Sprout Tech and Andy Tucker have done a great job with my struggling lawn. I had two other companies previously that just couldn’t get any results. Andy got rid of my weeds and got my grass healthier, greener and fuller within a year. It is great knowing that if you call with an issue the owner will be calling you back.
I have used this service for over a year. My lawn looks great. These guys are timely, professional, and efficient in their field. While I enjoy cutting my own grass, I found myself too busy to give my lawn the time it needs for the fertilizer and preventative maintenance side of things. These guys make it hassle free. Definitely worth checking them out. If you use them consistently, they’ll help your lawn look beautiful. My lawn is palisades zoysia
Andy and David are top shelf! They both know their stuff. They took over care of my newly installed lawn in May, when it was very distressed and struggling. Andy assured me by the end of summer they would have the lawn looking great, and they delivered. Exceptional company with knowledgeable and skilled people who genuinely care about their customers!
Sprout Tech- formally Signature Green West, has been wonderful to work with. They have gotten our yard looking much better. In the past we have always had issues with fungus in our yard and Andy is the only one who has kept on top of it. I recently emailed them after hours (6:00pm) and had a response the next morning at 5:44a.m. They sent someone out that morning and treated our yard and also a nearby neighbor. Honest and hardworking company. Glad to see the company growing and still keeping up with customer service. 100% recommend Spout Tech!!

4th time the charm I guess, I had to blow leafs 3 time and move christmas decorations 3 time because they had unforeseen circumstances. i just hope alls well with their family. better communition would be helpful

I would love to give this company a higher grade because I really like Andy. I debated even giving a review. I would just say to be very careful that whoever you use for your lawn services, make sure they can take care of your specific type of grass. I have Zorro Zoysia and paid a load of money to have it installed. SG west was treating it before and after dormancy but the large majority of my grass never came back out of dormancy and only new grass was growing up through the dormant (now dead) grass. I also had a fungus that took over a section of my yard. I also saw weeds that I shouldn t have seen with the pre-emergent and ongoing treatments. I asked for a solution and after not hearing back for a few weeks, I finally did get a call and Andy came out. He gave me a price to de-thatch the grass that didn t return from dormancy, which I felt he should have taken some responsibility for. I de-thatched myself and I am currently trying to salvage the lawn I had installed a little over a year ago. I know for a fact that Andy and their team do great work because I have seen it and they have a very good reputation. Just be careful that they know how to treat your specific grass and also you should establish the best way to get in touch with someone.
I have been using this service for several years and absolutely would never go back to trying to do it on my own. There is no more fighting weeds in my lawn and trying to figure out what and when. The communication through emails and text are always in a timely manner. The staff that comes out are very professional and helpful if i have any questions. If you are not using SIGNATURE GREEN , you are truly missing out .
