sunrise proscapes in West Seneca

This company took my money last fall as a deposit on work that was supposed to be completed this spring. After trying to push some off brand pavers that didn't match the ones I had installed previously. I told the owner multiple times I didn't want the mismatched pavers. He kept trying to push them because he said he couldn't find the one needed. I finally drove an hour roundtrip to Russell's and found them, exactly where I told him they'd be found. I sent him a picture of the blocks that I wanted used and he never responded. After contacting him again he finally responded and said he was going to send my money back and "wasn't interested in that type of work." The communication from this company was terrible and they waisted six months of my time.

Installed sod. Easy to work with Sean. Great, diligent crew. Efficient to a fault. Beautiful results. Exceeded expectations. I will use them again, for hardscape projects.

Sunrise Proscapes came out for an estimate, arrived on time and gave a price and estimated date of completion. We had other in the same ballpark but the Sunrise person was very professional so that is who we decided to go with. We are very glad. Sunrise Proscapes came out when they said they would and did a beautiful job for the price quoted. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them.
