NaturaLawn of America does a terrific job taking care of our lawn. Devin J Jackson-White always takes time to discuss our lawn and he leaves detailed notes. Devin is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Natural Lawn is a wonderful company. I have never seen a tick since I signed up for TickRanger. I always got a call before they came. It gave me time to put my dog inside. The service was always on time, efficient, and thorough. Every member of this company is thoughtful and informed. Over the years, I have spoke to managers, service department, billing department, and the kind man who treated my lawn, Harvey. Every aspect of this company is exemplary. Natural Lawn is clearly the best.

I have had a wonderful experience using this company for almost a year. It took me a while to find the right lawn care company because I care very much about our animals and their safety. Everyone has been friendly and easy to work with from the person who responds to emails and answers the phones to the person who sends the reminder texts and arrives for our treatments. I very quickly saw a huge difference in the quality of our lawn. I will continue to use this company for our lawn care needs going forward and highly recommend them.

My experience with this company was very bad. I scheduled a aeration and confirmed for the service in the first 14 days of September of 2022. Around the 12th of September I called to check in since it was getting close to the very end of the window I requested. Well the young lady informed me that I was not on the schedule because of a error of hers and somehow the date was not confirmed on her end. Ok she then said she would get me on the urgent list and someone would call me that week. Well another week or so goes bye and no one ever called so I had given up on doing business with NaturaLawn of Westminster. Well quess who shows up at like the last days of September. By now I had already scheduled with American Tree and Lawn since you guys no showed twice. Ok so just to get it over with I go ahead and let the 2 guys proceed and what a mistake it was. These guys didn t really now what they were doing. I have hard clay so the other company s I ve used automatically would go over it twice because the clay is hard. Not these guys, the cores they pulled were maybe a half inch to a inch in most areas. Then come to find out after they couldn t answer the simplest of lawncare questions, they were both brand new hires. I ended up still have the other company and do the job correctly. I can t speak for there regular lawn service but if you are just looking for aeration I d hard pass.

Its been a year since I started using Naturalawn of America. I am 1000% satisfied with how beautiful my grass looks especially compared to my neighbor (who uses Tru Green). The Techs are very professional, they knock on your door to let you know of their arrival. I cant stop looking at my grass!

Jake did a great job applying the granular fertilizer only where I wanted it and not letting it get into the River where I live

They offered a very good price and service was performed with very good results after one year. I would recommend them and will continue to use them.

For people that have flowers and gardens I d avoid any kind of lawn service company that applies herbicide. I learned the hard way as all it took was one application to have three wilting Hibiscus plants. See photo attached .

just started with naturalawn, but very pleased with the communication provided by the company. had our first treatment today, and Kenny was real nice and very respectful of our property. looking forward to seeing our lawn improve with naturalawn.

Jacob, was early. Gave good tips. Brought our recycled trash bins from curb to garage. Grade A. Above and beyond. No other contractor has done this.

Update: we received a call from the operations manager and he fixed the issues. He refunded our latest treatment and provided free seeding later in the season. The problem was identified and determined the be lack of communication from our lawn technician. Such a bad experience with this company. We prepaid and that obviously was a mistake because once you pay, they don t care if they make it out to your lawn or not. After 8 weeks and a non responsive technician, had to call and ask where they were and when the next treatment was. I was put on an ASAP list so they didn t even have me on the schedule. When there was no activity on my account showing they hadn t been there, I called to cancel and they told me my technician was there yesterday but no report was to be found. I cancelled and asked for a refund but got charged for the previous day even though there was no invoice or report. NaturaLawn has really bad reviews as a whole but the Baltimore office had good reviews so I took a chance and had a bad experience. I would not recommend using them.

Absolutely love NaturaLawn and one of the best decision we made for our yard. Everyone we have worked with is great. They have turned our old yard of clover and crabgrass into a yard of grass. We could bot be happier.

Natural Lawn has been treating and maintaining my lawn in Abingdon for past few years and they have done a terrific job. Actually have grass growing in areas that never would for decades. Today we had seeding and airinate service done, another fine job not missing an inch of lawn. So happy with this company and their true professionals like Michael Insley who did the work today. We started using NaturaLawn this season to see if they could do better than my DIY efforts. Well, looking at my yard this year its an easy: YES THEY CAN! I had the good luck of being home during one service and got to meet my tech, Bo Reynolds. Bos a great guy to talk to and learn from. After their fall aeration and seeding we had a major rain storm that I felt washed away the seeds before they had a chance. NaturaLawn came out (at no additional charge) and a) verified seeds had taken hold and started growing and b) laid down extra seen in bare patches for good measure. Grass seed is cheap but it aint free, and coming out to keep me happy has won me over. My lawn is the best its looked in the last 3 years and I will continue with them next season. Thank you Bo and team for the great work!

