After years of working with an archaic pin irrigation system we finally decided to upgrade to a smart system controller. We had quotes from 4 companies and Soberal Services LLC not only was the best pricing, but also they explained everything without pressured sales (thats a relief). Out of the companies that quoted, this company stood out as clearly knowing what they were doing! In our case we had 6 zones so needed some new pipework done. We had the quote right away. They were on time, worked through the extreme heat and rain but they got the job done that day, taught us the system patiently, then made sure all the sprinkler heads were correct and replaced a few. They couldnt have been more professional and personable in the process (this can be hard to find in Florida). I have 4 companies that I have used many times and I swear by their work and professionalism, companies that I have referred to my friends and family without hesitation, this will now be one of them! They are quoting landscape design and lighting, per my request, because I know they are the right people to use!

I had an issue with my irrigation system, Luis was able to quickly identify the issue and explained it to me. He was very honest and could have easily got me to pay for labor and parts, but instead knew it was a simple fix and gave me the option to fix the issue myself which ended up only costing me $30. Luis actually also advised me on the correct part while I was at Home Depot, and then checked in to see if everything worked out right. This is an honest company. I will call luis again next time I have an issue with my sprinkler system.

Luis removed a line of wild and invasive hedges and replaced it with a lovely hedge of clusias. During the first visit, he evaluated the property and proposed solutions for our general landscaping. During the actual hedging process, we made changes, including a request to relocate two palm trees that we identified once the original plants were cleaned up. The team was amenable to our last minute requests and successfully transplanted these trees which are now thriving in their new spot as well as our clusia hedge. The team also trimmed some large trees on our property and we were so pleased with the service we received, we recommended Soberal services for work at the homes of our family members (where Soberal also did an excellent job).

Wow.. I can see why Luis has such great reviews. I called him on Thursday evening and explained we were having issues with our sprinkler system. He said he could come out between 11 and 1 the following day.. the following day he kept in touch with me on his arrival and even sent a Google ETA map tracker, so I knew exactly when he was going to arrive. He was very kind, took the time to actually identify the issue, and it turned out to be a significantly less costly fix. He fixed it within a few minutes and was very affordable and fair with his pricing. He is going to send us a quote for a tree removal and some landscaping as well. I recently used Soberal Services to install privacy trees and remove a few invasive trees on my property in Loxahatchee. Luis and his team exceeded my expectations and had great communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.

This company was the epitome of non-responsive and was by definition a no-show. Assuming its customer service is a reflection of its workmanship, I recommend steering clear of this company.

Luis changed our mechanical irrigation valves to electrical valves. He was on time, communicated regularly, and left our home and garden neater than when he arrived. He also took the time to examine all of our sprinkler heads to ensure the wholes system was working properly. I really appreciated his attention to detail to assure us the upgrade was done correctly. Luis came out immediately after talking with me today. He was able to diagnose the issue with our irrigation system very efficiently. Three zones were not working. He replaced the main control panel which had a bad lead and module. He also found and replaced the bad solenoid valve in the ground control box out in the backyard. The job was done seamlessly. Luis explained things to me as he worked on resolving the problems and I am glad to have a new irrigation company.

I reached out to Luis after attempting to have a big commercial irrigation company come for a service call which was going to cost $75 regardless. Well they stood me up. I decided I wanted a local company and found Soberal Services. When I called it was. Friday afternoon, and Luis answered straight away. He asked what services I needed, and explained he would come as soon as possible, which was 2 days later. He helped me resolve a water leak from my irrigation pump over the phone; I was relieved. When he came to look at my system, he provided options with estimates, and an ETA. NO service charge either. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the work - I would definitely recommend Soberal Services!

I hired Soberal Services to remove a tree and to trim some hedges on an investment property. I paid Soberal in full the day the work was performed. Their initial work was performed without issue. Then, on February 6, 2023 I hired Soberal Services/ Luis again. This time to cleaning up a property with overgrown receding garden beds - basic yard maintenance with rocks and edging. We agreed on a price and scheduled the work for Feb 9. 2023. From Feb 9th to March 3rd, Luis rescheduled the work 4 times via text messaging, twice texting me to reschedule the day of the job. Luis never called to reschedule. He texted. I agreed to the rescheduled day and waited for the work to be done. Weather was not a factor in this run-around. He first texted that a meeting came up, another reschedule was texted to me that his client needed work done. Well, I do too! Another text was he needed a walk through for another client. Another text reschedule was previous work poured over into the next day. Weeks pass and my work is not done. But Luis keeps text rescheduling! Soberal wasted my time. Soberal never showed up to do the work. I do not recommend this company.

