Other companies should look to these guys for best practices on customer service. They send an email the day before they come, they text to tell you they re on their way, they ask if there s anything new to address and always knowledgeable. Kyle came today with another partner from O Hara s and were very thorough. This company is really great at communicating and work to make you feel comfortable and informed. Just started using O Hara Services and I m very excited to see the results of Brian s hard work on my lawn which is several acres. I live in Martin County and I have tried several companies thru the last 14 yrs and my lawn always looks the same - full of weeds, so I decided to see if I could get someone from PBC and sure enough O Hara comes up this way and of course Brian- is always available if I have any questions.

When I bought my house, I thought it wouldn t be a problem keeping up with the yard myself. Spoiler alert, I thought wrong. Over the years, it just got worse and worse, and several other lawn companies told me they really couldn t help me without a sprinkler system in place. Fast fwd to 2022, we had to put new sod down because of a pool install. I wasn t going to chance ruining it with my obviously less-than stellar yard tending skills. Brian has been handling our yard since we brought O Hara Pest Control on board. They treat for weeds, fertilize, and help manage the pests that would otherwise take over and turn my yard brown again. Neighbors stopped by the other day to ask which company we use since they noticed we didn t have any Florida snow popping up like most yards around us did. I m very happy with the job they do, and how well Brian communicates with me with recommendations for ways I can help things in between treatments.

Brian is great, his communication is as well. He s been working hard dealing with some issues specific to my yard and we are definitely seeing that his efforts are making positive, notable improvements. Thanks for your hard work Brian.

After a terrible experience with true green we hired O Hara to kill weeds and fertilize our property. At the beginning, 40% of our 10,000 ft lot was new sod. A year later that sod is full of weeds and we have flowers (weeds) popping up everywhere. When I called to complain I cancelled out of irritation only to find this notice on the door later in the day. Clearly weeds look good to O Hara. Next!

I had a ghost ant problem. I called probably about 6 pest control companies including the big brands. Geri answered the phone, it wasnt some robotic customer service. She didnt ask a thousand questions. She just asked how they could help and was friendly and knowledgeable. They have the most competitive price for spot treatment and for quarterly. The best part, they came out the next day to take care of it. I opted for the spot and that includes a two week follow up. I highly recommend WPB locals to use them.

I called for a estimate the young lady was very friendly and nice , she told me a guy name Tyrone was coming out even provided me with his contact information. Driver called me before arriving 20 mins ahead , I had to write this review because I forgot my pet dog had a appointment at the vet , I told him give me 20-30 mins I should be back unfortunately, it took longer almost a hour in 30 mins my phone had died I couldn t even keep Tyrone L . In the loop on what was going on driver waiting outside my apartment for me to arrive so nice and patient guy from London he was really helpful , explaining to me what the owner had told him about my pest situation. Tyrone was very up scale , updated with much knowledge, his work ethic was amazing, I can honestly tell he love his jobs or even enjoy helping people pest issue Tyrone gave me plenty of advice from management with helping tools for the future. Specialist Jean is the best! Very dedicated, took his job seriously, he checked every corner and put traps and treatment where it was needed. After a week or so of the first visit I still continued to see ants in master bathroom. I called and they came back. A week after that, I still saw ants. Just bought some stuff at a store and took care of them myself. They did take care of the ants on the patio and front porch. Good but not great, folks were very nice and polite.

Jerri and Brandon were top notch! In South Florida you dont expect to get great service like this, but the communication, turn times and level of service is great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

OHara Pest Control is the most efficient, friendly, reliable and responsive company I have ever done business with. My initial request for emergency rodent removal was expertly dealt with the same day. Since then they remind me via text a day before regularly scheduled service to refill bait traps and general pest control service, as well as text me when they are about a half-hour away from arrival. Billing and scheduling is automatic and accurate and Im always reminded I need only ask if I need in-between scheduled service or anything else. Recently I had another emergency rodent situation, a rat caught in one of their traps placed in my attic a couple years ago. They responded immediately and within an hour arrived and handled the problem, thoroughly checked the other traps and located point-of-entry. Their customer service practices are wonderful, stress-free and greatly appreciated. Highest recommendation possible from me.

My lawn was struggling, didn t look healthy, had lots of weeds and bare spots. I first tried Hulett and used them for 6 months. My lawn actually got worse in a number of areas. I called O Hara and they came out and quickly diagnosed the problems and laid out a plan to fix the issues. Hulett didn t take the time to diagnose anything. They just came and sprayed and left. I ve waited 3 months to leave feedback because I wanted to see if I would get good results. The results are fantastic! My lawn is now full, green and practically weed free. There are fewer weeds each month. The technician who comes out each month (Brad) is super helpful and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend O Hara!

