They are a little on the slow side for scheduling and sending you a total due but they do a good job when they are here and have great people working at the office. My bill seemed high but I understand why. All in all I would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Milburn a few weeks ago so I could get a quote for weekly lawn service as well as getting a quote for a backyard design. No return call. I called again last week, mentioning that I had not gotten a call back and that I was still interested. Still no return call. Businesses like Milburn are part of the growing problem in Utah, where companies do not want to demonstrate good customer service and work to earn your business. 3 weeks later and still no call. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit: I have changed my 1 star review to a 5 star. I appreciate the owner contacting me, apologizing for not communicating earlier and provided justification for that incident. The organization has since contacted me, providing lawn service that is above and beyond. I greatly appreciate when an organization explains an incident and does a great job in their work and service.

We are very satisfied with Millburn Lawn and Landscape. They installed plants, lawn, flower boxes, and a garden in our backyard. They listened to us during the design phase. They were responsive to our concerns during the construction phase. We have a lovely backyard.

Update: it took 3 YEARS to respond to my complaint. Thanks Millburn Lawn Service for verifying my point. HORRIBLE! As an out of state landlord, I have repeatedly asked them to contact me with any issues. I have NEVER been contacted by them despite several instances of tenants blocking access to the backyard. In one instance, even though the backyard was not mowed for several weeks, I was never notified but was CHARGED! This actually has happened a couple of times. Each time, I asked Millburn Lawn and Landscape to PLEASE contact me if any issues arise. Sigh. In April, I arrived at my property to discover that the lawn was nearly dead. As the crew showed up to mow, I informed them that there was no reason to mow a DEAD lawn and why had no one called to inform me that there was a problem?! I was asked if I would like the sprinkler crew to come out THAT DAY to fix the sprinkler problem, and I said that I would. No one showed. The next day we called several times and left messages. No one from Millburn Lawn and Landscape returned our calls. TWO WEEKS LATER, a guy shows up at my door, finally there to fix the sprinklers. OMG. I was dying. NEVER did we get a call to let us know what was going on. I stopped service for June, but STILL was charged! I was charged not only for June, but also for a partial July service before I caught it. I called Millburn Lawn and Landscape but of course, no one answered. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. They may be ok for local service where you are always onsite to monitor, but I am more than dissatisfied with their customer service.

Shout out to Carlos and Juan and Mario! These fellows came to my place and knocked it out. Yard cleanup and shrub trimming. Really did an A+ job! Thanks so much.

Update: They did a great job the first year, but the second year, they completely skipped doing the winterization of my sprinkler system. And when I contacted them about it the tech said that he had done it, but he definitely had not since the backflow preventer was still installed (and there was still water in the system). Eventually, they did come out, but it wasnt without some back and forth. So your mileage may vary.

I have lived in our HOA community for 10+ years, this is the first year that our snow removal has been what it should be. Our roads and walks are properly plowed, salted, and ready for use. The Millburn employees are kind, courteous and work diligently ensuring we can all get in and out of the community safely. Mike Millburn has been a gem to work with, he takes the time to answer any and all questions, he knows his business, and is consummate professional. I can only hope our community will also benefit from Millburns Landscaping services as well.

I asked the employee to please not shovel snow off the sidewalk into our parking spots under our covered parking garage, but to shovel the snow onto the lawn and they said ok but today they did it again. It is easier for them to push it off rather than lift it and scoop it onto the lawn but that is what lawns are for. Now we have to step in snow as we walk to our car.

