We scheduled two applications for the summer. I called, talked to someone, and specifically asked that they not spray until the end of the month because I had put down a dry weed/feed to deal with dandelions at the end of May to which I was told a note was put on my account that they would not spray until the end of June. Two weeks later, I came home from work to see that my yard is flagged as them having sprayed. I call again and ask why they had done that. The response I received was that there was not a note on my account and to “water” my yard 1 to 2 inches per week…bottom line I do not recommend their business

I hired Johnsons for weed control and fertilizing. I have more weeds this year than ever before. When I called to cancel, they just said ok. I even told her that I am tired of pulling weeds and she said ok. No apology or offer to come and check it out. That's just not acceptable. I'm going to find a company who cares about quality.

I have used Johnsons Lawn Services since I became a homeowner in 94 for both my lawn care and snow removal. Their timeliness and professionalism is second too none. Using any other company for these services is sacrificing quality. I highly recommend them and so does everyone else I know that uses their services.

FOLLOW UP ON THEIR WORK! We were Johnson's customers for years with no issue until recently. After receiving our bill and noticing a discrepancy on the documented time of fertilizer spraying, I watched our security cameras and was shocked to see the lawn technician drove up to our house, sat in his truck for 35 minutes and then just left a bill on our door and left WITHOUT ACTUALLY DOING ANY WORK / SPRAYING THE YARD. I contacted Johnson's immediately the next day and spoke to the lawn manager. He never apologized but instead told me he would check with the technician and see if he sprayed because he wouldn't want it done twice. I assured him it was not sprayed and offered to send the camera footage from all 3 cameras. He said he would call me back regarding the issue. (again, never apologized for what I consider to be theft as they are charging for a service never completed) The next day my camera notified me of activity and I see the same technician from the day before was at my house spraying. Not only was I never notified of the spraying, but being as the same person was there I assume there was no disciplinary action taken. It makes me wonder how many times this could have happened before. Over a week later we have still not received a call back or any communication at all regarding the issue or the respray so we just canceled our service and will go elsewhere. The way this was handled was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Johnsons Lawn Service is superior to any of its competitors. They work hard to make sure your lawn is smiling for as much of the year as possible. The lawn sprayers do a great job. They do a thorough job as well as open to suggestions. I am sticking my green to Johnson's Lawn Service. Where green is the end of Rainbow! Highly recommend them!
