Superior Landscaping LLC in West Simsbury

I recently engaged Superior Landscape, LLC for landscaping services, and I am utterly disappointed with the poor and unprofessional work they performed. The overall experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. The quality of the landscaping work was subpar. The attention to detail was lacking, and it was evident that the team did not possess the expertise promised during the initial consultation. The lawn was unevenly mowed, and there were numerous instances of careless shrub trimming and clean up as well as an incomplete fall clean up that left my property looking worse than before. Furthermore, the company failed to fulfill their commitment to snow removal, as explicitly stated in the quotation. My property was neglected during a recent snowfall, causing significant inconvenience. This lack of follow-through on their promises is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism. In addition to the poor workmanship, communication with Superior Landscape, LLC has been a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding the unsatisfactory work and the failure to remove snow, there has been no response. I find this lack of responsiveness disrespectful and unprofessional. A company that prides itself on superior service should prioritize effective communication, especially when concerns and issues arise. Overall, my experience with Superior Landscape, LLC has been disappointing, marked by substandard work, a failure to fulfill contractual obligations, and a complete lack of response to customer concerns. I cannot recommend their services based on my unfortunate encounter, and I would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this company.
