Update: I had Vin and the crew back to landscape our backyard. They did a fantastic job. They rebuilt our stream, landscaped with new bushes/lighting/mulch and fixed a drainage issue. The crew is incredibly nice and always super clean. I ll continue to use Primo, a top notch company. The team did a phenomenal job with pavers for our back steps and a new patio (we had a nasty asphalt pad that had to be removed). The crew was timely, clean and incredibly friendly. I have them coming back in the fall to add landscaping. Excited to continue working with Vin and the Primo crew. Highly highly recommend.

We hired Primo to demolish an old, broken patio that came with the house we bought and replace it with a better, new one. We chose Primo because their estimate was reasonable and Vincent was very responsive to our questions (and made several visits before we signed a contract). The crew were friendly and tidy and took great pride in their work. We had one miscommunication about the projects features but were able to talk it through and make some adjustments. Vincent and the crew wanted to be sure we were happy and we really are--the patio looks better than we imagined. We would definitely use Primo again and plan to for a future project!

Primo is amazing & FAST!!! I gave Vincent a Vision of what I wanted he absolutely delivered. He communicated Any changes in he thought would be best and they were! Very excited to enjoy the new patio. His guys were very attentive to detail very polite and respectful as well as clean.

We hired PRIMO to assist with solving the drainage issues around our home to mitigate water potentially coming in and flooding our basement. We also needed to replace our pool shed, which was destroyed in a freak wind storm earlier in the year. The proposed plan to waterproof the foundation where water was entering our house quickly morphed to include the leveling of our front/side/backyard where water was collecting, and the demo and rebuilding of the front stoop, backyard deck stairs, the backyard walkway to the pool, and the entirety of the pool deck and surroundings. It was a daunting project, to say the least. I must say that PRIMO, specifically Vincent and Vince Sr., were not short on referrals, and their well documented portfolio of past projects gave us confidence that we made the right choice in seeking them out. Both Vincent and Vince Sr. were quick with their ideas on how to fix the irrigation problems and on a landscaping design replete with plantings and lighting. Under Vincent s project management and personal guidance, we obtained a new fence and pool shed, replastered our pool and replaced the tile, waterproofed our foundation (where necessary), replaced decrepit walkways and retaining walls with beautiful pavers, revamped the pool plumbing, converted the pool system to saltwater, replaced the pump and heater, and efficiently executed on the seemingly insurmountable body of work with ease. Vince Sr. s deep horticultural expertise and keen eye for balance ensured the walkways were intricately designed, trees and shrubs carefully transplanted, and vibrant flowering trees and shrubs planted around the property, the finished product being a blessedly aesthetic flow of color and nature. When the Spring arrived and the flowers bloomed, every week felt like an Easter Egg Hunt - we never knew what would flower next! The PRIMO team (including Congo and all) are consummate professionals with a strong work ethic, precise craftsmanship, and a calming presence. When we embarked on this body of work, we asked Vincent and Vince Sr. to create an oasis, and that s what the PRIMO team delivered in droves. Their creativity and hard work are only rivaled by their patience in my publishing this review. Vincent, Vince Sr, Congo, and team - from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything! What I once considered a heart soreness is now my Eden. If ever you need a referral, feel free to call on us. We ll have your back (much like you had ours ).

I just want to throw a shout out to Vincent from Primo. They did some one off work for us after a car crashed through the front of our yard. I am always the point person on any household work within my family and unfortunately, it s a rare situation where I have someone come in to do work and be respectful about working with just me. I get the typical well, just make sure it s okay with you husband or talk it over and see what he thinks. By this was not Vincent! He was professional, communicative and detail oriented and not once did he reference wanting my husband s input or need of his opinion to validate what I wanted done. He and his team did beautiful work and made my vision come to life better than I could have ever hoped for and they definitely deserve a shout out for it!

I had contracted with Primo to turn my crumbling backyard patio into a place to relax and I could not be happier with the results. The owner of the company, Vinnie, came to take all the measurements himself and gave me a fair cost, especially when compared to others in the area. The experienced crew were knowledgeable, efficient and kept things on schedule, except for one delay beyond their control that they managed in a most professional way. When severe rain overwhelmed my gutters and started draining into my basement overnight, where was Primo the next morning? They were 10 feet below ground, repairing an old and neglected crack and fixing drainage lines so this wouldn t happen again. I m positive that the work they completed will last and will recommend them to anyone looking to improve the look of their homes.

We hired Primo landscaping company to design and install an outdoor classroom for our school. What they were able to do with the space went above and beyond our expectations. The customer service was top notch and it was clear that they really wanted us to be happy with the space. I did a lot of research and talked to many different companies before selecting Vinny and his team at Primo Landscape Design to install a new walkway and level/seed my dilapidated and rock covered front lawn. Vinny was the most knowledgeable and with the fairest prices. From the start, Vinny understood the complexity of the grading, while his competitors did not. His team followed the exact manufacturers specifications when installing the walkway (it is essential not to skimp on these base materials). Additionally, his team didnt simply seed the lawn, they sowed the seeds and seeded at the same time, essentially double seeding the front yard. They also took the extra step to use shade grass seed for the areas that did not receive direct sunlight. His team was prompt, efficient, and tidy. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and I have received many compliments on my beautiful walkway and lawn. I would highly recommend Primo Landscape Design for any landscaping project that you have in mind.

Take your business elsewhere. The owner of Primo is a racist bigot who made disgusting comments not realizing I am Latino or worse, knew I was Latino. They are expensive and tardy. Other local landscapers are inexpensive and efficient. Zero stars isnt possible, shame.
