Lawn Snow and Fence in Westminster

Mario has provided our properties and home outdoor services going on 3 years now with LSF. Whenever I have an issue come up I contact LSF and Mario gets on it. All our yard care maintenance needs are provided nearly seamlessly and with a can do attitude. LSF also replaced six broken post of our aging cedar privacy fence giving it new life, and they were able to get it done in a day's work with new cedar posts. An excellent job!

This company is great and reliable. I've been using them for over a year and they always manage to get to my house when needed. I've never had to walk on a snow covered sidewalk and my weeds are always taken care of before they get out of control. When I needed a fence to be placed on my new property Mario gave me the best quotes and the best advice on what size and where it was likely not to interrupt my walk way. I highly recommend using these guys for all your yard needs.

I have been trying to schedule a mow for almost two weeks. First it took them days and two emails addresses to figure out how to send me a contract. Then they said they were sending an invoice which still has not arrived. They have repeatedly told us we were on their schedule and have not shown up when they said they would for now three straight days. I am about to spend my entire weekend clearing a yard I was willing to pay them to take care of indefinitely which is now a much bigger task that it would have been if they had shown up like they said they would a week ago. Unreliable, unprofessional and unresponsive. Spend your money somewhere else that knows how to use email.

I was patient and tried to give these jokers a chance. And, prior to 2021, they had great reviews. After all, 2021was a snowy, wet year and I'm sure it interrupted much of their schedule. I engaged with them in mid April. Long story short, their communication is terrible and they don't meet commitments. I signed up for their spring lawn care service - it literally took 6 weeks and multiple trips (and different people) for them to complete this at 80%. They never did finish one corner of the backyard and, after contacting them multiple times with no success, I finally took care of this myself. I also had an agreement for them to remove tree stumps and a couple juniper bushes. Again, multiple trips. People would show up unannounced and suddenly be working in my yard. They'd half-finish work, leave tools and, in general, not do a good job. They finally removed 3 small tree stumps but never finished the remainder of the work. When contacting them to escalate, most of the time I couldn't reach anyone even after leaving voicemails and emails. Occasionally I would reach someone and they told me that the way their business operates they can't commit to days, times or really anything. All the while, I continue to have invoices emailed to me for unfinished work. Most-recent, I received a revised invoice, with the cost of the remaining juniper bushes removed, with absolutely zero communication or confirmation that they were never coming back. When I emailed Mario to confirm the multiple problems and that I'd go ahead and pay the invoice and end our relationship, he simply replied, "Ok. Sound good." Horrible customer service, complete lack of organization and a seemingly poor understanding of what it takes to run a business. Throw in zero accountability, no sense of customer service and a process for simple yard cleanup that will take 2 months (and never be finished). If that's what you're after, then you'll be pleased.

Signed a contact for the summer season, first service they broke a window at the property and refused to pay for it. Then mentioned that they are unsure this relationship will work as they bid to low for the contract price. Very unprofessional and will never hire them or allow them on any of my properties. Stay away or you too will be heading to small claims court. Not sure where the confusion stems- the court will void the contract being that it wasn't even spellchecked

Their yard clean up service was great! Everything was completed quickly and as requested. We have started using this service for regular lawn maintenance and really appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. They are very easy to work with!

Lawn snow and fence, did an awesome job on our request to remove our fencing and other items. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is in need of yard work, or clean up. I do know they’ll be back this fall for more thing to be done. 😊 thank y’all again.

My front and back yards were in pretty bad shape before I called Lawn Snow and Fence. Both yards had died on me and got worse with mud from this past winter. Mario and his crew came to my house laid seed/top soil, watered three times a day, pulled weeds and built a dog barrier to get my yard in good shape. After a few weeks, we started seeing baby grass growing and my yard turned out great! Mario's crew is very professional and working with his team was really fun. I'd highly recommend Lawn Snow and Fence to anyone who needs yard work done!