I had Soberal Services trim our three large Oak trees and one huge Bischofia tree. We also had a 40-foot Hong Kong Orchid that had become too large for the space with roots threatening the houses foundation, they completely removed it and then grind the stump. The trees all look much healthier now and the grass will be glad to get some sunlight. They also cleaned up our Sabal palms and shaped a Strangler Fig wrapped around one. Luis and his team did all of this quickly and professionally making sure all of the debris was taken away and the site left clean.

We were searching for a landscaper to finish our landscaping project and fix our irrigation system after our prior landscaper (Seagrass Landscape) ghosted us for 9 weeks and never completed what he said he would get done. Luis, was taking out trees in a neighbors yard when my husband asked if he would be able to do a small job for us. Luis cut some old bushes down to stumps, cut out a dead branch from our mango tree and cut a section of another tree that was hanging over our fence. With the equipment he has he was able to do all this promptly without any preparation from us. We will surely be using his services again and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Luis and his crew were fantastic from beginning to end. We had our house painted and wanted to change old landscaping out. I gave Luis a general idea of what I wanted and he ran with it. He picked beautiful plants, most of them native to Florida, and it is even better than I imagined. He certainly had a vision, and it turned out amazing. The crew took out an old palm and a gigantic, overgrown bush, and they put sod down to cover an area that had been dug up. It is seamless with our existing lawn. Capped off some irrigation pipes that I didnt need anymore and installed a new Rainbird box for me. Take down pine trees and grind up all of the stumps in the yard. They also did all of our leveling and seed work 3 1/2 years ago when we bought our home in Loxahatchee. Still to this day we have had no pudling in our yard no matter how hard it rains or for how long. I had an old sprinkler system and they came in a redid the whole thing. They replaced my dying pump with a new one along with an electric zone valve and digital timer. All of the heads were adjusted, replaced, or moved as needed to ensure proper coverage. They also cleared out an invasive Brazilian pepper tree in the back of the yard as well as cleared out a root system near the house. Luis and his team did a terrific job. They were very professional, communicated well, and did exactly as they promised. I would definitely recommend them.

We were befuddled when it came to why our sprinkler system didnt seem to have enough pressure. The pressure in our home was fine. I recently bought my house knowing that the sprinkler system would require a major tune-up because of the previous owners lack of maintenance. Luis Soberal and his landscaping crew did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job removing my two huge, thick royal palms plus additional trees from cramped quarters yesterday, working continually, despite constant rain and intermittent torrential downpours. Soaked but determined, they remained until all trees were down. In-between the two houses with overhead lines from power pole in front. Canal at back. No alternate access available. Tight quarters. Yes, I was worried about my house. Here comes the lift. It needs a good spread for balance as it goes higher and higher. Unable to remove the trees whole for relocation, Luis carefully and painstakingly cut incrementally, step by step. Once down, way too huge and heavy to fit into the log carrier that the other regular tree logs easily piled into, those had to be cut into much smaller sections. Bright and cheerful next morning they ground those hefty stumps like butter. Took all its massive fronds, cut logs and debris, loaded up into his truck. Site cleared, equipment tucked in, said their goodbyes. Incredibly professional throughout. Totally impressive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We reached out for a quote. Luis kindly set up an appointment and called before arriving to confirm the appointment. Very professional. Price was based on square feet and the quote was quick. Very professional. We had to wait and with all the rain some of the grass grew back so we decided not to go threw with the replacement of sod. Had several quotes done and they were the most reasonable and professional.

I called the company late evening last night, they scheduled for 8:30 am this morning. Luis arrived on time. Took his time to investigate the issue and resolved it the same day. Didnt try to buy us into getting new parts or make any changes to our sprinkler system but rather fixed the issue. Other companies either were charging us $60 just for to come see the issue and others were quoting me over the phone without knowing the issue. Soberal Landscaping really stepped up and delivered when we wanted a private beach retreat created in the front of our lawn. We had interviewed so many landscapers, and Luis by far had the most significant expertise on local foliage and was working with us to ensure we received exactly what we were looking for. He was on-site for the entire project, the trees and grasses from his farm/nursery are gorgeous and super healthy, and he was patient while we moved plants around and requested more sand. My irrigation person couldnt come and fix a problem I had with a zone that would not completely shut off. I was fortunate to have Lewis call and he came out and with a lot of work was able to find the controller which were not centrally located staying within the price he quoted for finding and fixing the problem. A very courteous young man. A pleasure to work with and I will be calling him back for other work.
