They come into a neighborhood that is no soliciting and if you dont answer the door they throw their business card in your grass. Dude better watch out next time for real! Never do business with a company that allows its employees to do this. The owner is correct, I never used them because who would use a company like this. I notified the HOA about your company, and they said you will be banned from entering if you do it again.

These guys are awesome! You call them and they actually talk to you. They tell you when they will come out, and that s when they come out. We had some big trees removed and trimmed. They take all the debris with them!

This local business is excellent. The team was knowledgeable, attentive, efficient (incredibly fast), reasonably priced, and very courteous. I hired them to remove 2 large trees near cables and bring my large oak back to good health. Top notch professionals I would highly recommend and plan to hire again.

Nicholas and his team did a wonderful job. I live in the Orlando area but was handling this tree and stump removal job for my father in WPB. He was the first person to call after putting in a request online, he came out within less than an hour and they completed the job the following week. These guys are absolutely the best around. Not only did they come out same day to give me a quote, they were able to schedule my services within a week or so. I had to actually ask THEM to give me a month since I didn t expect them to be so quick lol. I ve had a war waged against the invasive trees on our property ever since we moved in and just couldn t deal with them anymore. Eco Trees is like my knight in shining armor lol. John was very polite and honest about what services they had and the cost. He even came out same day as the service work because I wanted to add more work on. We were able to hash out the new scope of work and cost, and got the crew that was already on-site to do the additional work. Nicholas (director of operations) stayed on-site to oversee the work for about half of it before going to another job site. He walked the property with me and John to make sure everything I needed done was done correctly. He was super professional and friendly. He d answer any questions we had. The foreman, Nolan, stayed for the remainder of the work. Him and his crew were outstanding. Nolan walked the property with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the work before they packed up. (Honestly, at the start I thought that was a gimmick that was being pitched to make potential customers feel more comfortable signing up. Clearly it s actually in their business model!) The crew removed 5 trees, trimmed/canopy lifted 4 trees, and cut back the overgrown trees from the empty lot next door (about 100ft along property line) in a few hours. It was insane how efficient they were! Stump grinders came out a few days later. No huge holes left, just tilled ground. Eco Trees got the huge pile of debris hauled away quickly as well. All in all, I will be using them for all my tree needs. Also, shout out to Brittney in their office for always being quick to give me an update. She seemed to always know what was going on and could give me an update quickly if she didn t.

Eco Tree Experts did a fantastic job cutting back some big trees and cutting down some really large oak trees that were making a mess and causing our grass to die. It was a big job that other companies wanted to charge much more for and couldnt get to for a while. They did a fantastic job. Hauled all the debris away and ground down our stumps. What a great service experience! I met Brit on a Saturday morning while she was handing out company business cards to residents on my block. The timing was perfect since I needed to get a cabbage palm trimmed. Brit told me she could get me an estimate that morning and within the hour John was at my house with an estimate. A week later Damon and John came out to trim the palm. They arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up and hauled the debris away. My old pine tree had multiple dead branches (large and small) that would have been a danger during high winds. Damon took into consideration my love for the tree and instructed the workers to only trim what was necessary and keep its quaint beauty. I also valued his advice about a palm tree that was leaning towards the house and had begun to deteriorate inside the trunk from a large hole. They cut the tree down with great expertise. Very pleased I decided to go with Eco. I decided to take down most of the large palms on my property - some as tall as 40 feet. I left a RFP on the BBB site and within and hour got a call from John. He was at my house a couple of hours later and we did a walk through. Trimmers had butchered some of my trees in the past and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. Also wanted a company that didnt hire and exploit day labor. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with Eco Tree Experts. My neighbor has let her trees become overgrown. She hired Eco Tree Experts to trim the trees back that were hanging over the property line and touching my roof. Eco Tree experts came out and trimmed. Upon my returning home, the trees upper portion of the trees were still hanging over not to my approval. I contacted Eco Tree Experts and left a message. The owner called me back personally. He advised that they would return and trim more back to my satisfaction He advise he believes in total customer service. He did advise to be patient as they are in high demand and have several jobs on the schedule. I have to say I was a bit hesitant but had nothing to lose. To my pleasant surprise, they did return as promised. Upon the return, I met with Damon (Ops Manager) and Blake (Supervisor) and again spoke with the owner. They were extremely professional and trimmed all the trees to my satisfaction! I must say, in today s day and age, it is hard to find a company that will go above and beyond to achieve total customer satisfaction! If you are looking for a reputable professional operation, give them a call. You will be given a fair price and have quality work done.

