I ve been using Go Green for many years and am very happy with their good service. I can t tell you how many neighbors & strangers stop to tell me how beautiful my lawn is. I ve referred several of my neighbors who are also happy with their service. The people who treat my lawn and the people that work in the office are always very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Go Green Lawn & Pest Control.

Yes, Ill post this again. This guy is a gem and youd be a fool to lose him. Kevin always takes care to listen to the client, ask pointed questions, and devises a customized approach to each situation. His expertise, product knowledge, and easy manner make for an exceptional customer experience. Neds has given him the tools, but needs to actually recognize this guy. If he leaves, Id follow him in a heartbeat.

I have dealt with white-footed mice and field mice in my basement drop ceiling in the fall and winter for about 3 years. It was a stressful and embarrassing issue, and two other professionals from two different companies told me that this might never be solved. In fact, one of those pest control experts (from a well-known company) told me that I was already doing more than any of his technicians could, and he refunded my money. I was furious. So, as fall 2024 rolled around and I started to trap mice in the ceiling again, I was at my whit s end. That s when I came across Ned s Pest Control via Angi. While I already used Ned s for gutter and roof cleaning, I never considered them for pest control. Within 12 hours of submitting a request, Jay Barone carved out time to come see me, assess the issue, and work with me on a pest control plan. He was professional and sympathetic to my situation, assuring me that not only had I already done more than most homeowners, but that there was more that could be done. Then within a few days, Kevin Murphy came out for my initial treatment. Without exaggeration, I can confidentially say that Kevin is the most knowledgeable and experienced pest control expert I have ever worked with. His attention to detail and his insight helped track entrance and pathways that the two other exterminators had missed, and within 1 week of his initial treatment, mouse activity dropped dramatically. Within 2 weeks, the issue has already been resolved. No noise, no new droppings, no nibbles on the bait, and no snapped traps. The mice are finally under control! Their yearly plan includes a small monthly fee, scheduled appointments, and as many follow-ups as needed. If you are struggling with a recurring pest issue, it s worth it! I have Brian as my service provider for pest control and he s not only extremely knowledgeable but also friendly and likes dogs. Also I ve had very good experiences with the scheduling department and billing department. This is so different from dealing with the big names in pest control because half the time the big name company never even showed up for my service. Brian was here today to apply the flea, tick, mosquito, and spotted lantern fly deterrent on my lawn which is very helpful since I have wildlife running through my property and I also have my rescue pup, Bella.

I had my home serviced by Curtis yesterday, he has been here a few times for extermination and to check back for maintenance. Curtis is THE nicest and most thorough person. Hes lovely to chat with and has always been pleasant. He takes care by wearing booties as not to bring in any dirt or germs into my home. He really does represent Neds very well.

Been with the company for several years. Had lawn issues but after using this company my yard did a 360.

Two concerns: I was supposed to receive post treatment instructions, but dont believe I did. Second the seeding seems very sporadic with many bare spots missing. I would appreciate contact from Neds to discuss. Tx.

The Pest Control Technician , Kevin, was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. He was quite patient and answered all of my questions with clarity.

I used Neds Home Service to make sure I did not have bats in my attic since some of the homes in my development have had them. Joe Kaiser came on one of the hottest days of the year and climbed through my daughters closet up into an attic that no one has ever been in. He waited patiently until I was able to get him into the house because I was not home at the time. And... great news! NO BATS!!!

These folks are friendly and prompt, and they communicate well when schedule changes are needed due to weather. And not only that, my lawn looks good!!

The price per application was $85 for only my small front yard. I did not see any noticeable results. They dont tell you the price per application when you sign up and offer a monthly installment plan instead.

The staff at Ned s Home (Go Green) is very friendly and responsive. Not only that, their services make a difference. We have received two treatments for weed control and lawn fertilization and our yard looks great. I ve used Go Greens lawn pest control for the past few years and have had a great experience. The treatment works well for keeping pests including mosquitoes, ticks, and lantern flies from our property. They are also good with communication and on time per the monthly application. I previously used their lawn fertilizer service as well, which was fine, but their costs were too much so I ve since switched.

We had a real problem with carpenter bees boring tunnels and nesting under the aluminum capped wood trim along our roof edge. Louie, our technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and reassured us that he could get rid of the carpenter bees. Louie did a great job, the bees were gone within a week. Louie came back about 2 weeks later to confirm everything was good. Thanks Louie, we truly appreciate you.

Sometimes it can be challenging to find good companies with people who do quality work. Go Green is one of those companies. Everyone I talked to on the phone was friendly, informative and very pleasant to talk to- from the sales people to the scheduling staff. I checked out their website beforehand and it was much nicer than I anticipated from the 5-star reviews to the photos and layout. Curtis arrived at my house and promptly began to work. He answered all of our questions, explained what he was doing and was a pleasure to work with. I feel very comfortable calling them if I have any issues. If you re looking for friendly professional people to handle pest control or preventive treatment look no further. You won t be disappointed!!

