What are the chances? I had this companys number written down to call about a project I need help with. That is until today, when one of their drivers tried to run me off the road. An Alternate Merge sign means you take turns as you merge into the single lane. It doesnt mean speed up and box out other cars, nearly causing an accident. The driver ended up sitting at a red light not even 30 seconds later. Was it worth it? If this driver exemplifies the maturity level of their workers, Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a large tree that was partially damaged during a wind and snow storm. I called for an estimate to have tree cut down and the debris that had fallen removed. Within a day I had an estimate, and another day to finish the job completely. They even cut up firewood for me from the smaller branches. The crew was fantastic, polite, hard working and had great communication skills. I have already referred TWE to friends, and plan to use them again soon.

Great experience working with this company! They took down and hauled away 55 trees in 2 days. From start to finish, they were very responsive, great to talk to on the phone, workers were all professional, experienced and so nice to deal with. Their equipment is top notch too. Called and scheduled a quote. Did not show up or reach out to reschedule or notify us. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Don t waste you time with them as they wasted ours.

A tree fell on our deck and house from a storm last July. Tom and his team were here to remove it. It was a difficult job to do, they had to lift the tree over the house with a crane because equipment couldn t be taken to the back of the house because of the septics system. It was a long, tough job but they were very professional and did and excellent job removing the tree. Everything was done quickly and the site was cleaned so well that we couldn t even tell they were there except for the fact that the tree was gone. I would recommend this company for any tree work to be done.

The team was very professional, and careful with our lawn while removing several trees. Tom has invested significantly in state of the art equipment that minimizes damage to lawns. We unfortunately had to have our beautiful red maple taken down and T W Enterprises was recommended to me by a co-worker. While I was not home to witness the work, our neighbors commented to us how impressed they were with how the tree came down and how well the crew worked together. Price was reasonable considering the size of the tree and they left us some wood for future backyard fires as we asked. We would use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone asking about tree removal services!

The crew showed up on time and completed both jobs within the time frame they promised. Very pleased with both the cost and the results of the work. The forestry mulcher is very cool and rips through trees bigger than I expected. It leaves the woods looking nice and clean. Already planning the next job for this spring!

I had a tree fall in my backyard and got hung up in a another tree just above my shed. They were there that night to secure the tree from any other damage and they showed up first thing the next day with all the right equipment. They had everything taken care of and cleaned up within a couple hours. Would highly recommend them!!!

We had a White pine over 95 feet tall removed that need extensive equipment, experienced professionals, and we had that and more. They required use of a neighboring business parking lot and not only were they respectful but clean up was impeccable. Because this is a weather dependent job, the office staff was right on top of everything and kept us updated and informed. I can t say enough about what a great experience this was. We should have done it sooner. We definitely will use them for all our future work!!

The people at T.W. were great. I had such a great experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone. Quick to respond when I reached out for a quote and very knowledgeable. When they came out not only did they walk the property with me to see what I wanted done but they also offered their thoughts on what didnt need to be cut and what I should think about having trimmed or cut down in the future and explained why. Their pricing was on par with what I expected so there were no surprises there.

They came out and gave an estimate that was competitive with two other companies. We Agreed on the estimate and they came a week later, on time and immediately got to work taking down the maple tree and grinding the stump out, cleaning as they worked. Very nice work, wouldn t even know they were here! Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Had a tree come down in the storm 2 days before Christmas. Called the day before Christmas someone answered and came out that day. They gave us a quote and had a crew out the day after Christmas. Very fast response and great service. Had a bucket truck as we needed to have the top of a tree removed near our power lines that was hung up in other trees.

I called TW to have two stumps removed. I went to work that day and by the time I came home they were both gone. They did a great job and Tom and his team are all great guys!

