My son recommended ExperiGreen to me this year. I tried them. I love the results. These are obviously pros that can treat anyone s yard. I have a new townhome that was subject to poor soil around it. Topsoil was not brought in, excavated soil was used instead.Expera green has the ability to treat soil and make it work like top grade topsoil. Great people, great service, competitive prices, and results. I can t say enough about them except that this family is going to continue using them. Normally a 5 star, but today only 3. If you have fiber internet and the cable is buried in any part of your yard subject to aeration, might want to skip that space. While aerating the tines cut my fiber connection, causing a horrible work at home day. I had to wait for Altafiber to come repair the connection.

Once again, great service and informative. Left some fertilizer for me to treat an area where I had piled up leaves and wasn t able to move before the service.

He spent only about 5 minutes on serving my lawn. I did net see a single particle of the fertilizer on the lawn and I could not smell any chemicals either. I doubt he even served my lawn.

Jeff was thorough and careful! He explained everything he was doing for my fall service. Exerigreen staff is wonderful!

The company was excellent, but we needed to make a choice to resolve our dilemma. Their representative, Richard, was most helpful, professional and empathetic. He worked out a plan for us to be able to continue receiving our great service with Experigreen. We greatly appreciate his attention and ability to help us out. Thank you so much, again, Richard!!!

I have worked with Rishelle before and have had great customer service with her. Chris came out today 5/2 to assess our yard issue. I have worked with Chris before and he was just as pleasant to work with today and was ready to resolve our issue to our satisfaction. The continued good experience with the company is so welcoming. Bryan came out today (8/21) to service the lawn. As usual Bryan is a pleasure to work with. He pointed out something for me to keep my eye on and to let them know If things progressed they would come out and take care of it. Bryan as usual was very thorough, thoughtful and showed true caring about serving the customer. We are blessed to have him taking care of our lawn. Bryan has become a true friend and cares about what is happening to our lawn. He is very thorough and the company is blessed to have him.

James at ExperiGreen always services our lawn. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the service and answer my questions. He does a great job!

Stacy is both friendly and knowledgable about her company and my customer account. In my confusion today, she corrected my erroneous assumptions and got me back on track with a combination of friendliness and prfessionalism.

My rating is based on 2 phone conversations during the process of deciding to use and actually sign up for ExperiGreen .My phone contact was Austin who show a very professional but also a very friendly approach towards me. I explained I was calling as an exploratory call and why I was thinking of switching services. Long story short, Austins delivery of comfort and his price gave me the confidence to make the switch. ExperiGreens services will start in the Spring, and feel all will be well. Adam comes to my and always stops to talk to me and tell me about my lawn. Always a pleasure to see him as he gives me tips for better lawn care. Travis came this time, another outstanding field technician. Adam was back on my property today and as always we had a pleasant talk. He always does a great job. Once again Adam does a great job.

He is always on time and does a terrific job. Very caring and listens to any concerns we have. Beautifully even applications.

This will be my familys last year with Experigreen. We were customers of Organic Turf Company starting in 2015 prior to the Experigreen merger. Since the merger, our experience has been progressively worse and worse. Technicians have been shown up at all hours of the day with no notice (as early as 7am). Sales calls have been aggressive and borderline hostile. Organic Turf Company was a wonderful company that cared about its customers, Experigreen doesnt seem to. To top it all off, their products dont seem to help my lawn. My regret is that it took me this long to stop giving Experigreen my money.

Experigreen listening to my request just like every other lawn care service and they came recommended by Angie s list! It s pretty simple I had a garden. The garden is now out for the season. No plants at all in my raised beds ! I want that area treated. When my garden is in season, I don t want any lawn care company near my vegetables. I ve made note of this multiple times to the Customer care team and my requests are not being heard. I guess it s time for me to start treating my own lawn instead of paying a service. Very frustrating! I asked that the weeds be treated around my raised beds With the last two treatments of the year. The weeds did not get treated nor did the weeds around my entire fence line get treated because my yard is still full of weeds.

The weeds are beginning to die off now, but there were some dead spots in my yard right after Brian serviced the lawn. Hopefully those will go away soon and become green? He did mention that he was having trouble with his sprayer. This was on August 14 today is August 26. Thank you.