I called about a problem I was having with ants. Kevin came out the next day and used a child/pet friendly spray to eradicate the ant problem. In one day our ant problem was resolved. He came out 10 days later to follow up and the problem remained resolved. I would highly recommend Kevin for all your exterminating needs.

We ve used this service for the past three years. Our lawn looks great, lush and weed free. Perhaps the best part of working with them is they are great at communicating and always happy to send a manager out if you have any specific needs or concerns that needs to have eyes on it. Very pleased!

I am so pleased with the service provided by David. We have been using another company for many months with no improvement in our ant problem. David came in and thoroughly inspected the whole house inside and out and determined that there were several places the ants were coming from not just the one the other company told me. We are very pleased with the service provided

Started out fine with our first weed and fertilization. Our tech seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job. Everything went down hill from there. On the second weed and fertilization, I noticed that the tech only did half of my yard. I have cameras installed outside an saw that he missed 95 percent of my back yard. And charged me full price. I called the Go Green to inform them about their tech. The came back for another application after about two weeks to re apply. Free of charge, I thought. The following month they double charged me for the same application, claiming they did two different types of treatments. Once again in my cameras I saw their tech missed a huge part of my yard. I would never use this company. Thats called stealing, when you pay a company to do something and they dont.

Luis was very helpful. He walked around the areas to help identify issues with lantern flies, fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. We also noticed some evidence of mice, voles and bees and he took photos and had the office help us control those as well.

Joe sent text the day before our treatment and asked if he could come at 9AM which I thought was great because I didn t have to wonder when they were coming. He arrived a few minutes early and was very polite and professional and again he did a preliminary assessment and then got to work. Spent the last 2 years identifying a suitable lawn care company. Saw a lawn in passing and envied it. Had Go Green out for pest treatment today and my service provider was Louie. Louie notified me about his visit and inquired if I had any other issues. After explaining the issue he immediately responded back and offered suggestions to remedy the problem. He even went the extra step to schedule me for a follow up visit to directly deal with my problem. Within a half hour the office reached out to me and a follow up appointment was set up. Go Green Pest Control has been a great investment for us. We have carpenter bees and ants that have been an issue for a while and Go Green has fixed the issue. We are grateful that they have such good customer service and are available to come out at short notice. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the technician, Curtis Wilson, and the throughness of his work spraying for misquitos. Moreover, he was very respectful and professional in the manner in which he dealt with me.

After faithfully utilizing their services and consistently making monthly payments since March 2023 for a period of 12 months, I inspected my lawn in April 2024 only to find it in a dismal state. Despite investing in aeration, reseeding, and fertilization, my lawn exhibits prominent patches devoid of grass and overrun by weeds. When I reached out to discuss this issue today, their primary focus seemed to be on persuading me to renew the contract for another 12 months. There was a noticeable lack of concern regarding the significant payments I had already made to them. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.

Always notify me beforehand and communicate when weather causes a delay. They have listened to me and addressed problem areas not corrected by the normal service. Overall I have been very happy with the improvement in my lawn.

I use Go Green Lawn and Pest Control for my yard and I also have their Happy Home package where they spray and treat the exterior of my home. I can also call them at any time if anything occurs. A while back, I had them remove what looked like a wasps nest before. LOUIE is my technician and he is very detail oriented, listens to any concerns and provides feedback and help. He is very helpful! We had an issue today that we discussed and he took care of everything and followed up to let me know what he found. Highly recommend!!!!

Ive been a customer for several years now. My lawn looks really nice. Yesterday we had our first service for the season and our technician, Devyn Gallimore was excellent! He spent time walking the yard with my husband and gave him tips on how to better mow the lawn (he cuts it too often and too short now), how to let the grass grow along the fence line to block the weeds from the neighbors lawns and some other awesome tips and information! Tech came out to perform our Perimeter Pest Control Service. David was very professional. Answered all of my questions. Very satisified with the service.

Extremely poor customer service. Sent an email on Sunday evening that has never been responded to and it is now Wednesday. Spent two days chasing down a customer service representative that we finally connected was not personally present for our conversation. Constantly interrupted me mid sentence. Also was assured me that all my concerns would be addressed yet when I let him know that his companies actions and his words did not match he went back to touting how great their customer service was? When words and actions do not match.the company has a problem! Last, but not least attempting to get someone on the phone is like pulling teeth. Waited over two minutes, not only one but twice, while the phone rang incessantly only to be greeted by an answering machine and to be able to only leave a voicemail.

Go Green provides excellent lawn care service. There technicians are always professional and friendly, and they will gladly answer any questions about my lawn. I highly recommend their services.

I called in to get set up with pest services. I usually get mice in my basement at this time of year. Tina helped answer all my questions and explained what they would take of during the first visit out to my house and got me put on the schedule right away. The day of the appointment I couldnt be there but I had a friend let the tech into my house for me. They said that Jim was very nice, and told them what he would be taking care of while he was there. They said he was quick and did a good job.
