Oct. 8, 2024 Top Notch came to Orange Blossom Village in Vero Beach, Fla. They are the BEST! I had a Florida Native Plant Landscape business in Martin and have hired tree trimmers. Yet none of them match up to the two men here today. Vero Beach right now is under a Hurricane Warning. Yet these guys got out here quick and have trimmed many giant Live Oak Trees since the early morning, and its not even 1:00 yet. I highly recommend them.

Our grass is dying - landscaping looks horrible - If I could give a zero I would. Our HOA voted them in even though they were the most expensive quote we received - Did our property management company have anything to do with hiring them???? Just a thought.

Top Notch has always done great work for our Relentless Real Estate projects. Recently they installed paver driveways for 9 new townhomes in Indialantic and it came out great! The painters ended up getting overspray on some of them and Top Notch came right back out and swapped out the damaged pavers! They truly are Top Notch.

This company does the lawn care and irrigation at our cond complex, the sprinklers are adjusted all wrong and run at the worst times. They spray on our cars and as well as on the street making it impossible to have a clean cars. I am going to motion the board to drop their contract. I would give the, ZERO stars if possible.

Top notch is hired through our apartment complex regardless grass is cut so I guess they did there job there, but our patio, chairs and table are covered in dirt, and it looks like they hit a dog toy and choose to leave all the stuffing in front of our unit. Good to know what company NOT to use after purchasing our house.

Florida is not well known for its reliable contractors, and lawn care is no exception. Seems like they all start off taking great pride and making your place look great, no matter how long it takes. However, in short order you can watch the truck pull up and the lawn care professionals run around like they are on fire and theyre done in half the time it used to take them. And sadly, the job is half as good as it used to be as well. I have finally found the exception, Top Notch has never let their quality slip in order to finish the job faster. On time, superior service and completely dependable, I cant brag on them enough.

This company has the contract where I live ,they are the worse.I have called several times and no result.I have photos and videos of them blowing dirt directly at my house,every week for several years.When the leave I have to spray my entire house down ,car included.Its absurd,blow debris away not into a home but yet after years of asking they still do it and dont care I have a road and empty space across yet its easier to blow into the house Its maddening and there is no reason for it My windowsills are covered in dirt every week,its unreal Spoke to the company/foreman Nobody cares,hire another company or forever be covered in lawn clippings and dirt!!! Last week they ran over a camper carpet/mat shredded it Threw it in my yard even though it wasnt mine and just left it They destroyed three of my garden hoses to date They are careless!!!

Often times you only hear when things are bad or wrong but this time I need to give a big shout out to Top Notch Lawn Care and their team! I recently hired Top Notch to landscape my home, install an irrigation system, and provide and install outdoor LED landscape lighting. From the initial design process to the end product, Chris was amazing. If I needed anything at all and even when I didn t need him he was right there. They did everything they said they would do and more! They were punctual and professional. Every single employee on the job represented with Top Notch integrity and professionalism. I can t say enough good or express how satisfied I am with everything they did. I have even had multiple people that were driving bye, stop and put their thumbs up or yell how good everything looks! Getting pretty sick and tired of them spraying dirt and grass all over the cars. They also have no regard for peoples lights or decorations outside. Our apartments use this company, and they have broken 4 solar lights outside my neighbors apartment.

Scammed me on a truck I bought off of them, so much for no leaks and no problem you drove it off its technically not my problem vehicle didnt even make it home had to get it towed home they check it out told me to reach out to them they were missing pieces from truck from working on truck and ghosted me! I do not recommend this company for business!!!!! Dishonest! Chris and Joe ! At least tell me up front instead of being fake!! Cost me a tow and mechanic!

Really rude employee, mowing in front of the Melbourne Mall parked his mower blocking the whole sidewalk. Then threatened me, after laughing at me for falling on my bike, with a broken collar bone already. Wondering if i should talk to a lawyer. The most disrespectful employee on that lawn crew. Wouldnt tell me his name or company name. Considering what type of people represent your company is a big factor. Fire this guy!!!

This company has very poor quality work. Different people every week they cant find steady workers because of theyre pay and how they degrade people at the interview process. Top Notch Lawn Care was hired this year and immediately created a WOW factor for Greenbriar Village, a community of 162 residences. Our needs are varied in that they encompass complete landscaping services. Our previous company was a nightmare, poorly maintained equipment, staff turnover, inability to address and correct complaints. Top Notch made immediate changes that generated compliments from the entire community. The board has received a multitude of compliments regarding professionalism and workmanship of the landscape staff. My family recently moved into a new home and we hired Top Notch based on a friend s recommendation. We couldn t be more pleased with their service. They do an excellent job taking care of our yard, and are reliable and courteous.

Different people every week. If it showered, you would be on a 10 day schedule. They gave all our info to another lawn service, without asking us. I had to spend thirty minutes cleaning their mess. They did 2 houses side by side. From pulling up to pulling out was 13 minutes. Unreal

Been using Top Notch since we moved to Florida 15 years ago. Ive seen this business go from 1 Truck to 20 trucks, theyve always done a good job and have been reliable. No business is perfect and its impossible to control every employee you have these days especially in this day in age but they seem to definitely do the best that they can. For anyone that left a negative review on here I propose they start a business and try to do what Joe and the Top Notch corporation have done, the day to day operations and drama involved with 50 employees would be more than any soap opera or hospital drama combined, people need to understand that before they run their mouths. We had some landscape replaced in the front and a new large bed created in our back yard. Joe is creative and professional, offering suggestions for design and plant choice and expert advice for our new plant care. The new plants and trees arrived and they had been hand picked by Joe. I will never use this company. Their employees were inappropriately yelling at my wife while at a red light, asking for her phone number and other things. My wife felt very uncomfortable and could not wait until she was away from the Top Notch employees. I called their office to complain and I still haven t received a return call. They cut grass great. But dont spray for weeds like they are supposed to. Bushes getting choaked and no one notices. Disappointing

This company does my neighbors lawn. I have found them in my yard with their equipment. One time, they ran over my newspaper in my driveway and I found tire tracks on my lawn from them. I just find them disrespectful of my property. Who the heck knows what they do when no one is watching!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. As another review states, this is a con-job. I initially called an ad that I had seen in a mailer that was for a different company, not Top Notch. I got a return call from this place saying that they had worked out a deal over which areas each would work. Wish I had looked up the company name before I got myself into this mess in the first place. Lesson learned. I paid up front for the first month ($150), which was said to cost more in case he breaks equipment on something on the first job. Each month following, the price would be $90. I paid the first month on the spot through the square reader on his phone. Second month comes and goes and I never receive an invoice or even a notice through snail mail, email, phone call, voice mail, or text message. If you dont send me a bill or give me a way to pay it online, what do you expect? Im not going to chase you down to give you money, it is your business not mine. At the end of the second month, they just stopped showing up. I am here at my house every day, all day. No one even so much as knocked on the door. Here 5 months later, I finally get a single letter in the mail with invoices for all 5 months... even though I paid for the first month up front, and they did not provide services at all for the last three months. I had to hire someone else to take care of my lawn because this company had such terrible customer service that they wont even talk to their clients. I signed no agreement for a contract, and I did not receive the services I am being charged for. Wont be getting another dime out of me, or a recommendation.

So inconsiderate. Was walking by with my dog and he didn t stop edging the side (I was on the opposite side of a narrow street) and he was hitting my dog and I with broken debris. I was trying to pick my dog up because she got scared and he still didn t stop. Try to pay attention to other people even if they aren t your customers.
