The business owner treats her employees poorly, is extremely disrespectful and selfish, is under-qualified to own a business, and hires under-qualified individuals to try to keep labor cheap. Yea, your yard work will be done, but not done well and know you’re supporting a poorly run business.

Professional, kind, hard working, and incredibly responsive! Great job cleaning our property of a tree and brush after it had been cut down. We would use them again without hesitation!

My experience with busy beaver had to be the most unprofessional, embarrassing, and aggressive behavior. Employees are treated as if they are not human, I witnessed a supervisor verbally attack one of his employees. He appeared to be on a substance, and was very aggressive. It was the worst interaction I have ever had, and I will never do business with this company again, as I felt unsafe, as well as the employee who was being attacked, and did nothing wrong. The supervisor did not care that he was in a public setting amongst youth in the community. He appeared to be on some sort of substance due to his behavior. When in public, no employee should be treated the way the supervisor acted, or at all for that matter. That man should be fired.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Busy Beaver. I had a complete landscape makeover. They addressed all of my concerns, had great recommendations and were always available if I had any questions. Their team worked so hard and were very professional from beginning to end. I will definitely use their services again.

Completely satisfied with my experience at Busy Beaver. The staff helped me select items for the perfect layout in the space I was working with. We measured out the area in their parking lot and arranged everything so I could step back and get an idea of what it all would look like once I got it in the ground at home. This company is the worst ever. We hired them several years ago to clean up the back yard and Mark Pepe the step father of the owner was amazing, but there was a lot of conflict among the workers. The following year we hired just Mark and the woman with Busy Beaver accused us of stealing plants from them. Then we hired them to snow plow and at 3 am one morning the fellow driving the plow crashed into our garage door. I got up to see what had shaken the house and saw him check out the door, then drive away. When we confronted Chris about the damage the driver lied and said he had not damaged the door. It must have been snow falling from the roof. Last year we hired them to clean up the yard and emphasized several times the importance of closing the gate so our dog would not get out. Then they left the gate open and our dog got out and wandered around the neighborhood until we found her. She is a pure bred Golden Retriever and could have been injured on the spot or stolen. Busy Beaver was fired that same day and we will never do business with them again. I posted some negative comments on Facebook and Liz, the partner practically threatened me if I didn't take them down. I refused and my husband refused to pay the bill. A year later with no further invoice or followup or anything from Liz, they turn us over to a collection agency which we are fighting. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They don't know anything about plants or good customer service.

The new Garden Center remodel is absolutely gorgeous! Hardworking and friendly staff every visit! The owners really helped me out in planning my entire landscaping project and saved so much of my time! Now I'm letting Busy Beaver handle it all and I'm really excited for my project this summer!
