Augusta did a great job on my spring cleanup! They were on time, extremely thorough and left the property in fantastic shape. Marc communicated with me before, during and after. They aerated the lawn and made sure not to disrupt the irrigation system, cleaned behind my garage, removed weeds from my driveway, and cut and put lime on my grass. My yard is now ready for seed. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be using them again.
Great job by Marc of Augusta. He took care of my lawn weekly this last season, and he was great. Marc was a pleasure to deal with. And the best part is that you can call Augusta and they will answer the phone. It's run like a solid business. Fair and reasonable prices too. Very highly recommended.

Horrible systems and misleading customer service. Had initial mowing done and could not add cards on their website to pay the invoice and was delayed. When I called to pay over the phone customer service told me the service had been paused and no mowing was done on my lawn. After I payed the first invoice customer service told me my service would resume and even told me when the next service would be taking place. The same day a second invoice showed up that claimed 2 services had been done on my lawn and I needed to pay. Their own customer service told me the services had been paused so where did this invoice come from? Canceled my account and would not recommend to anyone. Advice to the business: update your internal records to show clearly when the services are done and train customer service to not tell blatant lies.
I used Augusta for the first time last week for a Spring Cleanup. Every day, I am amazed to look at something in my yard and say "They took care of that, too?" or "They cleaned over there?" Amazing work! I can't believe how thorough they are. My yard and front lawn look 10 times better and they haven't even started mowing services yet! Marc kept me updated with calls when they had to reschedule due to weather and showed up promptly the next day. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs quality lawn service at a fair price.

Last Wednesday I complained to Mark that he mowed around a large piece of paper for the past three weeks and let weeds grow over 12 around a hose bib. They took care of it and apologized, I thought that was the end of it. Two days later on Friday I received an email that they were no longer servicing my area. They re from Westbury I m in Hicksville. They said they re not doing any work north of Hempstead Tpke. Seriously???? They just walked away breaching our contract and leaving me high and dry.
**Buyer beware** WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT THEY FORCE YOU TO GIVE ONE In the beginning for the falland spring cleaning everything went well service was good. When it was time for maintenance I was never told when service would begin after accepting them to do the work. I emailed them to come to do the lawn before Easter since I was having family over. Only one person showed up after 6pm since he was working across the street from me. The job was rushed, incompleted and very unprofessional. After I complained, we received a phone call from who I believed was the person who came and said that they would come on Monday to fix the job. Assuming that they were going to come on and not being able to give them a call back since it was a holiday weekend. I figured they were going to show up Monday to fix the job. No one ever showed up called or even emailed me saying that they were not coming a few weeks past thinking that they were still going to do service in my house. No one ever showed up. I recently found a new landscaper, and when I email to cancel my service with them, they told me my service was canceled April 16 and no one ever told me but they did take the money for a horrible job so please beware when you re using this company you might find out that you re being charged automatically on your credit card for a horrible company. I have had many landscapers in my time that were bad, but I was never bad enough to leave a review. This company is. ******RESPONSE TO WHAT COMPANY POSTED******* YOU CALLED ONCE AND I CAN PROVE IT ALSO WHY DIDNT YOU EMAIL ME? YOU EMAILED ME MULPITLE TIMES FOR PAYMENT WHY NOT SEND AN EMAIL? YOU HAD NO PROBLE TAKING MY MONEY BUT HAD A PROBLEM WITH GIVING ME GOOD SERVICE THE FIRST TIME.
