Beware of this company they are scam artists. I called to cancel my aeration and seeding subscription last year. They came and did it anyway and when questioned they said they had no record of my cancellation. Now they want me to pay for a service I did not want. Anytime I call and explain that I already cancelled the service all I get is threats of sending my bill to collections. Totally unacceptable do not use this company.

they will come out and spray when you didn t agree to it or order it. then charge you. and it doesn t matter if you just seeded your lawn, they will spray and kill all your seed. zero communication between the sales reps and spray team and you. you re better off buying your own products and taking the 15 min to do it yourself.

This is my first application and it unfortunately was on top of a heavy leaf drop. So I am hopeful. I also look forward to the aeration and seeding procedure. One thing, there is a point where the grass comes close to the siding of the house. The overspray stains the siding. Hopefully, not permanently. I will have to wash it off by hand as it is noticeable. The tech must work fast as he was in and out in less than 7 mins.

Michal was great. Super courteous. Was very careful to avoid the marked areas for the invisible fence and sprinklers. Also adjusted the depth to avoid breaking sprinkler lines. First time ever I had the service without having to repair the lines or the invisible fence. Really super job!

Weve had Greenlawn services for the past few years. Our grass has made significant growth and progress since starting with Greenlawn. I got a charge on my credit card for $330 for an aeration service that i did not sign up for this year. Last year I had to call to ask for this service because our lawn was in need. Never once did the sales rep tell me that the service would auto renew the next year. To my knowledge, you had to ask for the service each year you want it. To my understanding we were signed up for 6 applications only this year. Apparently not, the aeration renewed without my knowledge and now Im on the hook for a treatment I didnt even want/need this year. When brought to the sales reps attention, they offered no remedies or suggestions to rectify the issue and poor communication problem. It is unfortunate that I now need to switch lawn providers as a result. Customers, beware all of GreenLawn services apparently auto renew and you will be on the hook for their lack of communication.

Julian Wilson did an outstanding job this morning of aerating and seeding my lawn. He was very thorough and exacting throughout the entire procedure.

Service was great but I didn t like that they didn t notify me they were coming. I would have mowed my lawn so that it not 2 feet high when the grass starts coming up.

Today 9-4-24 I had Chris from Green lawn come to help rescue my lawn. I previously used a competitor and they let the grubs overtake my lawn and it looks horrible. They never suggested any treatments and I now have large dead areas and lots of weeds. Chris immediately identified the cause of the dead areas as grub infestation and he treated the area. Hoping his attention to detail restores my lawn to the way it was previously.

Save your lawn and money, they damaged my lawn in June and also promised that they will fix in September with seeding. Now they are Not responding. They lie and just take your Money. Be careful and DoNot go with this company

Michal Pawlowski is the best technician who performed the soil aeration and seeding for my drought stressed lawn. He was very careful in first marking all the sprinkler heads and carefully aerated the bare spots. While the results are yet to show up (its been 2 weeks) he overseeded the bare spots and aerated them more closely. Highly recommend his service.

I did not receive at least 24-hour advance notice of a visit for treating my lawn, as I had requested. The technician did not mention the emergence of purple oxalis, which has been a problem in previous years as well. Technician also did not suggest any action to eliminate purple oxalis. I need to contact my local GreenLawn office to find out why. ****************************************************** Update: I learned that I was mistaken about not receiving advance notification regarding an upcoming lawn treatment due to disregarding a phone call marked Possible Spam, which was actually GreenLawn Fertilizing. Therefore, I am upgrading my review from three stars to four stars. I cannot award five stars because the technician failed to mention the purple oxalis coming up in my lawn and that issue remains unresolved.

Since this is the only way to get a response from this company, then I m gonna go at it!!!..they started my treatment in April and I m sure it takes time for things to change, but it s July and my lawn looks worse now than it did when they started!!!.. my main complaint was crabgrass and there s still crabgrass out there. Actually there s more of it now than when they first came . I tell them to call me let me know that they re here so I can watch what they re doing . they come they do what they wanna do and they leave nobody ever rings the phone, Nobody ring the doorbell. Nobody lets me know that they are here you have to watch these people because if you don t, they will do a half job. I ve made numerous notes with the representatives in regards to this. I should ve known from the last company that I used that nothing was going to change you pay for service and you expect to get the service you pay for. I called a few days ago to discontinue my service, but was told that a service manager would reach out to Me haven t heard a thing yet, but I presume after this, someone will be calling me, but I will be canceling my service .. thank you anyway

Person that provided service today did a good job spraying the lawn but some reason didnt treat the grass strip between sidewalk and curb, not sure why? Company contacted me the next asked about my concerns and set up a service call the next day and completed the service I had asked for. Have to say I am impressed with the quick response.

