Customer Care, Price, Quality are unmatched and I highly recommend GreenIQ! I really had doubts my lawn would recover after our renters moved out and I moved in. GreenIQs lawn and mosquito services have helped me achieve what my neighbors are saying is the best lawn in the neighborhood. Their customer service/care are excellent and they answer questions/concerns quickly. One of the best things about this years treatments is that I hardly had any mosquito bites which is a huge improvement over when I first moved in and would have at least 5-10 bites every time I went outside.

Ive had a lawn service for years. IQ is great! Breyden doesnt mind my questions and is always available. My lawn looks really good now and was really good during the drought years. You wont go wrong with using them. BUT you need to listen to them about watering practices.

Absolutely the BEST! Breyden and his team provide personalized service that is not found with the larger companies (which I have tried several). Breyden keeps you constantly informed on when he will be applying the lawn treatments, what to expect, and what is recommended for watering, mow height, and other useful information. Breyden has always either answered the phone or returned calls within a short time to answer questions or provide any necessary information. I have been using Green IQ for the past 3 years and have never had a more consistent weed free, green, and healthy looking lawn. This is our 3rd season using Green IQ. The first 2 years were working out all our grass issues (weeds, fungus, dead spots etc.). We just finished our 3rd season and our grass looks better than it ever has in 20 years when it was initially planted. Absolutely no weeds and it s healthy and thick. My husband is thrilled and his only complaint would be how fast it grows due to its great health (which means he must stay on top of mowing) Also, I must comment on level of communication they provide via text and email about upcoming service, when the service has been completed, and post service instructions. Color me impressed. I m not sure what magic these guys use, but it s absolutely incredible how much they ve been able to cut down the weed problem in my backyard. I went from a backyard that s usually 90% consumed with weeds to potentially being able to slowly bring my grass back. My front has also never looked better. I used to do this stuff all on my own, and lemme tell ya, I wish I would have hired these guys YEARS ago. Give them a shot, you won t regret it.

I give Green IQ 5 stars. The people are great to work with. They are ontime and the final results speak for themselves. We have a large yard and dealing with weeds and crabgrass. We had this crabgrass weed in our park strip that showed up every year end of season. It was taking over. Green IQ looked it over and used the right product. This last season it did not show up like in the past. Id tried a lot of stuff, so very happy with the results. Id highly recommend Green IQ. Make sure to ask questions, they are very knowledgeable.

This is our fourth year in a new home and dealing with new lawn issues. After not getting the results that we wanted a friend recommended Breyden and Green IQ. Tried them this year knowing full well we are in a drought. Wanted to conserve water as much as possible and Breyden explained the lawn treatments and that they would all help to keep my lawn looking green all summer, even with less water. And they sure did! Each time he was coming to do a treatment, he would text and explain the purpose of each treatment and ask if we had any trouble spots. I asked a couple of questions over the course of treatments and he was also super quick to respond.

I have hired this guy to help me with preventing from spiders and he does great work. And the application does last a long time. I would highly recommend him!!

Green IQ Lawn and spider control was recommended by a friend, so we took the chance to try service. We had an infestation of Morning Glory and had tried several things to control them...to no avail. Breyden was able to help us with the Morning Glory and also provided a wealth of information about the plant itself and how to control it. He also advised us on moving forward with our xeriscape plans and how to prepare or lawn for that. His pricing is very fair, and we felt the value was excellent.
