Lawn service had been adequate. The person mowing does a fine job. The kid doing the trimming needs training. I was supposed to have bi-weekly blading... if that means edging, it has never been done. My Sept. bill was dated Sept. 3 and due Sept. 18. Received a bill in mail saying grass not cut because of non-payment and threatening me with collection services. Im at a loss for words.

I hired and paid for snow plowing in my driveway. The plowing was not done well. Ie not the whole width of drive. When I tried to call them. No answer. I e mailed them and did get an an Answer the first time and then nothing. They did a crappy job all winter and it was not a bad winter. I would not recommend they get hired by myself or anyone else !!

I use Nicks for my weekly mowing needs and they do a great job at a fair price and after looking through their website pics I decided to have him come out and give me an estimate for curb edging. He came out the day and time as scheduled. He s a really nice guy. I am extremely satisfied and I think it looks amazing. It s little details like this that make all the difference to your landscaping. They came out and did the work on the day they said they would and were in and out in minimal time. They left guidelines for me regarding my curb edging on what to expect and for care and maintenance. Anytime I have ever contacted them they always get right back to me. His wife Ashley is very sweet and thorough. I am a happy customer and plan on using them for many years to come!!

Requested my lawn being rolled at the beginning of March. Received an estimate to roll it and confirmed it on March 7th. 2.5 months later, 4 emails, 3 calls and multiple messages through their FaceBook page asking if they are going to come out to do the job. Not a single response and nobody answers the phone. I know they see the messages on FB cause it shows theyve read them. Very disappointed.

The curbing that I paid for does looks nice so far, BUT they made it bump out larger than we asked for, and the neighbor is upset because it is on his property. We asked them to come back to check it out, and his response was that he was not a surveyor and to read my contract. To look at the property the fence line was right there. They want to charge us the same price to correct it vs. installing the whole area the first time! So that would be double to correct the mistake. I will add a picture later. Thank you for your response, but you did make it larger than the original shape, in addition to the charge to correct it was excessive. I have added a picture of the island due to the comment.

I m so disappointed. I was so excited about getting curbing. We had them come out for an estimate and then scheduled to have it down. My husband and Nick did discuss colors during our estimate as we wanted the curbing to match the concrete patio we have already. We did not specify an exact color name, just asked it to match what we have. They show up to do the work, we went over everything and found out there was a huge miscommunication in the color of the concrete. So my husband told him that the color was unacceptable, he had the crew pack up and leave. I asked if we could get the right color, and the shop was too far from my house. And said we would bumped till next year. The lady in the office said they would call us later that day, and I m still waiting. And still very disappointed.

Nicks contract states they will be out 3 times a day in the event it snows, that s a lie, they do not. Long story short, they breached the contract. They ripped off a Veteran and Ashley told me they were refunding my parents the full amount of their contract, she never did. And they will not call back. They have been reported to the BBB and AG. We are also looking for more people to join the class action. We have a few already if you have been ripped off by this company and want them to be held accountable feel free to reach out.

Installed curb edging last August and this spring the edging is starting to Crack and crumble. Calls to the office always go to voice-mail and are not returned. Dont use this company for any kind of work as far as Im concerned.

Couldnt be happier with the work they did. I had concrete edging done looks amazing! They were on-time and super clean with the work. A++++++++++++++

*Rarely/never returned calls/messages despite reply on here which is further evidence of the gross lack of courtesy.*I used this service for two years for my parents home and getting ahold of someone was very rare let alone getting someone to call you back in a reasonable amount of time. Most frustrating is you pay up front for the whole season for them to cut your lawn once a week - in the last month they didn t come for 3 WEEKS!!! Claiming it was ALWAYS too wet to cut the lawn. When I called asking if we would get any money for that time they never responded. Not very professional and not very reliable or consistent with communication. Would not recommend using them. They would not speak to me who was paying the bill for the service or share info with me that apparently was shared with me father who has dementia. - UPDATE per seeing their reply - I paid monthly for service for my elderly parents house. So to clarify I paid monthly and they didn t come 3 out of the 4 weeks of the month of October and now they are blaming my elderly father for their lack of communication which is also very unprofessional. Also, details provided were never relayed to me during the course of service and as I mentioned they never returned calls or messages sometimes ever, despite reply on here.