I have been doing business with Tom for many years. I recently purchased a new home and after living here for about a year my girlfriend noticed a large pine tree with a pretty big split on a large branch. Of course if this were to snap off it would have been on the house. I contacted Tom and he came over with one of his workers (Quinn)? I believe. Tom asked what I wanted done and I said i would definitely like the one tree down and I was looking at getting an estimate to have another fourteen trees taken down. Like I said, I have had Tom do other work for me and I had an idea where he might be on the pricing. Tom was less than what I expected and we shook on the deal. His crew was there in a week to remove the one with the split branch. It was about three weeks and they were back to remove the rest. All of his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It took the better part of three days to remove the rest of the trees. Excellent job!! They did an some job and I highly recommend TRW enterprises for any tree removal. Great job to all of you.

The gang at TW Tree has done 2 jobs for me - both excellent work! A large pine in Yarmouth, Me with bucket truck, ditch witch, dump truck and chipper. Excellent team work , great care and safety. When they left you could not tell they had been there - no debris and no damage to the lawn and tree gone. A second job of 3 trees in Falmouth, Me Tight site , 3 guys, hand saws, dump truck and chipper. Two guys controlling the cut pieces and one climbing and cutting. 30 diameter at base and 5 from the house! Same excellent work! Same results! Thanks, Garth Miller

They provided good service. Have hired them twice. Each time they delivered With the service they were hired for. Planted 8 evergreen trees and they are still good for two years and they cleaned out section of back yard and was able to return good portion of back yard. Would hire again on next landscape job.

Tom the tree man was so easy to work with. He showed up when he said, kept in contact about logistics, and did such a great job trimming my huge maple and way-overgrown apple tree. They left the yard so clean, I wouldnt have known they were there if there wasnt a little bit of sawdust on the yard. Highly recommend!

They explained how they intended to address our project, quoted a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner despite the vagaries of winter in Maine. Pretty poor experience from the beginning. Took 3 tries to get someone to respond to my initial inquiry for an estimate (via phone and email). During the initial visit, Tom seemed hesitant, gave a high ballpark and promised to email an actual estimate soon. Almost a month and many attempts to reach out later, yielded no response whatsoever. Look elsewhere, these guys are a waste of your time (and most likely money)

Tom and his team did an excellent and very timely job at our new house. Some really mature pines were growing feet form the house and needed to be taken down. They did it with great competence and focus and safety. They managed to protect some rare trees that were growing there too and educated me on what species they were. During the job they made sure to consider my desire to keep some hardwood for firewood. After the job they cleaned up very nicely. Always polite, personable and competent. While they may not be the lowest cost tree service their work is worth every penny. I would not think of hiring someone else when I need tree service in the future again - I fully recommend them.

Our giant tree dropped two massive branches after a storm in July 2018. One branch landed on our garage, the other branch landed in the yard, and what remained standing included several branches, which were also cracking and precariously hanging through the power lines and over a street. Central Maine Power had too much more serious incidents going on at the time to respond, and since there was no active sparking in the lines they asked me to just call back in the morning. The fire department and the city showed up to block the street, and I expressed frustration of getting anyone who could take care of the tree in the lines and over the road to take me seriously enough to call back at such a time in the evening. The City of South Portland recommended Tom Wight, so I called him up right away (which was just before 10pm) and Tom arrived within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He helped walk us through what needed to happen - all with a great sense of humor - and he and his crew worked with us over the next few days to remove the tree (did I mention how big it was?) It was a real lousy situation, but Toms humor and professionalism helped make it a little less lousy. Thanks Tom & Crew!

Came home to find a great pruning job done. I needed to have driveway clearance For a big old Bluespruce. The TW tree crew came while I was at work did the clearance I needed cleaned it up and it looks great! Would highly recommend!

We needed several trees removed from the front of our new house. We contacted and subsequently hired TW Enterprises. From start to finish TWE was no less than amazing to work with - Tom arriving on time (actually a bit early) for the estimate - office manager, Krista, very friendly, professional and efficient at reaching out to us and keeping us informed - the work crew for a work ethic that left us in awe - and especially Brandon who was not only very skilled at his job but, at the end of the work day, still mustered up the energy to chat with us. Without question we would hire them again and we totally recommend them.

We had a giant old willow growing over the house and into some power lines. It was pretty rotten and beginning to shed some large limbs. Tom arrived on time for the estimate and when the ground was frozen he came back with his crew as agreed. No damage to house or driveway, clean job site and polite crew.
