I was extremely please with the work that Scott and his team did at my property. His was very responsive to my initial request of work, came out within a day or two to review the work and provide an estimate. Very knowledgeable and able to provide several options for the work to be completed. Scott and his team were professional, well priced and provided quality work, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work to be completed. I have dealt with a number of landscapers in nearly 30 years as a home owner, and Scott and his crew are by far the best of the lot. In a world where customer service seems to be falling out of fashion, Scott has gone above and beyond to be accommodating. He and his crew do fine work, show up when they say they will, are easy to deal with -- and are very reasonably priced. I would recommend them without any hesitation to anyone in search of quality customer service, work, and affordable prices.
Scott has been my go-to person for my yard for many years. He has fixed a wooden walkway, given me a wooden privacy screen, provided step stones from patio to garden, pruned and yanked ivy, and advised and helped me in various other ways some of which I have probably forgotten over time. Every winter when it snows he plows my long driveway, clears the entry ways, and shovels the sidewalk in front of my house. He always remembers that I must leave the house early for work. He is unfailingly professional, efficient, and reliable. And he and his staff are even nice. I can't recommend him highly enough. January 22, 2019. We just had a horrific storm--snow followed by ice followed by single-digit temperatures that kept everything frozen for a couple of days. Scott did his usual job of timely plowing (twice). This morning, as I was about to venture out onto the icy drive, a WH Landscaping truck backed in and made a number of passes, dropping salt and sand on the drive before pulling out on the street and using a spreader on the sidewalk. What splendid customer service when the supplier anticipates the customer's needs and moves to address them. Like, wow!
They did an amazing job with our lawn. Very professional and fair priced. They flattened a hill in my yard to put a swing set up. They did a great job walking us through the process as well as how to landscape the yard further. It looks beautiful!
Had Scott come over for a quote! Everything seemed ok but After his visit I didn t get a response! No call, email, message! Very unprofessional

I hired these people to cut my parents lawn. From my understanding they came out cut my parents grass not enough so they can come back the following week. They say they come out weekly.This is unheard of as I can see twice a month. They came the following week and ran over my parents Lilly Plants. I called them about this Weekly thing And they mentioned to me that This is how they do things! Told me they then Did Not Want to work with me and they would take me Off Their List! I am Not Blown Away by These People!! Poor Customer Service!!
Paid for three months of bed maintenance, which included weed pulling and weed prevention. Not sure what they were spraying as it clearly wasnt working, weeds grew everywhere, and no one pulled a single weed. We fired him for breaching the contract and he still had the audicity to send us a bill for the services he didnt provide. Absolutely outrageous.

1 star is a stretch and they are lucky to have a rating that high. They leave a disaster of a mess for neighbors and their employees are unprofessional. We have never had a positive experience with this company. Last year, one of their employees mowed the wrong property and damaged our fire pit, and said nothing, we had to track him down from a camera. Further, one of their employees taking a leak in front of our house, captured on our door bell camera, while recently two of their employees were glaring at my wife as she works from home next door - we have experienced disturbing behavior from this company.
West Hartford Landacaping has created a beautiful, peaceful and colorful escape in our backyard! I cant wait until they do our front yard!
These guys were great. They came up with a design for new plantings. The job was nicely done. I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.