Good service so far

I have been a customer of Millburn for several years, last year they raised their prices almost 35% and I stayed. Despite their poor communication, because they did a pretty good job and fit my needs of a bi-weekly service which they have done since I started using them. This year I emailed them at the end of April asking when they were going to start service again never emailed me back just showed up, but then noticed they were coming weekly, I emailed them after the May 10 that I was a bi-weekly customer. So they started coming bi-weekly again after that email. Then I got my bill that they had charged me weekly, sent an email again and they never communicated back until they tried to CHARGE my old card and wanted payment (I recently had my card replaced and had not updated the automatic payments) so they WERE JUST GOING TO CHARGE ME WEEKLY DESPITE NOT MOWING WEEKLY. I explained that I had emailed them about the bill discrepancy and had to go over the days that my lawn was not mowed because they didn t even track it and I guess was just planning to charge me, it was only then when then they let me know that they are no longer doing bi weekly services (since last august) even though they had been doing it the past couple weeks since I emailed . So they were going to charge me and hope I wouldn t catch it?? I then stated if this decision was made last year, why wasn t I notified then, and again when I asked when service was starting up again, and then when I emailed them to clarify that I was on a biweekly service and again when I had questions about my bill . It was only when they couldn t charge my card on file did I get any response. Now to be clear I m not saying they don t have a right to no longer offer certain services. However, they had been mowing my lawn for nearly two months this season and had been doing the bi-weekly services once I emailed them. Now all of a sudden I m told this. I am so disappointed on their lack of communication for this new policy and the customer service towards their loyal customers.

I have been using Millburn for a while now and I love them. They always do a fantastic job and communicate any problems to me. Ive tried some other companies as well and this one is by FAR my favorite. My lawn has never looked better!

This company needs to learn how to communicate with their customers. Here is why I wouldnt recommend using this company: I had scheduled with Millburn Landscape to do a yard spring cleanup and fix some sprinklers for a Thursday or Friday. I was never notified their workers were coming out until I saw them on my ring camera when I was at work on Wednesday. So instead of receiving a call, text or any other type of communication I had workers at my house just starting whatever they felt like needed to be done even though outside of a spring cleanup I had not given any instructions to Millburn about what needed to be done. I left work to go meet the people at my house and after talking to them they let me know they dont fix sprinklers and thats another crew which again was NEVER communicated with me. I talked with the crew that does sprinkler repair who said they could do a repair in the next few days which means I would have to leave work AGAIN to meet them. I dont necessarily have a problem with leaving work as long as I have at least 30 minutes notice but need to have some kind of timetable, text or call to let me know when they are going to be coming otherwise I am not able to leave then I will be charged by Millburn for not showing up. I talked to Holtby today about getting this scheduled and nicely expressed my frustration about not having been communicated with to which she was not understanding and frankly made me feel like she could truly care less and its not her problem. She said she would be able to put a note on my account but there was no guarantee they would call me before they show up. Holtby explains to me that there was no way they could have someone call before they go to my property because they have a crew of 80 people...this is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard considering that everyone has a cell phone and can at the very least text a customer to let them know they are on their way (If RC Willey can do it these guys surely should be able to as well). In the end here I ended up telling them to cancel the sprinkler job if they couldnt be bothered to call me 20 to 30 minutes before they were coming out which Holtby was glad to do. Update: Millburn called me about this and was willing to make a special arrangement on getting their Sprinkler tech out which was great. They do still need to work on communicating with their customers and I was not unhappy with the final results just frustrated with what it took to get the job completed.

Worth every penny not having to worry about doing your own yard. Sign up was easy and they havent missed any services. They send a group and they were done with my yard in 10 minutes

I have a slightly larger lot that because of health issues I could not take care of the way it was. They designed a new landscape that is water-wise and the way I like it. I was listened to which sometimes with professionals it just doesnt happen. The men doing the hard work were always courteous when I had concerns, and they did hard work. A good deal of my lot was cleared out along with a bunch of broken concrete. New walks and rv pad was poured and a new patio was laid with pavers. They tore out my old firepit and redid it with my flagstone with a raised garden bed next to it. They also put a dry river bed that goes from the front to the back. A new watering drip system was installed and even more. I enjoyed working with them and were exactly what I had been looking for. I have had several parties just to show neighbors, friends, and family. They have all loved it and several have made comments that they would like to copy some of the things that were done.