I was impressed with the speed of their service. They are extremely well-equipped, with all the trucks, lifts, and other equipment they need to work efficiently and do great work. They were also able to work through an unexpected issue that came up during the job, and they worked through it with me and my wife in a professional, calm, and courteous way.

We were so impressed with Eco Tree Experts...we live in Olympia in Wellington and we have an enormous amount of landscaping...since we built our home, our landscaping has grown so tall that is was almost impossible to keep up with the maintenance...our coconuts were almost 50ft tall and entire backyard had 30ft+ fishtale palms along the fence. But we had a dilemma...we also have a tiki hut attached to the side of our home which was just rethatched and all the arecas had to be removed to the side of the tiki hut without damaging the new thatched roof. Eco Tree Experts came highly recommended and we hired them to do a complete clean out...they took out three 50ft. coconut palms, probably 15 fishtale palms, 5 queen palms and a lot of clean out...they were so professional and safe...they didnt damage our fence or our tiki hut, their crew cleaned up afterwards, cleaning our pool deck and pool...we highly recommend them...they are the go to experts especially with large jobs like we had, knowing they were licensed and insured gave us peace of mind when I saw them climb up the 50 ft coconuts and cut them down. After calling a well-known tree service several times over the course of a month and receiving no return calls, it was a pleasant surprise when I requested an estimate from ECO on Friday and Nicholas called back almost immediately and was at our home within an hour to give us an estimate. We felt the estimate was fair and he was knowledgeable about the trees in question. Nicholas and his team arrived promptly at 8 AM on Monday morning with all the appropriate equipment needed to perform the job swiftly but carefully and thoroughly. Everyone on the team was so pleasant, respectful and courteous - A1 customer service. At the end of the work Nicholas returned to be sure we were happy with the results; we were indeed. We will definitely call them again when we have future tree work needed.

These guys are total badasses. Totally professional, know what they are doing and deliver exactly what they promise. In less than 12 hours after our initial meeting, they had a virtual army attacking 35 years worth of out of control tree growth around my property and within 6 hours totally transformed it and we re gone. They handled the clean up and take away and did a bang up job.

Eco Tree Experts were in the area and stopped my house to see if I was interested in some tree trimming. I told them yes and within an hour, John Christenson, one of their sales directors, arrived and gave me a quote. I was happily surprised that they would be able to do the work the next day. Damon arrived promptly at 8:30 am with his crew. I originally just wanted to have four very large oaks trimmed, but Damon walked the property and came to me with some additional suggestions on cleaning up some large plantings around the roof lines and removal of a couple of palms. Damon and his crew were very polite young men and in uniform shirts - very professional. Wow, what a difference they made! I had a lot more light on my patio area and side garden area. Much cleaner looking! I would definitely recommend Eco Tree Experts and I would use them again.

I called Nick at 8AM on a Monday morning to clear an entire +/- 1/4 ac. lot for construction. There was a large and diseased oak tree, lots of brush, a large Banyon, numerous trees to be trimmed and stumps ground. He showed up at 11AM with his team and machinery in tow. We came to an agreed price, which was reasonable. By 5:00 PM, short of stump grinding it was done. These guys are reasonable, professional and quick. Ive been a contractor 30 years. I give Eco my highest recommendation.
