Weve had water collecting around our bulkhead door entrance, which threatens to spill down the stairs into our basement when there are summer-time deluges or multiple-inches of rain. Looking for a drainage landscaper was a pleasant experience with Merrimack Properties, who actually respond promptly! Dave came out and recommended a French drain, feeding into an underground cross-lawn drain pipe, leading to the woods edge, where he carved out a drainage ditch. Dave and his team came out and did a beautiful job on the French drain -- and who knew a drainage ditch could be a work of landscaping art? His hardworking team also did a spring cleanup, dethatching, edging and mulching, all on the same day, working from 8 until 8. Definitely will be using them for my landscaping needs in the future -- highly recommended.

Merrimack Properties aerated my lawn. My lawn is fairly large, hilly and has undulations. Merrimack Properties did a fantastic job. There were no problems and the results could not have been better. Merrimack Properties edged and installed bark mulch in my gardens. The work done was excellent, the mulch looked fantastic in the gardens and the clean-up done was impeccable.

I d say the best landscaping company I ve ever used. These guys did multiple jobs at our home which included installing a row of 15 arborvitae, completely installed a new yard with an above ground pool pad and installed a 100 cedar fence. A couple years ago we started having Merrimack Properties do spring cleanup and mulch in our yard. They do a great job and the yard always looks its best when they are done. I could not be happier with the work Merrimack Properties did on our front and back yards. Both were a MESS. David and his team did amazing work to remedy the issues. They were fast and extremely professional in their work and suggestions. Within one day they had removed all of the overgrown brush in our yard, trust me there was A LOT, tore down our dilapidated shed, removed multiple tree stumps and a giant pea gravel patio. Our neighbor even came out to give them a round of applause at one point she was so impressed with how much they accomplished in such a short amount of time. Well worth every penny and I will absolutely be using them again in the future!!

We hired Merrimack Properties to remove piles of dead wood from our yard and even though there was some initial miscommunication Dave and his team went above and beyond making sure we were absolutely satisfied before they left. Dave came at the end of the day to aerate and overseed our lawn - finishing just after the sun had set. He was very thorough and did a great job.

We are extremely pleased with the results of this project, I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the transformation was remarkable. In just few days Merrimack Properties removed a jungle of brush, trees and branches from our side yard, that after years of growth had taken over our side lawn and getting ever closer to our house. They cut out thick brush ( including an invasive burning bush that was growing up between our Rose of Sharon), pulled roots, reshaped a steep hill, brought in fill, and seeded. The area is already greening up and looks spectacular! In addition, MP also cleared out gnarled and overgrown bushes and ground growth from two beds in front of the house, keeping the more recent and flourishing plantings. They pulled weeds and ground cover, added new plantings, and a generous cover of mulch. The staff worked from morning to dusk and finished a huge project in a matter of days, cleaning up impeccably at the end of each day. They were efficient, polite, unobtrusive, and always ready to answer any questions. We couldn t be more pleased with their work, and hope to contract them for additional projects next year. Great work, very knowledgeable. Dave set footings for my deck/sunroom. He also excavated a water collection area for my roof water run off. Great work and does excellent landscaping as well!

The only issue is that one worker rummaged through a full commercial trash container that was in the driveway, leaving one trash item on the driveway and upending contents so that I needed to rearrange it to keep it below the line. Inappropriate behavior. 8 May 2020 Update: MP offered to aerate the lawn for free last year. I didn t because my concern was quite minor and the offer was plenty to show they care about customers. They did the cleanup and mulch this spring and the job was excellent. I recommend their services whole heartedly. I ll continue to hire them for all yard work. May have some weed trees removed this year and possibly some planting.

Equipment is well kept and affordable. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Dave, was asked to dig a trench for a new electrical service. He quoted the job, suggested some modifications to the request that were helpful, showed up on the day scheduled to do the job and performed outstanding work. He worked with the electricians and was pleasant to work it.