Called today with some questions and was really impressed with their team. The accounts person took my call and didnt have all the answers but made sure to find out for me and call me back. They were very helpful and friendly I look forward to doing more work with them.

Ive been using these guys for about 3 years. If you like zero communication and getting charged for work that was not performed than these are your people. Owners could care less will not return phone calls as well. Customer service is nonexistent.

My landscape design project was difficult with this company. I ended up going with Chopper Landscaping and it was a great decision from beginning to end. Millburn charged me $3000 dollars for a design that consisted in a paper with lines and codes made to be understood by an expert. No drawings, no 3D and NO REFUND! Bad costumer experience. I do not recommend.

The office staff are extremely incompetent and don t possess any integrity whatsoever to address customers concerns when it comes to matters related to the job.

BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! We started with Millburn 3 years ago. The 1st year they were good. They mowed the lawn every week at the same time and other than a few broken sprinklers, it was good. Then they started coming at different times when we were not home, and they would leave or gate open to let our dogs out, or they would say the dogs are out and they wouldnt mow (golden retrievers lol) Then they came and did a clean up where they stood around for 2 hours and broke our sprinkler pipe and the wheel on the gate, the lawn mower must have hit it. Mike the owner said that he would take care of the bill. Well they never did. After dealing with the office and having a different employee every time I called they sent it to collections. Please save your money or call someone who cares. They do not!

I have lived in an HOA for over 15 yrs where we have gone through at least 7 snow removal companies because of our dissatisfaction. This year we contracted with Millburn and have been so unbelievably pleased with their service. We have been given the priority we had expected but had come to believe did not exist and was not possible for us. Their crews work through the night so that we can wake up to neatly cleared driveways, sidewalks and streets. Our residents are amazed and are talking about this great service on our Facebook page. Thank you Millburn for your greatly appreciated service to our community.

Great people to work with and for they do an awesome job

Decided to hire someone to get my sprinklers going and do the initial clean up and mow for the year as it is always the worst and most time consuming. I found this company online and called and the lady told me they were a week out on services. So I signed up for water turn on service, spring cleanup and fertilizer. They showed up 3 days later to do granular pre emergent before the water had even been turned on. I asked the fertilizer guy about it and he said they were doing water at the beginning of the next week. So a week later the water guy still hadnt shown up I called(which always seems to take 2-3 calls to get someone and they never call back) and the lady still couldnt tell me when they would be there. So I cancelled and did the water and the first mow myself. Then out of the blue 3 full weeks later I wake up to a crew of 3 guys weeding and asking about trimming hedges. I was going to tell them to leave but my wife talked me into letting them do it since I hadnt gotten to that part yet. Well I just got a bill for $1063 for weeding my few flower beds and trimming 3 bushes plus $135 for the pre emergent service. They didnt even mow. The entire experience has been a joke. I WOULD NOT recommend.

I absolutely love the workers that came out! Most lawn and landscape companies try to do the bare minimum! They actually came out and took their time to make sure things were done right! I am so hopeful to see my yard transform and I know it can be done by Milburn!

We contacted Millburn because our broken sprinkler was flooding the neighbors yard. They came out and not only repaired the problem but checked and repaired every part of the sprinkler system, then they reprogramed it for us. (All in just a few hours!) High quality and affordable pricing!!!!!!!! Thank you MIllburn :)

Our children have is money towards landscaping for Christmas. We hired this company to clean the grass and weeds out of the rock beds in our back yard. They were not responsive to begin with then didnt show up when scheduled. They had already started moving the rocks when they gave us a bid of $2400. It seemed like a lot but we couldnt do it ourselves so we decided to go ahead with it. Before they started putting the new barrier fabric down, we specifically ask if they were going to spray for weeds first. We were told yes that thay would. They did not spray and the weeds started to grow back within a few weeks. In some places the weeds were never gone! We have a beautiful, perfectly shaped blue spruce. They said they needed to cut some of the bottom branches off to be able to work under it. They were told not to cut any more than was absolutely necessary. The back side branches were cut about 4 feet up. It looks terrible! We were then billed almost $3000. We ask for an owner or manager to come and inspect the job and tell us why we were charged more than the bid we accepted. They wouldnt come but told us we could call and sign up for their spraying service. Isnt this what we had already paid for? We will never spend another dollar with this company and suggest you dont either!

