My service provider does an excellent job with pest control in my house. I have employed Hulett for 3 homes now. Spanning 16 years. Highly recommend.

Best pest control service ever. However, yesterday it poured 30 minutes after bi-monthly spraying.unsure how this affects the application of pest control just made

I discovered a swarm of termites on my back porch and called Hulett to do an inspection. They confirmed they were termites and suggested a proactive plan to prevent them from getting into my home and causing damage. They were able to install a Sentracon system to put a chemical barrier around my house and garage.

Was told when I purchased (included 3 additional years) annual inspections would occur (termites and subterranean termites). Inspection after first year and again close to extended contract expiring. Last person out said I should have been receiving annual inspections, but I did not. Called and was told they did track and schedule inspections after first year.

We have been working with Richard at Huelett for over five years. We used other companies previously, but Richard is extremely professional. He lets us know when he s coming the day before and he s very thorough. My young kids ask a lot questions and he will even explain to them what he s doing. You know he s doing a good job when your kids put on a backpack and start going around and say look, I m doing like Richard does.

Contacted Hulett through their website after hours about a suspected rat infestation. They got back to me the very next morning and set up an appointment for the free inspection that same day. The inspector confirmed my suspicions was friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the processes and prices involved in the treatment and took time to answer my questions. He set up an appointment with a technician for the very next morning. The technician Akeem texted me prior to his arrival and showed up exactly on time. He was friendly and efficient in the work done. I am very impressed with the entire operation.

Richard, Does a great job, excellent applicator!

Bought a house with roaches. I asked them to come out once, and without my consent they signed me up for monthly service and kept billing my credit card. The issue worsened though, so I said whatever and let them keep coming. They treated monthly for 2 years without any improvement. When I called to cancel, they said give us one more chance. I agreed, and they finally sent the guy with the real treatment. Roaches were gone in a week. I realized that obviously theyre not going to completely get rid of the pests right away because then they lose a customer. Absolute ripoff artists. Beware.

Hello, one main problem I have with Hewlett is your billing. Your invoices are ambiguous and very very small. I m not that old but it is difficult to see on a computer or a phone. It says disregard if you have paid but when you have three or more different services with Hewlett. It s very confusing, your bill does not go out automatically for yearly renewal, and comments from your technicians are very small and ambiguous Not a good format

On time and efficient

Been using their service since we moved to Florida four years ago. Very thorough service and other than a few ants now and then, our home has been pest free. Donwell came out again this month and he did an excellent job of brushing and spraying. We saw a rat for the first time, and Donwell checked, added more bait, and relocated the stations. Maury also has done great work and educated me about insect behavior. Very knowledgeable staff.

Its all about our technician Randy Garcia! Hes amazing, knows our property and always knows where to find little creatures before I do !!

Used lawn and pest control services for about 4 years. Recently cancelled all services due to poor communication and lack of results. I had to recall them back out after every single service they performed to try again, and i got tired of micromanaging the techs. I gave them many chances to step it up, but they rarely delivered.

We ve been using Hulett since 1994 with 2 homes. We ve only had 8 service technicians in 30 years. That speaks volumes and every technician has been great. Currently Jeff Johnson is our technician and he takes the cake! Jeff is always on schedule, addresses any issues that come up, has a great personality and always answers our questions. He is a big reason we stay with Hulett and don t see us leaving!!!!

Price continues to go up without being notified and quality of the service has decreased. We have new technicians every other week and do not get any consistency in the service. Currently our yard and bug problem is the worst it s been since owning the house in 2019

Karen has been my Hulett technician for over a year now and she is very courteous and extremely competent. I also use the termite bating system, after I saw a neighbor s house tented. I was an OPS student working in the termite research lab in South Florida with the PhD who developed the system. I know it works!

Frank is always courteous and calls when hes outside to make sure the dogs are not in the yard before spraying. He spent a long time talking to my husband about the lawn. We are very happy with Frank.

they came out to treat my house for spiders and abraham went the extra mile for me and sprayed even a corner he had to get from a second story ladder. great work guys!

Ive Hulett for over 6 years and theyve been professional and thorough the entire time. I like their subscription program that allows me to call them in whenever there is an issue AND, in Florida, theres always some bugs somewhere!

Fred did excellent service, and went far and above to find the source of our pests. He even followed up a couple weeks later to verify that the treatment worked.

In the past, I was handed the traps and it would take several weeks for the ants to go away yesterday Jeff came to my home for the first time he found the source put some bait out there and overnight. Literally all my ants were gone from my kitchen not one on my stove top thank you very much. Very happy.!!

Hulett was recommended to me by the prior owner and I m glad I ve retained their services. Rich and Mike did a great job. I d also give a shout out to Mark, the technician who does the monthly healthy home treatment. He is also very knowledgeable and prepared me for what Rich and Mike were going to do. Since moving to Florida a little over three years ago, we have struggled to find a Pest Control company that can manage the ants when they inevitably turn up. Hulett has done a great job and my girl Karen is definitely not a Karen. She is friendly, polite, and helpful, and we are very comfortable with her working around our home inside and out!
