Emerson Lawn & Landscape in West Chester

Emerson Lawn & Landscaping created a very original design for a patio that wrapped around existing trees. Two patios areas with a walkway between turned out to be an original and amazing design. The work involved in building the patios was also excellent. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Aaron was proactive in pointing out what needed to be done.

UPDATE: Appreciate Aaron and the office getting in touch with me. Was very much so looking forward to working with Emerson after they did such a wonderful job on our neighbors house. Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately after weeks of waiting for a quote (after being told it would only take a couple days) and following up with them three times, Ive heard nothing. It my last attempt in reaching out I kindly asked if I should just move on. Still nothing. I understand its a busy time of year but the simple courtesy of letting me know work cant be done instead of leading me on for weeks would have been appreciated. It pains me to leave a review like this. Im more than happy to update this review if I hear back and can get my garden bed maintenance and new planting completed. Thank you.

This is the first time I ve used Emerson as a reference from another organization. Aaron and His crew came out on time, were very respectable and professional, not intrusive at all, their attention to detail on the cleanup was perfect, the gardens look amazing after they were done. And not to mention they worked through some pretty harsh weather conditions to get the job done on time. I m highly pleased with this organization and I will be a returning customer for many years to come.

Aaron created a landscape design for our home and was the ONLY landscaper who patiently listened to and incorporated our feedback, helping us stick to our budget when we needed it. The best landscaper to mow your lawn, mulch your garden, rake your leaves, or plow your snow! They work hard, pay attention to detail, and dont cut corners!

Aaron and crew do an excellent job with my lawn, which is by no means an easy lawn to cut. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend.

I reached out to this company for a quote on March 11th. They came to my house on March 16th on time and took measurements and let me know they would be in touch with me the following week with an estimate. Never heard from anyone. I gave them an extra week and followed up on the estimate myself and ended up getting the voice-mail. Left a message for a return call. It is now April 8th and still no returned call. I feel is though if you couldnt or did not want to do the job you should have been professional and said so. So in my opinion this business does not deserve 5 stars, the only reason I reached out to this company was because of the excellent reviews.

This company is exceptional, I have known the owner/operator Aaron for many years. He is a class act, honest, friendly, passionate about this industry and determined to make whatever he touches look perfect. I can appreciate small business owners immensely as I work for a small business myself! Aaron is always trying to make his current customers and potential customers happy in anyway possible. Ive had Emerson Lawn & Landscape mow my grass at various times over the past few years. This lawn service not only has reasonable rates, but really cares about their finished work. My lawn looked great each time they mowed for me, and one time (without even asking) I received a photograph in a text message showing how nice the striped lines were done (because Aaron Emerson knew that I liked my striping to look good).