Milburn Landscaping (Eric) has just completed a fairly large landscaping project for my back and side yards, and we are very happy with the work done. I highly recommend this company. It required a little bit of patience to get the project estimated and scheduled due to the time of year I began. Once scheduled, they showed up exactly as planned, and worked very hard continuously until completion. They put in extra time, and finished within just a few days. I found Eric to be very helpful in creating ideas and presenting workable solutions. His crew was meticulous in their work and in their clean-up. Extras added on after the work began, were no problem for them at all. Their sprinkler set-up person was very resourceful, knowledgeable, and persistent. I do not feel that their pricing was outrageous, because I felt like I got exactly what I paid for. Thank you Eric.

Horribly overpriced!! We wouldn t recommend this company to anyone as they overcharge you for the service and lie to your face get their service. First, when we called them and asked if they have a lawn mower that would could cut about 4 inch weeds in a yard, they answered yes they do. However, it wasn t true at all. Their team showed up without giving a heads up and explained that their first appointment didn t answered their doors so they decided to show up at our house without the lawn mower they promised they had. Before they started I told the three members of the crew to focus on the back yard first but they kept insisting to take down a tree that was broken the front yard and only one person started working in the backyard. He started using weed wacker and it kept breaking every few minutes and so I called and asked if they were using the right tool but obviously they weren t had they used the lawn mower as the person on the phone promised it probably would ve taken them only few hours. Instead it took them 8 hours. During it, two of the team members left for hours and only One guy was working. No idea how they managed to bill us 2k. Ridiculously over priced!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! To respond back to you, If you would have told us that you couldn t use a lawn mower than we would ve been fine with that but the fact is we specifically asked you guys on the phone if your lawn mowers were strong enough to handle 3 to 4 ft of grass and you said yes! But when we get charged for 4 people all day but for half of the day there was only 2 people working there it doesn t seem right to us. Unless your breaks are for hours at a time? And yes we meant 3-4 feet not 3 inches. The biggest problem with all of this is we specifically asked if a lawn mower would be used and you lied to us about that and then we get stuck paying this massive bill because it ended up taking longer than what we were told it would take. Over $2k for 9-10 hours of work on the backyard only is pretty ridiculous with only a minimal work done in the front yard. Very pricey.

Millburn is probably the #1 landscaping maintenance company I use for my HOAs. Mike and his team are very responsive and easy to work with. I know when I hire Mike and his team, we are going to get good quality service.

Billing department is the worst. I ve called over a dozen times, no one calls back unless u say I want to pay bill! Never have I had a return call from messages I ve left or from a promise from the billing department. They billed me twice for services NOT done, trying to get it resolved but can t get a response from anyone only promising to call me back and they don t! Now telling me my bill is past due, yea, because no one will adjust the bill as promised and no one will call me back as promised!! This is not one isolated incident, it s an ongoing issue. Terrible billing department and the worst customer service imaginable !

Millburn Lawn and Landscaping have been the most professional, productive, and efficient lawn service I have used. I had gone through quite a few landscaping services as I am particular about how I like my yard to look. When I found Millburn I was extremely impressed and have now been using them for 2 years! The women in the office are always very attentive and polite if I call with questions or concerns! I would recommend them to any of my family, friends, or local business.

