Jose made recommendations that would enhance the appearance of the finished project. Pricing was in line for the work performed and they left the site clear of any debris. I had patio brick repair, sand and seal work done. They did a great job. Punctual and got the work done fast. I added extra repairs and they were very accommodating in doing the extra work. I gave him the go ahead the following Monday and he started the work the very next day and was done with 3 retaining walls and all new landscape in 3 days. His crew did a fantastic job. Salinas did an OUTSTANDING job designing a brick wall around the plants they planted for us. Jose was great! He came out the same day we contacted him. We told him what we were looking for and he designed a wonderful landscape. My husband and I couldn t be more pleased. They are hard working, efficient, kind, and very neat.We highly recommend their service.

I was not very happy with the final installation. I took the time to create a simple rectangle patio paver design that was okd and they did not do it. The border and the step was not done how I wanted it. And they took out at least 2ft of sod around the patio. To be honest I think they overcharged for that kind of craftsmanship.

We contacted Salinas Landscaping after we saw the wonderful work they provided for our neighbor on their retaining wall. We were in need of updating an existing partial retaining wall, as well as, sealing our back patio, correcting sunken pavers in our front walk and stoop and sealing it also. It was a pleasure working with Salinas and the entire crew. All workers were courteous and kept our property clean and organized throughout the job. When trying to decide upon a stone color, they were willing to bring samples out so that we could see actual colors. They always kept us up to date on the next steps they would be taking and a timeline of the entire project. We are beyond pleased with the finished project.

Salinas landscaping did a wonderful job with several projects at my house. They installed a paver patio and raised garden bed. They also regraded my lawn and installed sod. Sump pump and gutter drainage was buried as well. This company was efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

I had Salinas install a new 30x30 paver patio this spring (2022). I called Salinas and Jose came out the very next day. We discussed a number of design options and various paver styles and colors. Jose provided great insight and made several good suggestions on how to best integrate the patio into my existing second floor deck (posts and stairs). I was impressed with the Salinas team that came out and completed the work. They are hard working professionals with all the necessary equipment to get the job done quickly and with great quality. This was a challenging project needing to navigate moving material up and down a muddy hill. Salinas took great care in restoring the hill with grass seed and actually resetting other pavers we had along the driveway. The project was completed in only a week including the city inspection. I would highly recommend Salinas. They did a great job.

Salinas Landscaping did a great job cleaning our paver porch, sidewalk and patio. They also applied new polymeric sand and repaired some areas of the pavers that had sunk due to the ground shifting. If you need any type of brick work done you seriously need to consider using Salinas Landscaping Inc. for the job. Everyone from the owner to the work crews are very professional, skilled and focused on the smallest details to produce an exceptional outcome on any project. We had a very large paver stone patio, connected walkways and paver covered stoops that needed to be repaired due to sinking and associated drainage problems. We also had several 3-4 landscape retaining walls that needed repair and leveling. We had several contractors quote the job and the proposals ranged from ridiculously priced to unacceptable solutions. When we contacted Salinas Landscaping Inc. Jose Salinas came out to review the problem areas and develop reasonable options for our consideration. He was very thorough in detailing these options and ultimately demonstrated how cost effective it would be to pull up the existing paver stones and replace them with new product. Installing new pavers was the option that we settled on along with the repair and leveling of the retaining walls. We were impressed by how frequently the crews communicated their planned actions and the steps that they took to lay out product orientation for our consideration and approval before final placement. Upon completion they cleaned up all work areas, placed sod where grass had been removed and mulch in the landscaped areas that had been disturbed. While dealing with contractors can be a nerve racking or frustrating process we found Salinas Landscaping Inc. to be very easy to do business with. They will be our first call for future projects.

There price was great and Mr. Salinas came out for the original quote and two more times to answer some questions. He went through all the details with us which made us feel very comfortable going with them. They worked with us on our schedule and started a week after we signed contract. The crew doing the work was excellent. They were all very had workers, professional, very detailed and took get care of the surrounding landscape and they cleaned up at end of each day. The new wall looks great and we know it will be here for a very long time. We could not have picked a better contractor for this and we will be using them again soon for other work. You can feel confident that if you pick Salinas Landscaping for your landscape needs you will get an excellent professional job.

I have use this company for years and their service has been excellent. Unlike the other reviewer who complained about a practice just about every lawn service company uses. I have used them to seal coat my driveway (every other year) and their aeration of my lawn (yearly). Nice people, who do a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Obviously the two reviewers who had a major issue with Salinas choice of advertising did not use the service and therefore should not be considered when evaluating this company. They have reasonable prices and are professional. They even happily redid areas my husband thought needed a little more attention. I had no problem picking up the tiny ziploc advertising bag of rocks. Really?!?

We received outstanding, professional service from Salinas. After receiving a flyer on our door for their service, we called and they were able to schedule an appointment on Saturday to fit our schedules. Jose came to our house and walked with us through each of our landscaping ideas/challenges. He made great suggestions. The office was in constant contact with us to keep us posted on their progress and what they were going to do next. The work area was neat and clean and everything we discussed was extremely well done. We were very pleased and will use their services when the need arises.

Was told someone would be out to give me an estate on adding about 25 yards of black dirt &seeding my yard between 3&4pm today. Nobody showed up, nobody called, nobody is answering the phone at the office.I made special a rangements to be here, but I guess the customer is not very important to them.

Salinas Sealcoating worked with my neighborhood to seal coat a large number of our driveways. The night that they did ours it rained heavily and splattered tar on our garage door, trim, brick, and siding. They sent out someone to power wash the next day and made the problem worse by damaging our brick so that it cannot be repaired. They then said they also repainted the siding and garage doors but didn t prime it first so the tar bled through after a couple of days. I asked for some compensation for the time we have had to put in painting (we ve purchased two gallons of paint and have only been compensated for one) and the damage done to the brick and siding. We were told that they are not going to take responsibility for the damage. Terrible service and no accountability.

This company goes around littering plastic bags with rocks in them on peoples lawn to advertise their business. Its lazy and frankly a mess that shouldnt have to be cleaned up in the first place.