Jerri, the office manager, at O Hara Pest Control is great to work with and said company is the best in the business. Theyve always been responsive and accommodating for my schedule. They recently came to my home for my quarterly service and I was super impressed with Jerri and the tech s willingness to work around my family and pets. These folks are prompt and know their stuff! We were searching for a service to keep the weeds at bay on our Empire Zoysia lawn. The [insert well-known name] company that had been servicing our lawn left us overgrown with weeds and invasive centipede grass that we were assured could not be remedied. After months of speaking with managers and getting re-treatments, we finally called several companies looking to find a new service. Most companies either did not answer the phone or told us they could come out for an appointment a week or more later. When we called OHara, we were told they could be to our house within an hour. They arrived as promised and two techs spent over an hour with us, discussing our concerns and explaining the process to get our lawn back to where it should be. From the start, we could tell this is no ordinary lawn service. From the way they discussed the issues with our lawn, it was apparent that these guys understand, from a scientific perspective, what conditions we were seeing (including weeds, invasive grasses, and mold) and what different products would be required to remedy the situation. One of the guys got down on the ground and took close-up pictures of the conditions so they could be better analyzed. And all of this is done at a price lower than we were quoted from other companies. We have been OHara customers for some time now and continue to be pleased at the level of service, the responsiveness, and most of all, the results. Cannot recommend strongly enough!

I called around for some affordable pest control for my mother in law suite that, and my in-laws house that is also on premises. Both houses they ve owned for years and have struggled with small roaches. They were very communicative in answering all questions and concerns about the service and chemicals they use to make sure it was safe for my exotic pets. I was immediately scheduled for service within three days of my original call for a price they can t be beat! They reached me on the day they said they would and called when they were in my area and were here within 15 minutes. Andrew and Brad showed up and were very friendly, professional, and quickly serviced my house. They do a follow up call for free within the next couple of weeks and they reached all my problem areas with ease. Friendly, professional and prompt service

I called OHara Pest Control for our home Tree service and I was quite impressed on how quickly they responded to my call. At my initial call I spoke with an expert about my Palm Tree and they told me they will go to look at it today. Within a couple of hours they were at my property and they identified the tree that had a virus and advised me on doing a treatment. The paperwork was sent via email and I was able to quickly send it back to have them go ahead and treat the Tree. I hope the treatment they provided will save my Tree and I will provide another review in a couple of month with even better review. Overall very impressed with the prompt service and profession service.

We have been customers of O Hara pest control for several years now. There had been new construction in our neighborhood, and this had contributed to a lot of pests. O Hara always knows how to handle it. Furthermore, I had problem with ants in my car for several months and tried all kinds of things to fix it. I mentioned it to the service technician one day, and he asked if he could take a look at it for me. He fixed the problem immediately. Finally, we have small kids and pets and had been worried about toxicity. All of their stuff is safe and biodegradable, so that makes us feel better.

We just purchased the home and nothing had been done to the yard other than a random mow for at least a year. O Haras bid was double the orhers but based on meeting with Yuri I knew the quality and attention to detail would be worth it. That same day he brought his irrigation leader out as i asked for a bid and that same night i had a bid for both. The quality of work and the detail and thoroughness blew us away. We are ecstatic with the work and look forward to them maintaining our lawn. Many would try to upsell at initial meeting but Yuri said to wait and see what it looked like after clean up to determine what was needed. I have very high standards and am very picky and this team exceeded my expectation.

I was quoted less than $400 to have my entire sprinkler system repaired and serviced. The technician said the quote would be even less if I agreed to a servicing plan. I opted to pass on the servicing plan and just have the repairs made. I then received an email with an updated quote for $500 to have the same work done. I feel this was a bait and switch. I would never recommend working with this company.

Simply amazing, thank you guys for taking such great care of my lawn and pest control needs. I had a problem this weekend were my lawn was dying from the oncoming summer heat and they were prompt and efficient in dealing with my problem. They sent someone out immediately and he was very professional. All the work completed my expectations and grass already looks better. 5 starts doesn t do them justice.

He recently came to my home and diagnosed that the flying ants I had seen had in fact originated from an outside plant close to the house and had migrated up into attic and ceiling. Our HOA has contracted with the services of OHara landscaping after trying several other companies providing dismal services and lots of meetings resulting in no improvement. Our community is 30 years old. We are blessed and cursed with an aging arboreal landscape hindered by variable budgets and boards. We have begun to implement a more comprehensive long term improvement plan for our grounds. We recognize that restoring landscaping is time, energy, and financially consuming. The Landscape Committee has been assisted by Yuri and his crews in this process and we are making progress. We do call their attention to issues and get them resolved. We prefer the system OHara utilizes rather than previous companies that pull in one day, rush workers through and leave. OHara knows our community. Our Association has a contract with OHara for hurricane cleanup. They are impressive in their prompt attention and removal of the enormous debris Irma left in her wake!
