Luna Tree Care LLC in West Hartford

I don’t normally write reviews, but this is an exception. Recently, I had a tree fall on a clients house of mine on a Friday night. The tree was enormous (approximately 100 feet) and had settled on the house. There were concerns that the tree could shift and possibly cause more damage. I reached out to Luna Tree Care. They were out in under an hour, gave me a quote and said they’d be ready to go first thing in the morning. It was a huge job that took the largest crane I have ever seen to cut and remove the tree from the house and yard. By Saturday afternoon, the tree was removed from the house, and by Sunday afternoon all debris had been cleared. All that was remaining were the massive logs from the trunk and they were cleared out first thing Monday morning. I can’t thank Liz, Eduardo and the whole crew at Luna Tree Care enough for their help removing the tree as quickly as they did which limited any further damage to the house. On a sidenote, it was a weekend of sweltering heat that their crew had to deal with. I have since had them over to my house to evaluate and trim trees, and I would highly recommend that you do as well.

I contacted Luna tree service to remove some branches that were hanging too low and some were on my neighbors garage. Eduardo came out and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. I called the office to set up an appointment. They had a cancellation that afternoon and I was available for them to do the work that day. Eduardo’s crew did a fantastic job! They were very professional, precise and quick! After all the branches were cut and removed. The guys cleaned up the area and left no traces that they were ever here! The trees look great! Just an excellent experience overall. Communication, execution and attention to detail. They cleaned up everything, even branches that fell before they started. Highly recommended.

On July 25th, our neighbor’s tree fell on our roof during a storm, rolled down and blocked the whole front of the house falling on our electrical wires. I called Luna Tree service the next day and Melinda contacted Eduardo who came out that morning. That evening, Eduardo came back with his team to cut and chip the tree. Liz Pang, the owner, came out to assess the trees in our yard and the other two trees in our neighbor’s yard that were close to our house and in danger of falling. She is knowledgeable and accessible. I would very much recommend Luna Tree Service.

I am a new home owner with trees that are old and giant and have not been trimmed for maybe 10 or 15 years. Luna Tree Care was WONDERFUL to work with. Liz did a quick and thorough evaluation and worked with my family by allowing me to pay in installments. Her team was very gracious (despite my being a COMPLETE lookie-loo...it was so interesting to watch them work from the safety of my living room) and even went out of their way to cut the large branches down to rings I can now use as a garden path! I had a tree fall on my house and Liz arrived within a half hour of calling her. Work began promptly afterward. Eduardo and his crew did an outstanding and professional job. By far the best tree service I have ever had! I will be definitely using them for any of my tree work in the future. I highly recommend them for any tree service.

Luna Tree Care LLC is an excellent tree removal company. Working with the owner Liz, her business partner Eduardo and front office contact, Melynda was a professional, friendly and great experience. The entire tree care team were so helpful, professional and did such great work. In addition to removing a very large oak tree next to the house, they also removed large branches from six other large oaks over the house and driveway. The same day, the team removed all the wood from the yard, chipped the branches, thoroughly raked the yard, cleared the driveway, ground the large tree stump and blew all the wood chips from the roof of the house. It was amazing to watch their process. I highly recommend the Luna Tree Care Team.

This is my 2nd time using Luna Tree Care. They have a well organized and proficient team. Liz made it easy to schedule and was very communicative during the whole process. She provided me with the Certificate on Insurance upon request prior to the work. The stars of the show though are the tree artists that dissemble trees will you watch in awe. They have the equipment and skills necessary to handle almost any job. They removed a very large tree for me that required not damaging any structures around it. They handled it with ease and completed the removal in a days work. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need any tree work.