The lawn care is good, but the billing experience is not. As a senior, I requested a paper bill, which I was assured was possible, but I have never gotten a paper bill. What I do get is a lengthy and I mean lengthy teeny tiny email with all kinds of lawn data And the smallest link you would ever find in your life to find the invoice ! I will probably search for a lawn company next season that can manage to send me an invoice!

Gentleman who camd to apply my treatment, knocked on the door to let me know he was here, and immediately got to work. Was here maybe 15 minutes. The only thing that I would like is, if Green lawn would call me or text me the day before so that I can prepare my yard for the treatment. I was going to cut grass today, but now that they were here this morning and applied my treatment, I guess I ll have to wait till tomorrow. But I would ve cut yesterday and known he was going to be here today. A heads up would have been appreciated.

Stay away from GLF!!! They totally destroyed my lawn by burning it out with the chemicals they apply. When I called to tell them about the problem they did not seem surprised, or even denied that the chemicals did the damage. I told them I wanted to cancel the service immediately because all my neighbors lawns that dont get lawn care service look a thousand times better than mine. The agent told me she would pause my service and that they would have someone come out to assess the issue free of charge to see what can be done. A few days later Im at the airport about to board my flight for vacation and i get a call from a tech saying he is there to do aeration and reseeding. I told the guy I canceled with Green Lawn and he was not to do any service on my property. A week later I received notification from my credit card company that i was charge for the same service i refused because they came back to my property while i was on vacation and completed the service. What make this even worse is that no one aerates and seed in the hottest month of the year. Which shows how terrible this company is. I had to use international charge to call GLF from overseas and the rep said there was no manager available and she would have someone reach out to me. I have yet to receive a call from them. They are a bunch of scammers who will destroy your property!!!

I am always confused with the follow up. There are never any recommendations from the technician when I click on the service tab for the technician to add comments. Also the story never seems to be correct. A technician came out to our property and informed us to have an application reapplied and that he could not do so and I had to call. I called the next day and provide this information. Yet, the service call today was a request from ME on having this redone. I am pleased with the lawn results struggling with the drought. For example, after grub control you are to water your lawn. Really not possible when we are being told to cut back on watering by the borough / township.

To be fair and update this review. I was signed up for a plan I didnt agree to by a salesperson that was not transparent with me. I was reached out to by one of employees from this company to rectify the situation with me and refund me my money and cancel the service that I didnt sign up for. I appreciate that they took their time to work this out with me, but in the future going forward, please be transparent with your customers and make sure that your sales people are informing customers of what they are signing up for.

Im new to lawn treatments. Green lawn application started working on 1st trip. I called about the 3rd trip to ask if they could concentrate on problem areas. Nice woman on the phone said no problem and the tech called ahead to confirm and took care of my concerns. So far Im quite pleased from salesman, phone rec, and tech. I used this company last season for mosquito spray from May through August, one spray a month. The service was fine but on the pricy end so I decided to use another company this season. One April morning I saw their technician starting to spray so I approached him and stopped the service. Since then, this company continues to harass me for payment for service I never ordered and was never completed. I spoke with multiple people and requested management to call but their unwillingness to take care of this invoice on their end is frustrating. In the last call this morning I was told we will continue to call on the automated system and will put you into collection. Do not use this company. There are more reasonable options out there.

This was our second application we received and I am thrilled with the way our lawn is coming along. Our service person today was great, they listened to the one concern I had and took care of it. Very friendly, knocked on the door prior to let me know they were there. Highly Recommend!!!

Green Lawn technician Eric was out bright and early to fertilize my lawn and once again, he did an excellent job communicating and fertilizing my grass. It s been two years now that I ve had Green Lawn fertilizing my grass and it s the best it s looked in years. Definitely recommend this outfit.

Weve been with GLF for 4 years now, and our lanternfly problem is completely controlled. We no longer see beetles or notice damage on any of our trees. I am extremely happy with their service. I also appreciate the email notifications that they send us before they come out.

