This is the second time I have used Benito’s Landscaping.They were very accommodating with all our requests and did an amazing job fixing the drainage problems we have had for years. The landscaping looks unbelievable and thanks for all the help with landscape design. Great job & thanks again!!

Benito’s has been mowing my lawn for over a year. I am very happy with their performance every week. Last Saturday, Pasqual supervised a crew to eliminate the “weed trees” that had overgrown the bedding areas around my house. I was very happy with the work that they did, doing things that I actually didn’t expect from their original proposal.

They did a good job on my landscaping. The yard drainage is a freaking joke even after two attempts. Julie can be a nasty *****! Just put you to one star after saying this is a fake review. This must be the Julie I was referring to on my post. I did business with you for at least 5 years.

Horrible customer service, they take money up front and never do the service. Called a few times and POLITELY asked and was yelled at by the person named Julie. I paid quite a bit of money months in advance and they keep telling me that they are not fully in business yet. Now good luck to me trying to get my money back. No word about my refund yet, but they were quick posting a reply to my review instead of issuing a refund. I will be contacting small claims court and try to get a refund! There are a lot of other landscaping companies that 100 x better than this! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM! Look at other reviews!!!

Benito’s Landscaping has been wonderfully helping to maintain my yard in Naperville for nearly 16 years. I eventually met each of the Gonzalez brothers after I moved into my house, and through their outstanding character, friendliness, professionalism, and wonderful business model and offerings, I had the honor of hiring their team to regularly cut, trim, and edge my lawn each year: Since day one, I have regularly employed Benito’s Landscaping to perform an essential fall and spring cleanup of my yard which includes cutting back all my ornamental grasses in the spring at the appropriate time. Benito’s does an awesome job spade edging my landscape beds each year also. Over the years, I have also hired Benito’s to trim tree branches, for tree and large shrub removal, stump removal, core aeration, putting down soil and planting grass, trimming my perennials, putting down beautiful wood chips in my landscape beds, and much much more! They are the very best landscaping service at the best prices. I am so happy Benito’s has received top ratings from entities like Angie’s List over the years. Now they are receiving the highest rating from me once again via Google reviews. Thank you to Benito, Pascual, Francisco, the office team, and the hardest workers in the business—their landscape team of employees, who make our homes and yardscapes the envy of our neighbors!

The crew actually does a good job, however the way this company operates is strange. Everything is cash or cashiers check or money order. Prices are slightly lower than the competition but they dont give you a contract for services but everything to be done has to be paid up front 50%. Even late fall services. Weird! After parting ways with this company as I did not like the way the whole payment system and communication was handled, i provided proof what was paid, how much it was paid and I demanded for the money to be returned to me as no one touched my lawn since June. After very poor communication and rude accounting deparment, i got a hand written check for $142. They owed me closer to $400. VERY SHADY COMPANY stay away

They do great work and I have never had a complaint from our tenants. They removed the snow quickly and around the parked cars.

The office and the paperwork - a headache with doubling prices in just couple days. Asked for a quote - small yard - 40$. Great! Signed contract, emailed it back to them. 1st issue - things need to be signed and mailed back to them for them to put you on the books … ok strange this day in age instead of using email or fax. I asked for servicing ASAP since my lawn was getting long (mowed last week) They responded that 1st mowing will now be 80.00$ Not 40.00$… Double?! They said because I mentioned that my grass was getting long it will be more money now…. My husband mows our lawn every 5-7 days, so this didn’t make any sense : mowing our lawn to get a quoted price. Should we do our lawn before landscapers come out each time? 😄 Pass.
