An honest and reliable company for all your lawn care needs

My husband and I hired this company to do a stonewall, pavers, sprinkler system, hydro seeding and purchased a flower/tree package. We met several times and made an agreement, this was to cost approximately $200,000, we gave Dave a check for $50,000 to get started. Check was cashed and materials started showing up but no one to do the work. Dave kept telling us they would be starting the project soon. Finally he sends a text message in August, months later, stating he has no workers they all quit him. Problem is he doesn t have our money to refund??The materials were about $15,000 short of the $50,000 paid. What do we do now??? This company made our life so stressful. Luckily we were able to find a reputable company to help us. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT A HONEST TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

I first used The Lawn Care Company for my 2023 spring cleanup, which they did thoroughly and in good time on the day promised. Now I contract with them for lawn mowing. They communicate with me by email as to when they hope to mow each week (all depends on weather, of course). The technicians are in uniform, are polite when I speak with them, and go about their work at a sensible pace. I like that it is usually one of the same technicians each week. I have flower beds, which they are very careful to mow around- and not through! Brian in particular takes great care to weed whack/use the stringer only where Ive asked for it to be done. He has common sense- imagine that!- and asks questions as needed. The lawn looks better than it ever has and I could not be more pleased.

Brandon is absolutely fantastic! He is meticulous taking care of our lawn and goes above and beyond to make the yard look amazing. Such a nice guy and we look forward to seeing him each week.

After neglecting my lawn for a significant period, my guilty conscience forced me to consider lawn service and after speaking with David, I decided to entrust my lawn to The Lawn Care Company. In the spirit of full disclosure, David did tell me that the lawn was not in the best condition but he felt that given a sufficient time, he could bring it back. I can honestly say that even though my lawn will never be seen in Home and Garden magazine it is 100% better than when David first came. The company is everything that I hoped it would be and I would recommend David and is team to anyone who is interested in improving the appearance and health of their lawn. The Lawn Care Company is one FANTASTIC outfit. You can always get in touch with Heather (in the office) if you have any questions regarding your service. If there is a change in scheduling, you will always be notified in advance. The crews that that are sent to do the service are very professional, and perform the service as though it were their own property. In my experience, I definitely consider them to be the Gold Standard in lawn care. It doesnt get better than that.

TLC did an excellent job with mulching all our beds. Our home looks like we just put the beds in. The team worked very hard in the warm summer heat and were wonderful and respectful. 100% satisfaction with the end result.

Landscaping turned out amazing

Dave and Chris installed irrigation system built a paver patio with fire pit and fall clean up. They were a very professional crew. They explained in details what and how each job was being done with out hidden or unexpected cost surprises. They showed up on time everyday until the job was finished. I recommend TLC to everyone I know looking for lawn care or landscaping done. PS. its all about the follow up. They do it right

Outstanding work done on our property

We had a spring cleanup for the leaves we werent able to get to and the fallen branches from the winter storms. Communicating with the client service manager, Heather was easy and we got an estimate scheduled quickly. The team was professional, efficient, and left the yard and garden beds looking immaculate and ready to grow! They even raked out my kids sandbox and stacked up the wayward toys we missed. Dave, Chris and the team recently installed a firepit, bench seat, walkway, patio stairs and did repairs to my existing patio that was done by someone else. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the results of all the work performed. Dave and his crew were very professional from the beginning to the end of the project, and we can t say enough about the expert quality of his work and his attention to detail. We had a retaining wall built, paver walkway installed and garden bed filled with stone; in addition, our gutter system was redirected. Once the project was started Dave completed the job in a timely manner, communicated throughout the process and the final product is impressive. It has radically changed the entrance to my home. I was astonished to see that the company cleaned up our yard by leveling out the dirt used to complete the project, seeded and applied hay overlay for grass growth. Very professional, high quality and responsible. The first time we have paid for a professional service and have been satisfied!!

EDIT: Two years later and we couldnt be happier with TLC Co.s service! Dave and his crew perform all of our lawn and landscape maintenance and also handle the plowing and shoveling of our parking lot and sidewalks in the winter. When we need a bit of extra service, Dave is responsive and always willing to help. My 5 star review continues. Our company bought a new building and needed some limited, ongoing lawn care while renovations were underway. I called TLCC late in the season, and Dave worked with us to fit our property into their busy schedule. Theyve done a great job, and were looking forward to having them perform their full services beginning next spring to keep our property beautiful.
