Sal and his crew of Vinny, Pablo and Sebastian are top notch! Professional, knowledgeable, respectful describe the team. Sal took his time with us going over our property and then showed us many photos to get an idea of our likes and dislikes. With our preferences and first hand knowledge of sunny vs shady areas, developed a plan. He provided us with a detailed architectural plot plan. We knew exactly what plantings to expect. On demo day, Sal was here to go over the plans for removal of unwanted plantings. Next day for installation, he returned and made sure everything was put in the proper place before any digging occurred. Vinny, Pablo and Sebastian made our vision come true. Couldnt be happier. We met with.3 other companies, they said they could start and then disappeared. So happy we were referred to this outstanding company. The trees they picked were perfect and the workers were very fast. We had a little hiccough with the planter bed wall but it was immediately fixed with no questions asked. Steve was who we worked with. Great guy. Made whole process so smooth. Will use them again when we get our pool put in the backyard.

After multiple calls and no show appointments with other landscape companies, my husband found Universal Landscape. Sal was completely different and a breath of fresh air. From the moment Sal stepped foot on our property he cared about our vision and how we planned on using our property. He offered expert guidance and now we have a beautiful backyard we can enjoy and a front yard that isnt an eyesore for our neighbors. His team was also fabulous. They worked hard, offered suggestions and accomodated my last minute requests to add and move things that I didnt realize I would want later. From beginning to end the guys at Universal Landscape have been great: professional, prompt, communicative and efficient. Our house needed curb appeal badly and we were overwhelmed with having to design and plan it ourselves, not to mention all the hard labor involved. Sal and his team to the rescue! They designed a beautiful front yard for our modest home, including beautiful rock & stone elements, and stayed within our budget. Installation was quick and clean, but within hours we had a crazy storm that damaged part of the new landscaping. Sals team was there the next morning bright & early to fix it - with smiles! We received very specific care instructions and a warranty, AND they set up our (previously installed) irrigation system to properly water the zones with the new plants. I just dont think its possible to get better service from a landscaping company and Im so glad I found Universal!

Amazing company-highly recommend! We wanted a complete redo of the landscaping at our West Palm Beach house we recently bought and remodeled. Sal met with us to discuss what we liked and disliked and came back with a total landscape design package with many options for prices, types of plants, and rock/walkway design. He listened to what we wanted, gave us options we didnt know about, or didnt think about, and we couldnt be more happy. We cant say enough about Sal and his team, but we get to look at his work every day and enjoy!!! Many of our neighbors have commented that we have the best landscaped yard in the neighborhood.....and we agree!

My experience with Sal and his team has all been positive. After having a pool installation, Sal s team rerouted irrigation system, installed new sod, pavers, landscaping and lights. I found Sal s pricing to be fair and in line with other proposals and his quality was of high standards. The entire team focused on customer satisfaction and communication through out the process was outstanding. Vinny and the guys worked diligently and with care to make sure I was pleased with their work. It was a pleasant experience working with Universal Landscaping, Inc. and the end result looks great.

Im not the type of person to normally write reviews but then I interviewed and hired Sal who is the owner of Universal Landscaping. He put together an incredible team for my project consisting of himself, Vinny, Steve, and Santiago. I hired them to completely redo my landscaping in the front, back, and sides of my house. Sal spent a few hours at my house with me looking at my new pool and asking a lot of questions to find out what style I really wanted so he would know exactly what to design. He brings hundreds of pictures as examples and has a keen eye for what hes doing and designing. I told him that I wanted something unique and spectacular and boy did he deliver. The best part was Sal made this happen while working within my budget. I notice when people pass my house they always slow down to look. All of my neighbors have said theyve never seen anything like this. On top of the design and end result meeting and surpassing my expectations, Sal and his team really were just a pleasure to work with. They always showed up on time and were polite, clean, and respectful. They really made my place look more like an upscale resort then a home. Its like living on vacation now lol.
