Can’t say enough good things about Dakota Property Services. The crew was over this morning to put up our Christmas lights. They were friendly and courteous and completed the job quickly. Right from contacting DPS, and speaking with Amy to the installation this has been seamless. Why wouldn’t you have your lights professionally installed? Dan and his crew of one made quick work of removing the overgrown evergreens and shrubbery that needed to come out before we have some foundation repair work done. We contacted Dakota Property Services after hearing a few positive mentions of them on Facebook. I’m so glad we did! Being new to landscaping, we weren’t sure what to expect. Dan, the owner, was so incredible to work with! From my initial inquiry, he was responsive, professional, and accommodating. We had to reschedule our initial meeting due to an error on our part, and Dan was so accommodating, coming out to our home outside of business hours. We needed old, overgrown landscaping removed (photo 1), new landscaping, rock and plants put in and a patio built (photo 2). He gave us some great ideas to bring our vision to life. The entire process was so much faster than anticipated and the quality of their work is phenomenal. Dan and the whole crew were friendly, professional, and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the results and have already recommended their services to friends and family. We will definitely call them for any future needs!

I was feeling overwhelmed with how many leaves were in my yard this fall. (It seemed like more than usual.) Dan and team came to the rescue! In just a couple hours my whole yard was clean and even the hard to get ones stuck in all the landscaping rocks surrounding the house! They were genuinely happy to help, professional, and thorough.