I must admit that I never hired Milburn Landscaping, although they are now sending me past due payment notices for services I never agreed to. Seemed quite professional and sent out a landscape architect for free consultation. He admired my old home and asked for my e-mail, stating that he would send me an email so I could reply with detailed information on swim spa I had purchased and wanted plans to incorporate into my back yard. Really liked him and he seemed to understand what I was looking for. Contacted office when I had not heard anything after 1-1/2 weeks. Was told they would check with architect and get back to me. No response. Called again after a month with no response, so decided they were not interested. Decided to proceed on own, using a variety of resources. Received invoice for $3000 to be paid in full so that they could start my project which was a landscape design 6 weeks after the initial visit. Since I had not received any communication or responses to my inquiries in the previous six weeks, assumed they were not interested and had proceeded on my own. At that point, 3 of the 10 items listed were complete, or no longer needed. I explained that I was not willing to pay 100% up front for a design based on a six week old estimate, with no estimated completion date and no communication. They said they would have the design architect contact me. He never did so. A week later, I again told them I had not heard from the design architect, and now that it had been two months since the initial visit, 4 of ten items had been completed awaiting their reply. In response they sent another copy of the invoice with original message that they had asked landscape architect to contact me. I contacted them both by text and telephone to tell them I was not interested in their services with the current terms of 100% payment based upon a 2 month old visit, no response to my questions or concerns, and no estimated completion date. Today, I received a notice of a past due bill. They were nice when I called to explain that I never hired them and was not interested, given the above terms, but did not seem concerned about losing my business. Guess there are enough people willing to blindly pay for a service with no guarantee of delivery.

I manage many HOAs and Millburn Lawn & Landscape is my #1 choice in landscape Maintenance. Mike and his team are very responsive and always do an incredible job. Whenever one of my clients wants me to go out to bid for a landscaping company Millburn is always the first company I send a bid request to.

Millburn Lawn & Landscaping is a amazing company to work with, I had TWO previous landscaping companies come out to my home and business to do our landscaping needs and the other companies did a poor job to where it was embarrassing of the work that they did. I contacted Mike and told him what I needed, and he got me a estimate and after I approved the price schedules as fast as he could. My yard looks amazing, and their workers are amazing too. The workers worked hard all day. Very impressed with them. If I could give more than five stars I would. This company knows what they are doing, and I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a landscaping business.

I was very happy with the quick response that I got when I called to schedule a Fall Yard Clean-up. The workers were polite and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job. It was very easy to contact the office when I had questions. A very good lawn company to work with.

Our site presented significant challenges which they consistently met with good cheer and hard work. When we needed special expertise or extra workers, they were there, rain or shine. They can do anything design, offer options, demolition, grading, planting, mulching, pavers, retaining walls, fencing in wood or steel, gates, irrigation, planters if you need it, they can do it. Neighbors frequently compliment us on the beauty Millburn Landscaping has brought to our neighborhood.

Do not use this company. We paid them over $500.00 to clean out and redirect rain gutters and before the year was up I called to have them come look at the work they did since it was not working properly. The work they did on the rain gutters was horrible and the damage they did by denting them caused more issues than before. Unfortunately prior to that we could not validate the work since the storms were not causing enough rain to prove it solved the issue. I was given the run around and never received calls back and had to constantly call them to get a response. After months of calling them and trying to get them to come fix the issue they stated they will not come out and resolve the problem. There are many other companies out there that guarantee their work, so this is not the option for you if you are looking for someone to do good work and stand by what they do.

Eric Millburn is amazing. We ve hired him for several landscaping projects over the past 3 years. He brings all our yard s dreams to life and makes them even better. Worth every dollar we ve spent. Not only does his company do quality work, their customer service is just as phenomenal.

I ve hired Millburn Lawn and Landscape for years but last year I couldn t handle the spring cleanup...my yard is a magnet for weeds and unwanted tree shoots. It was a nightmare and I dreaded working on it. So I figured I d try Millburn s spring cleanup services... FANTASTIC JOB! Very impressed! I didn t hesitate to purchase their services again this year. I am terrible at yard work and am very happy to let the professionals handle it. Hire these people!