Grub prevention was performed May 29 2024. It is costly but if effective then ok. The problem is in reviewing the service record, in small print, is a stipulation the lawn must be watered 1/2. I am unable to do that and should have been notified of that requirement BEFORE the application. Will lack of water nullify the grub prevention?

Lantern flies are starting to appear again and drop out of the trees at this time of year.Green lawn does an excellent job with their equipment at spraying my trees and yard. These yearly treatments have a major effect on the lantern fly population. Keep up the good work.

Watching out this company. IT charged twice CC prepay 2023. TEch dont wait to see owner to share her concern lawn treat. It auto come out and treat without authorized paid next yr and send billing later to pay 2024. When I called explained Id moved, the CS girl said its treatment like utility- I have to pay. Excuse me! Lawncut is not like gas/electricity. Dont treat people home it she/he not agree to pay. I will write to Better business Bureau if they keep send me bill where I had moved out.

Lawn is looking great, since we started with you guys. This lawn was neglected before we moved in. We don t do the section of yard where the dog is. You can tell the difference.

Green Lawn is wonderful! They spray and apply to our entire lawn, the corners and far reaching spots included. Other lawn services that we have had did not even touch those spots. It makes a huge difference! Our technician, Zachary Haines is excellent!

The biggest mistake I ever made was paying for their most expensive program! My grass is in bad shape after their services. I trusted them and was scammed! They reseeded my lawn in 90 degree weather! Even my 4 year old knows better than that!! Of course, not a blade of grass grew. I paid full price and feel completely scammed. My neighbors who used the other popular companies have beautiful yards to show and mine looks abandoned. Dont waste your money!! Weeds grew rampant and crab grass took over the yard despite treatment. I wouldnt complain if the reseeding was done right. I was looking forward to a luscious yard this summer and Im left with a bald one.

My husband called for a quote. We weren t able to afford the services and declined the offer. Sales dept pushed his info through anyway and created a subscription, which a lawn tech showed up and started fertilizing since address and name were correct. The tech, very genuine, spoke with Steve, the manager, and Steve said he would take care to close the account. None of it is the field workers fault; Nisar gets 5 stars. Sales department seems shady and greedy so they get no stars. Be careful!!

I was upset with the quality of the job done and told them that I no longer needed their services and to not charge me again. They charged me another payment ($66.78) which I did not pay and they sent it to collections! Would not recommend or use again!

Never sure when applications/treatments are being delivered and can never arrange things accordingly and/or speak with the person servicing my lawn. Every time I call after a treatment, they tell me just wait until the next treatment which, again, I never know when it is coming.

James, was my technician today and he was very informative. I had several questions about the service they were providing and the type of weeds that I was seeing growing. He definitely was an excellent representative for Green Lawn. I am glad that Green Lawn is providing services in keeping my lawn as healthy as possible .

After researching different lawncare companies GreenLawn had a lot of positive reviews. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with availability within a week of my call. Service Tech, James N. came out and was very helpful with answering any of my questions/concerns. Following the first application, we received a lawn analysis form outlining our turf density, thatch layer density and recommendations along with documentation on what service was performed, what to expect and how to benefit. Ill post a follow up review towards the end of the season.

He is careful not to apply chemicals in sensitive areas like newly sodded parts of our yard, and also does a great job addressing weeds as they become noticeable. A+++

He give extra attention to the backyard as there were a lot of weeds in that area. Also close the gate back up when he finished his job. He hand sprayed most of the front yard to get rid of the weeds.

I have noticed a change in our lawns. At the home show in oaks when we signed up for service we advised you of a mole problem that we have. We were told that treatments would get to the grubs which the moles go after. Yet in the notes left on our front door said if we notice grubs that a treatment would treat the problem. Do we need a different application? As far as no one answering the door. The wife did see you with your truck at the front of our house. She is handicap so you need to give her a bit more time to get to the door please. Also our 2 dogs are 99% of t h e time in the house if you should see that they are out please make sure front and back gates are closed as the will bolt . The only thing to worry about with them is being locked all over they are friendly. Over all we are VERY pleased with what we see being done. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Application was good and appointment time was kept to schedule. All though I wasn t home they left the invoice on my screen door handle. Unfortunately the ring camera was right there so every time the wind blew the camera was going off and I was receiving alerts. Next time they should put the invoice on the indoor handle to prevent this problem from happening.
