Scott and his crew did an incredible job of helping us design and implement our complex drainage system to alleviate runoff issues from a pool construction project. They did such a great job that we had them back to install a beautiful flagstone walkway and steps down to the pool area and Scott is designing a pool area boulder retaining wall which will be installed this spring. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, communication, design and workmanship of Reynolds Brother's Landscaping and highly recommend the company for your landscaping, hardscaping, runoff control needs.

I have used Reynolds Brothers for lawn mowing and a special project to put in a French drain behind a retaining wall. For all services I used, they have been great! I worked with Scott on the french drain project. He was responsive and oversaw the entire project to ensure it was done correctly. Overall, I ve been very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone in the West Chester area looking for a landscaping company.

They came to my house to do a first cut on a Saturday and quoted me $45. I got a call that they could not finish my yard on Saturday and they would come back on Monday. I also asked them if they were going to weed wack around my fence since that was not done and they told me it would ruin the fence.. what???? How else are you suppose to get the grass short around the fence? On Monday they never showed, or called to tell me anything. After multiple calls, i got a call back on Wednesday telling me that they underestimated how much time it would take for them to do my lawn and next time it would cost $90 and they would come back Thursday to finish the lawn. It is now Friday and i still have not heard anything nor do they return my phone calls. Very lousy customer service!!!