I seen someone at door. I m working from home but did not see anyone on my cameras all around my home or go in my back yard. What service did he provide? I also got no text or message anyone was coming today. We never got answers for the brown spots and terrible grass we have had all spring and summer.

Chris took the time to walk my yard and address my concerns!

While setting up the account , they used to call multiple times in a day. They are charging a lot. Poor service. Lawn still has lot of weeds, crab grass and lots of areas without grass. When complained to customer representative, they spoke rudely and asked me to cancel. I paid for 6 months promptly and when asked about the condition. She asked me to cancel. When asked about the payments I made,, they said no refund. They advertise as if they refund if they provide poor service. But they lie.

I happened to observe part of the process today. Travis appeared to be taking extra care in hand-spraying a few parts of the lawn. I assume it was for a particular weed , but not sure since I didn t talk with him. Good job Travis! There have been, and still are some particularly brown areas. Hopefully these will green up.

It is nearly impossible for me to evaluate the insect control work of your agent. But I can say quite confidently that we have not been bothered by any botheresome number or ants and other insects since we have had your service.

I had a discussion with Tyler Reese from the Westchester office today. I had canceled my service and he called me to discuss the situation. He muddled through my reluctance to reinstate by having either himself or his manager come out to the house and reassess the situation here. He seems willing to go the extra mile to find a satisfactory solution to what I think is kind of a problem area in my case. My house is brand new with sod laid in the front yard that was just laden with weeds and nothing but grass seed and straw in the backyard. But he is confident that your service can bring this yard into line in a reasonable amount of time. That confidence on his part convinced me to give your operation another shot.

Shawn was rude with my wife. He was evasive about areas treated complaining about property lines. The area in question was beside my mailbox and was obviously not treated compared to the rest of the yard. He also blamed others for it not being treated when he has treated it all summer.

The yard is shaping up nicely. Damien is doing a great job. Each treatment he pays attention to my yard and listens to me. Today he told me I may need to sharpen my lawn mower blades. I m impressed.

Aaron took time during the treatment, when I walked out and interrupted him while he was doing so, to respond to my specific questions. He could not possibly have been more polite, candid, and responsible.

After 4 treatments I have more weeds than before I started with Experian Lawn service. I have canceled their service. They did send out a supervisor to look at my yard over 2 weeks after I canceled. Due to the large amount of weeds he offered me a free weed spray. I thought thats what I had been paying for already? I decided to pass on that Free weed spray and go back to taking care of my lawn myself as before. Buyer beware!

Bryan did a very good job today. I spent a few minutes talking with him and he showed concern and understanding. Also seemed knowledgeable to my situation.

Asked if there were any questions, answered them in an educational way. Be was and always is polite. I only wish that they would blow off any treatment off the driveway and the sidewalks by the street and by our house as well as the patio.

Great service. It was lots of weeds. But few days after the first application itself, the weed was disappeared. Aaron visited again to make sure there is no weeds. I would definitely recommend ExperiGreen.

Our lawn and a few others in our neighborhood is burned from whatever was applied to our lawn this past week! It is completely dead and dry and brown. I think we are done with Experigreen.

I called for a guesstimate and talked with Brent. Told him the reason I wanted to switch from my current lawn service. He told me what they can do for my lawn and a price. The price and service is better than the company I was with for over 10 years. Ill report at a later time if their service is as good as they claim.

Experigreen solicitors continue to knock on my door despite no soliciting signs AND us telling them we are not interested. Incredibly frustrating (and annoying, considering we work from home and have a dog and a baby who get disturbed every single time). Please find another way to market your services besides pestering people at their homes.

Note that this is NOT a review ExperiGreen s actual lawn service. It is a review of Rishelle and her customer service skills. Rishelle handled my billing issues flawlessly! She was professional knew how to get to the point and most importantly she knew her systems so there was no delay in resolving the issue.

I notice that Adam finished the service very quickly. There are still some crabgrass growing in my lawn. And some areas have patches of dead grass.

ExperiGreen arrived at the expected day and time and applied fertilizer and grub control. They also do spot weed control on any weeds they see in the lawn. This is much better than the prior lawn service I had that only nodded their heads when i pointed out weeds cropping and said Oh yes, those kind of weeds are difficult to control and did nothing. So, I am much more pleased with the service I have with ExperiGreen. Keep up the good work, guys.