The young man who did our lawn was extremely nice and our grass did look very nice. There were 2 things that made us stop using the service: We repeatedly explained we did not need lime on our lawn (this is to reduce acidity and our soil tests showed our soil is alkaline) but they kept doing it anyway and would not let us keep the service unless they could keep liming!!! Also, The Natural in their name is a misnomer. They used numerous chemicals to kill the weeds and could not explain to me what they were and what each one did. We actually do want a Natural organic sustainable lawn. It has been several years since they stopped and all is fine. Our lawn looks good, we have lots of butterflies and I feel better about not contaminating our Bay.

I started using NaturaLawn a couple of years ago when japanese stiltgrass invaded my lawn, and my lawn has never looked better. Jeff Lamb is the technician that services my yard, and he always calls to let me know he is coming a day in advance, and is very considerate of my questions and treats anything that appears unexpectedly.

Excellent service and I appreciate the safer products for my children. They have always offered great service and the lawn looks great!

Kyle Abe treated our lawn just recently and was very professional and courteous. My main concern is weed removal and he made sure that all areas were properly treated and when done he used a hand blower to clean up any material that got on the sidewalk and driveway. Natural Lawn has exceeded my expectations. My lawn was looking wonderful after the first 2 treatments. Beyond that, the people at Natural lawn are amazing. I had a scheduled treatment the other day I forgot about l, got busy with work and it slipped my mind. When I heard their equipment going I forgot I had sprinklers running to water the grass. Not only did Ernie turn the sprinklers off he also brought up my garbage bins from the street! I can t say enough great things about Ernie and Natural Lawn!

Ive used NaturaLawn for almost ten years. They have done a great job in helping to maintain my lawn and control weeds and insects. They always let me know when they are coming and what the treatment is for that visit. In addition they are always happy to chat and answer questions when they are here and always willing to answer a question on the phone.

Would like to be notified prior to visit. Lots of pine needles which I would have cleaned up had I known about grub treatment. I have also had had a lot of vole damage what is the answer to this problem

We have been very satisfied with NLA services for several years. This extremely dry summer has proven the value of those services. There are 14 houses on our Cul-de-sac. We have the only GREEN lawn on the street.

This was my first season using Naturalawn and so far I am very pleased with my service and results. My technician was Jake, and he s been consistently helpful and reliable over the past few months. I ve never cared for a lawn before (moved here from nyc) so of course I had a lot of questions. Jake was patient and informative every time :) I know I can t expect a lush green lawn after just a few months of treatment, but I feel like it s on its way to getting there for next year. I just had aeration and seeding done, and when there were still a few bare spots Jake came back and seeded again. Great costumer service and I look forward to seeing even better results next year.

We had our lawn aerated and seeded recently. A few weeks later when the seed was germinating, it was obvious that little or nothing was growing in several small patches around the lawn. I notified the office and Jacob Leister came out to inspect our property. After determining that some areas had little or no new growth, for one reason or another, he reseeded the areas. He also was kind enough to apply additional seed to the entire lawn. Jake is a professional about his work and definitely works with the customer in all regards. Thanks Jake.

My lawn is really shaping up after one one treatment (my second was today). I was impressed that Jeff took the time to use the blower on my driveway to make sure no product was left in the driveway. This is the first time I have seen any lawn service company do this extra step in providing good customer service. He also took the time to answer my questions about an insecticide that I wanted to use in my wife s orchard to make sure it was compatible with the product provided by NaturaLawn. Im not sure what all the fuss is about. Lawn treatment takes TIME to work just like anything else. Naturalawn started working with us at our last home to fix the grass( if thats what it could even be called) and over time the results were beautiful! Im in a new house and theyve started treatments here too. This is a PROCESS and there isnt any magic to making this happen. The only fast result for lawn treatment is to kill it! Theve been here twice and Im noticing some differences already but Im not yelling and screaming that my yard doesnt look like a lawn in a commercial! It doesnt happen that fast no matter how much you want it to. The customer service is top-notch and Jeff is always so polite when hes here and leaves a note describing the treatment for that day and any recommendations to help with problem areas. They are a friendly, affordable and easy company to work with!

I was considering going with this company, after having Scotts Lawn service for three years . ( with no improvement )...I first checked out the BBB and Im glad I did !!!! This company seems to be worse than Scotts !!