Non-responsive the sales rep totally disappeared. A rep came to talk ideas and bids for a paved patio, landscaping, sprinkler system, etc at our house not a small job. He had great ideas and we were very excited. He said he d get back to us with a bid and never did. He hasn t returned any phone calls or messages for weeks. He s nowhere to be found. We ve been strung along and completed the whole summer season without anything accomplished. Millburn s work on other projects looks beautiful. I wish we could have had a relationship with them as we have future landscaping projects for which we would have hired them.

I would leave a negative score if it was an option. I am writing this review to forewarn anyone who is considering using this company for their landscaping needs. I discovered Millburn Landscaping at a home show in March. I reached out to them to start a discussion about my project. In April, I got a visit to my home to start the planning phase. I was asked for a down payment to get the design phase started, prior to receiving a quote. I was told at that time the work would begin in June. By mid-May, nothing had happened. No plan had been completed, let alone any talk of when the work would begin. Another month went by. By mid-June, I still didnt have the promised landscape design plans or a quote. At the beginning of July, I submitted my first official complaint to the owner and requested to have my money returned. I got an immediate phone call, but not from the owner. After a month of waiting for their decision regarding my request, I emailed a second official complaint. By August I finally heard back that they would not be refunding my money. Their communication was horrible!! They only way I got any updates was if I pestered them. Their response time was equally horrible. The only time I ever got an immediate response was when I was issuing a complaint. I spoke to another landscaper who said there are some landscaping companies that will take your money and then never follow through and know you wont leave, because youre already out a down payment. That describes my experience with Millburn Landscaping. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor communication, lack of follow-thru, broken promises, dishonesty, and bad business practices.

Millburn Landscaping installed our patio, with a vault in preparation for a new Swim Spa. They did a great job of handling all of the details and co-ordinating with the Spa company and others. I ve worked with Millburn Lawn and Landscape since they were small. They ve always been on top of whatever I ve asked them to do - mowing lawns, watering, and coming out to see my lawn. Even more recently they ve helped redo a lawn that has had previous landscapers fail to make it bloom like they did. Complete landscaping or smaller work, you can t go wrong with this group. I used Millburn to do a complete new landscape and fence for our backyard. They worked hard and were responsive to our requests and questions. We continue to use them for Sprinkler service. Corey the sprinkler service person, was helpful and did not leave until I was satisfied.

Eric, Matt and the whole team at Millburn did a great job on our new patio. Starting from scratch on a 30 degree slope, they created a running creek and pond that look like they came with the mountain. A firepit, three landings, and even a putting green, complete our new space. Its perfect for entertaining, or just relaxing as the sun goes down. We love every bit of it.

The representative from this companys the most unprofessional individual Ive worked with in ages. We scheduled with them to get a quote for some work that we needed on a completely unfinished backyard. The day of the appointment somebody from this organization called us and basically said what do you want multiple times on my voicemail, hung up, and then promptly sent me a text that said, Im not going to be able to make it, try to reschedule via text or call. So I texted back multiple days that we would be available in the next week and we heard nothing back from the guy. Almost a week later, I get a text that says, I guess I could come by on Thursday and Im wide open on Friday. I texted back that I would be available Friday anytime after 1 p.m. to which he responded, Can I come over right now? To which I responded, Im not available right now. His response was, No problem. and then nothing didnt confirm a time for Thursday or Friday, just silence again. And then Friday arrives, he sends me a text while Im in the shower, Im here, Im here. Immediately calls and leaves no message. 10 minutes later I get out of the shower and text him that I was in the shower and Id be happy to meet with him now and he sends a snarky text that says, Im on my way to an appointment in Murray. Im thinking, Oh, you actually do make appointments? Why is it that I cant get you to confirm one with me? But what I said was, I think we will go another way. He says, Sounds good to me. The rudest person Ive met in SLC. So... they may do great Landscaping, I wouldnt know, Im not good enough to have them work for me. Terrible.