They did a great job on our curbing, done on scheduled day, cleaned up after and very reasonable cost.

Asked for an estimate. Person that came was on time, friendly. Told them what we wanted done, he took the measurements. It was a smaller garden curb job, but I said I wanted our lawn replaced after the curbing was done and I moved the pile of stone on a tarp, so he measured our lawn. He said he would email the estimates. Very reasonable estimates.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unprofessional. Sloppy work. Disregard for property. No responsibility for damages. Unpredictable. Nicks ruined my back siding. Nicks got so close to the siding that they broke the back faucet (which they replaced) but they also broke off my air conditioning exhaust pipe. They bent my gate to my back yard. They ran over my dogs lead. Would not respond to text or emails. THE WATER SPICKET, A/C PIPE & SIDING ARE NOT AT GROUND LEVEL AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS ATTACHED. They take no responsibility because they are sloppy when they do now. They do not move yard furniture nor weed whack under picnic table. Had no problem getting weed whack trimmings all over the side of my house. Sloppy work.

Paid then on time. Never showed ip for the whole month of October 2021 and has never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Would not recommend then they could of at least mowed one more time in November to make up for nothing in October and they cashed the check loved my old mowing service but he retired. DON T. USE THEN. You will be very disappointed. Poor customer service

Scheduled a day and time for a quote on a curbing project. Nicks Mowing Service did a no-call no-show. Seems undependable based on my experience and other Google reviews, I would recommend finding another company for any landscaping work.

They did an amazing job on my concrete curbing. They were communicative, they worked fast, and the work is incomparable.

So extremely displeased with this company. My husband and I paid $900 to have the cement curbing for our back and side garden beds. The first thing we noticed after it was done that there was a huge mark that was very noticeable on the curbing on the side of the house. We requested Nick to come back out and look at it and we were told a rabbit must have bumped into it or something and he said he would re seal it and it would be better. Well, after re sealing it, it was still there with no change. We then noticed on the backyard curbing that there was a huge whole on the bottom near the grass on one side and our mulch was falling out of it. At this point we still hadnt mowed our yard anything that would have caused that. After calling and leaving 4 messages, the secretary lindsay finally called back and was argumentative right off the bat. She was extremely rude and even hung up on me. Finally, nick came back out to see what we were calling about and he barely looked at it and said that it was our fault that the cement broke and we were basically on our own. This was the worst decision we could have made to go through Nicks Lansdcaping services. We now have to take them to court to try to get some of our money back since they refuse to fix anything! I highly recommend you do not give them your business.

We hired Nick and his team this summer after getting an estimate and layout for landscaping.... they were able to fit us into their schedule in a timely manner. The work they did was top notch, FAST and reasonably priced!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

We contacted Nick fo concrete garden curbing at the end of August. Set up an appointment for Sept.6 which they then changed to Sept. 7 which was ok. He arrived 15 minutes early and seemed pleasant and professional. He said he would send us a computer generated photo idea on how the new curbing will look with new plants. It took two weeks for that to arrive and went downhill from there. I called Nicks business and asked for a new quote w/o the plants or dirt due to the cost we just wanted the curbing and would plant it ourselves in the Spring. BOOM! Just like that, he refused to communicate with us. I was told he did send a new quote and it must be lost in the mail so his wife said Nick would deliver it to our home...he never came so we wasted over 6 weeks waiting. Now due to the change in seasons it is to late to contact another business . Now all my calls have been ignored and I have called 14 times and left messages. Heres the kicker...they did call a week ago and asked if I would interested in their snow removal services! Cant get much worse, STAY AWAY !! Sad thing is I believed in him, my mistake.

Nick has been mowing our lawn and doing our landscaping for 8 years, He and his help do a great job. We are very please with our landscape and lawn service. His prices are comparible to other companys. You get what you pay for, and that is, a great lawn. Thanks Nick.

Nicks Mowing Service sucks. They do the very minimum work. No respect for the working man. Charging fees like a missed appointment at a doctors office.

Waited over a month for lawn rolling, kept being told next week. Finally gave up and went with someone else. Person I spoke to didnt seem to care.
