Titan Lawn & Landscape in West Des Moines

We hired Titan to spruce up our landscaping beds this spring. They did a great job getting the beds mulched and ready to go for the 2023 season.

I’d highly recommend Titan. The crew is professional, the office staff is helpful, and the lawn care/weed system worked great.

Corey and crew were great to work with! My house needed a lot of work on weeds and they came in as promised and finished within a few hours. Would recommend to anyone in the Des Moines area!

If I could give zero stars, that would be much more appropriate. Corey is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. The job that was performed was incomplete and when told about the job, his response was to have a great day and he could have cared less. And this was the job that I waited almost two weeks for them to actually perform. Communication was horrible. I had to continually email the office and the gal had no clue about anything, so not even sure why she is inovlved in the company. I received the bill tonight and nothing was taken off for the horrible job even though pictures were provided of the incomplete job performed. Upon telling Corey of the situation, his response was pay the bill or I will take you to court. I would stay as FAR AWAY from this company as possible. Updated. Given you do not tell the truth, below is how you respond to customers. Screenshot this. I'll be taking to to court if not paid in 15 net days. This sounds like you have an issue, not me. My response was I care about my reputation and pay my bills. Unfortunately, I'm paying for work I had to complete myself. I would never treat nor respond to my customers in this manner.

Titan Lawn and Landscape has been a very reliable company for all of my lawn care needs. They are timely in their response time and operate with a higher level of professionalism than other companies I have worked with in the past. I would highly recommend Corey and his crew.

Our mower broke down and we had to wait so long for parts that we were desperate to get the lawn mowed. They came right before the next round of rain and sooner than they smthought they could. Great service!!
