so far. This is the best results yet!

I use their mosquito treatment and aeration. Both have helped tremendously. We can sit on our deck without being attacked by mosquitoes, even into the evening.

Ive been having Naturescape doing the five step fertilizer program for a few years now. They have done a quality service to my lawn. And when I havent been. 100% pleased, I just call them and they make me 100% pleased. Nobody comes close to the prices either. Thank you Naturescape for simplifying my life and not having to take the time to do it myself.

Very unsatisfied with naturescape. The first time they cut my lawn they couldnt finish the trimming and had to come back the next day. Its been over 2 weeks since they have been to my residence. I called them midway through the second week and asked if they would be here to mow and they said yes. They never showed up and my yard looks like a jungle due to the extreme amount of rain we have had. This is the third time they were supposed to mow for me. I will not be using them any longer and will tell everyone I know about their horrible service.
