J & R has the best fertilizer program in the valley. My lawn had serious issues with grubs and dead spots, bad sprinkler system and pattern. Trevor fixed all the issues and put me on a fertilization program that has my lawn better than anyone else now. Plus they always show up when they say they will and make sure its fixed before they go. Use this company they are awesome.
J&R has done the landscaping at my community for years and they are great!! They have even given me personal advice with lawn care. They know their stuff!
They are letting our community areas die. All that is needed is to water more often and to water 1 zone at a time. A quick 5 minute adjustment to the watering schedule and our yellow, dying grass turns green. We've reached out multiple times with no luck.
These guys are Awesome! Helped me with my sprinklers. Great to work with and appreciate someone i can trust!
We have used this company for Atleast 10yrs and the have broken my garden lights, killed our grass and groundcover, my neighbors window, etc. They stepped on things I had planted when trimming a bush when there was plenty of room to stand elsewhere. I decorate my porch very nicely and year after year, week after week they blow my stuff all over and leave it a mess!! They have ZERO respect for my property and others here. Im a very reasonable and patient person, but I’ve absolutely had it! I’d give this company zero stars if it were an option.
We used J&R for a back yard refresh. They did amazing work and exceeded our expectations. Their prices were fair and their teams were super respectful, hard working, and very knowledgeable.
We just moved to a new construction In Saratoga Springs and had zero yard. This company was so easy to work with. Trevor was responsive and easy to communicate with. All of the workers were professional, friendly, and hard working. There were several times where we asked them to adjust a few things and they made sure to do it so that we were 110% satisfied with the end product. Our yard looks 50x better than it did and we will continue to use them for other projects in the future as well as recommend to anyone!
We have been using J & R for many years for the fertilizing treatments. Our grass looks awesome. The team always leaves instructions on our door and flags that the lawn has been treated. We love that it’s one thing we don’t have to worry about. When we call with questions or scheduling, they are responsive and quick to help out. We also have them blow out our lines in the fall so they don’t freeze. They are great!

You should train your employees on being more respectful to the people who live in the communities youre servicing. As well as how to drive on the correct side of the street.
Trevor and his crew were amazing!! They were always on time and professional. Trevor was willing to listen and also gave us good feedback on our ideas. We absolutely LOVE our newly landscaped backyard and waterfall. Would definitely use them again.
They use the weed eater and blower to make a complete mess onto vehicles and doorsteps. And they will not stop, even when asked. They think it is funny. I do not recommend this company.
We have a small backyard but wanted a paver patio and new landscaping. These guys did an amazing job for us! The crew was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Easy to work with and we are thrilled with the result. Would definitely recommend J & R- they are the best!
I recently moved to a community where J & R Property Maintenance Corp. handles our lawn maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and other services. Ive been impressed with their president, who is very attentive and customer-focused. We had an issue with a sprinkler zone not being adjusted correctly. J & R was on site within an hour to address the issue. Also, because were situated next to a conservation area, we have protected birds nesting on the property. The president and the crew have been very attentive to that issue and to being careful with wildlife in general.
Horrible, just flat out horrible. They trimmed our bushes and they are all completely hacked. You can see thru them now. They do the weekly lawn service and miss half the yard most weeks. I put new bark around my entire house and they have completely thrown it all over the place with the weed eater. Was working in garage and they pointed their blower straight into my garage and blew grass clippings all over. Once the crew member notice me he just walked away. Do not hire this company to manage your community. They are horrendous and your community will look worse when they are done.
Wonderful. I had them come aerate my lawn a couple of times and have been very impressed with their quality of work and promptness. I would recommend J&R company to anyone.
I have had a profoundly positive experience with J & R for the past seven years when I moved into my new home. They excavated and leveled my backyard, put sprinklers in, and got the grass for me. I purchased trees through them and they planted them for me. They have mowed my lawn for years and also fertilize the lawn for me. They are quick to respond to any concerns I may have in a professional manner. I have come to know them quite well and the integrity they have in their business dealings.

J&R provides fair priced quality service. Jason is the president of J&R and is a very honest and trustworthy person who is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive and attentive to all of our needs. I love J&R because of all of the services they provide within their own company. They provide lawn mowing, fertilizing, trimming, sprinkler installation and repairs, landscaping including tree, bush and flower planting, gravel installation, skid steer grading, tree removal and pruning, tree fertilizing, snow plowing and much more. Very importantly, J&R is very responsive when we have an emergency such as a water line break. If your HOA is looking for a landscaping company, I highly recommend that you call Jason at J&R Property Maintenance.

They gave a fair bid, stuck to it, came on time prepared to work, and completed the project in a timely manner.
