Lakota Lawn in West Chester Township

These people are terrible. I have been trying to get billing information from them for weeks. Five calls and two emails with no response.

Very unprofessional. Disrespectful and disregard for adjacent property when mowing

I am not an established customer of Lakota Lawns but they take care of the houses on either side of mine. I saw them here to mow my neighbor’s lawn and I asked if they could cut my lawn one time as I had gotten way behind in the mowing because I had been traveling away from home. They agreed to do it and named the price which I felt was a good value. They did an excellent job getting my lawn back to a manageable length and cleaned up the yard very well. I am very pleased with their service and will consider using them again.

Lakota Lawn does a great job cutting my grass and has for years. Very reasonably priced. They put down great lines and trim every time even all the way back around the fence and swingset etc.. They will even move the trampoline and everything. Highly recommend. Great customer service, very friendly.

They did a good job some of the time and an ok job the rest of the time. Their pricing was fair. If you want a company that returns your calls, is responsive or has any notion of customer service, I would look elsewhere. They were engaged to maintain our lawn at both a new home we purchased and our old home until we sold it, but they completely abandoned the old property and never got back to us when we tried to call. I called to let them know that we would be finding services through another company and have no way to confirm the cancellation since they didn’t respond to this call either!