I have done a lot of work with this company. They are an incredible company to work with! I got multiple quotes to compare and they were extremely competitive and they gave me exactly what I was looking for. Extremely professional from the first time I called all the way through the entire project. I have referred them to multiple friends (who have also used them) and they all got exactly what they asked for. Their maintenance team is always intime and does a great, fast job. I will never use any other landscape company. 100% satisfaction every time.

I am an HOA president and we hired this company for snow removal and landscaping for all common areas. They have been wonderful to work with. They are very responsive if we have any concerns or questions. They are fast with quotes for work. They are very fair and work with you until you are satisfied. During snow storms they were out at any hour taking care of snow removal and salting. It is hard to find people in this industry that have integrity, fair pricing, and do an outstanding job.

Their amount of experience shows with the work they do. Theyre very informed with best practices and dont take any shortcuts. Great company!

Honest lawn care business. I received a quote from another business for a possible issue with our yard based on a home inspection. The other company (not Millburn) told us it was the worst case scenario and that it would cost us $15,000 dollars to fix. We had Eric Millburn come out though and he put our minds at ease that the solution was very simple and gave us many options to fix our backyard with it being minimal cost to a couple thousand dollars. Very pleased with them and will definitely be only using them from now on.

Millburn has been with me since the beginning of my landscape project. They provided a comprehensive long term landscape design. I ve only done the backyard so far. They landscaped my backyard. They brought in boulders and build a retaining wall, a new patio, prepared new beds, and a new lawn footprint. They installed a new sprinkler system. The installed a beautiful two tiered pondless waterfall (pondless because I prefer not to deal with mosquitos). They used waterwise plants and shrubbery. The yard has matured well. They do my spring and fall cleanup and monthly mowing service. I also have them out to help with weeding when I just plain don t want to do it. They use pre-emergents to help with the weeds. Overall, it s the investment that brings me the most happiness. I can t seem to add photos, or I would. It s spectacular right now with it s summer blooms.

These guys do my neighbors yard, mow, edge and blow in 15 minutes! Last year I clocked them at 11minutes. It is .3 acre. What kind of quality do you think this is? Yah, poor. These guys show no pride and can t wait to get the job done. The guy who does the edging cuts my rose bushes off all the time. They just left and the guy on the standing mower backed into them so hard that I heard a huge snap all the way from my patio.

We have been using Millburn lawn and landscape for many years now and have always been very pleased with their work. They are very reliable and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend for any larger projects. Had front yard xeriscaping done and a driveway installed along with a fence. The work took months, and although some of it was due to legitimate issues such as permitting and and a sewer line issue, it took way longer than it should have. Neighbors on both sides of us complained of extensive damage to their sprinkler systems that required repair. Then after that, the fence gate they installed started falling apart immediately, and the drip irrigation system only partially worked. After months of attempting to get Eric to contact us about repairs, we could never get the issues fixed. Through the whole process there was a huge lack of communication from the company, and it was up to us to attempt to contact them many times for every mistake that was made. Overall it was low quality work and difficult to get anything done right.

Took a while to get to us but landscape companies are slammed in the summer so its expected. Cleaned our entire yard, trimmed trees, bushes and hauled off all the waste. Great fast job!

I had the worst time trying to get anyone to fix my sprinkler system. Un-returned phone calls, broken appointments and my lawn was in rough shape. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Millburn and Kory, their sprinkler messiah. Right from the get go I was impressed by their communication and frequent updates as to when they could be at my house. Kory worked hard to diagnose the problems and made recommendations to get me up and running. My lawn looks fantastic now. I couldnt be happier with Millburn and will recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler repairs, or other landscaping services.

This company ruined my lawn. I let them know my grass was very long, and they informed me that the yard wouldn t look perfect right away. I agreed that I was fine with that. What I wasn t fine with, was the fact that they used improper equipment and the lawn clippings were left in my yard, at which point they started growing mildew and my yard stunk. When I reached out to let them know I wasn t pleased, they simply sent me a bill for 3 times the normal rate, as my lawn was really long. I have since spent hundreds of dollars getting my yard repaired.
