We called for holes in our backyard, we wanted a professional opinion as to what they could be. We were told they couldnt tell what kind of rodents they were, but we could buy bait boxes that would take care of any rodent issues. Fast forward several months, and it ended up being iguanas. Which would require me hiring another company. We were annoyed that we now owned bait boxes we never needed. Issue was escalated to a manager named Josh who said although we couldnt return the boxes they would credit us our most recent service... However we have been waiting on a refund from Native for a few months now. They even billed us an extra month instead of canceling our service like requested (that one was easily disputed). They have been responsive on the warranty for our Termite service (that is the 2 stars), and sent out someone the same day we had contractors here. However this was after several times of them coming out and saying we didnt have active termites. Just to have a contractor bull down a beam and find a lot of termite activity... Edit: I ve increased my rating to 4 stars. Josh contacted me immediately to admit they had dropped the ball. I appreciate and respect the responsiveness of the company.

Getting rid of cricket moles isn t easy. Native Pest had to stay on top of it because we had an especially stubborn infestation. They got rid of them in a couple of months time and none have returned. I was especially impressed today with our technician Luis Lopez. He is always pleasant and ready to answer any questions I have. Today he found a problem on one of my ornamentals and suggested that his company could take care of it. He made the suggestion in a way that didnt make me feel that he was looking for more business for his company, but rather as a way to help me with my problem. Same day, Fabrizio arrived WOW! Friendly, a wealth of knowledge, efficient, and an absolute delight. He is unlike any professional that s been in our home in that he thoroughly explained the process to eliminate pests/bugs, gave us context, inspected the interior and exterior with care, and answered the hundreds of questions we had. He also highlighted the education and quality pest control products provided by Native, which is different from what we ve experienced with other companies. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in his work. He also kindly offered us one of his lunch drinks to try, which was a lovely gesture. I can t say enough how impressed we were with Fabrizio! His knowledge of products, basic construction and engineering, pest/animal control at large, and his willingness to educate us was truly a breath of fresh air and a relief because pests in the home can be stressful. We will request Fabrizio next time and are thrilled we found someone who cared about helping us! Update: Steven now performs our service and he sure does get the job done! Phenomenal details is his signature work integrity! Took his time to fix the root cause of the problem, finding the sugar ants nest/queens and the source of the cockroach with thorough spraying. I will ask for David D on our next pest control treatment. I was ready to find another company but David made me change my mind. Thank you, David D, for your professionalism and meticulous details in servicing our home! Update, December 7, 2024: Our Native Pest Management technician, Dionte, is our new choice! He goes through meticulous details by discovering a wasp nest in a hidden area, is very friendly and professional. He exceeds our expectations! We will definitely ask for Dionte in all our future Pest Control maintenance.

Best pest control service I ve used in years! I have a monthly service plan with them and they re always on top of the treatment. I ve even had several occasions where I ve needed service/treatment ASAP and they were out servicing my property within 24 hours. My technician, Peter, arrived right on time, he was very polite and educated me on several things regarding preventative treatment. I m very pleased with the service and knowledge he provided!

Josh has been absolutely fantastic! After dealing with rat issues for three weeks, he was the first tech to do a thorough inspection and actually find spots the previous agent missed. He closed off additional roof entry points and introduced a new method to catch the remaining pests. Not only was his approach effective, but he was also polite, professional, and left no mess behind. Josh went above and beyond, carefully inspecting the entire house to ensure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend him he s the best tech we ve had so far!

Technician arrived on time. He explained what he had found and what treatment he had found in the kitchen cabinets. He treated the cabinet and the surrounding cabinets. He explained the treatment and how the termites move. I feel he did a great job and I am very satisfied with his work.

He was so thorough, even knocked down my cobwebs around the property, the ones Id been planning on knocking down for the past year, but just never seemed to have the time. I asked around the internet community, and Native Pest came up over and over as highly recommended. I can see why. Today was very informative as David answered my many questions, explained what was being done, and Im confident in the job that was done today. Thank you, David!!
